Alleged Dirty Old (Black) Man Accused Of Molesting 9-year-old Girl He Met At Church Festival Deputies arrested a man who they say molested a 9-year-old after he befriended her and her mother at a church festival over the weekend. Police said that girl and her mother met Clarence Fredrick Lipscomb, 37, and his 4-year-old son, at the Griffin Road Baptist Church festival. The mother, who said she thought the man and his son were homeless, invited the two to spend the night. Once back at home, she and Lipscomb began drinking as the kids played in the living room. She said when he began making sexual advances toward her, she refused him and retreated to her bedroom, leaving her nine-year-old daughter asleep on a living room loveseat with the suspect’s young son. The following morning, the woman said she was awakened by her frantic daughter who told her Lipscomb had molested her. The woman said she then ordered Lipscomb and his son to leave and dialed 911. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Shreveport: Two blacks face charges in separate rapes beatings and assaults on women  The first case involves a 19-year-old woman who was assaulted about 2:30 a.m. Saturday by a man she knew.
Police say the woman wanted to leave a location but 23-year-old George R. Thomas Jr. of Shreveport would not allow her to leave. Thomas choked her until she lost consciousness.
When the woman awoke, she found she had been tied up and raped. She escaped after her attacker fell asleep.
Thomas was located and arrested without incident. He is charged with one count each of aggravated rape and aggravated kidnapping. The second case involves a 34-year-old woman who was found in a wooded area about 7 a.m. Saturday. She was completely nude,  had been severely beaten and apparently left for dead, police said.
A passerby heard her moaning and called 911. She was taken to LSU Hospital in Shreveport with severe head trauma and extensive facial injuries.

Weird old black man terrorizes two pregnant White women by ramming their SUV   Two pregnant women had a frightening encounter Wednesday. The women were on their way to a baby fair when a man started ramming their car, terrifying them. Police say they don’t know what the set the man off.
The suspect is 50-year-old Earl Boyd.Part of the incident was caught on tape, showing the suspect ramming his SUV into the victims’ SUV. The tape shows that the suspect accelerated so hard that his tires were smoking.
One of the pregnant women, who wished to remain anonymous, said "Screaming, ‘What do you want with us?’ Oh my god, was he going to kill us? It was just scary!" The second anonymous mother explained, "It was the scariest day of my life! The life of my child, the fact that my husband wasn’t there. My best girlfriend and her child, all four of our lives were in danger. There was nothing we could do except scream and pray." The suspect also reportedly blew kisses at the women and jumped curbs, trying to force the mothers into oncoming traffic. Then, just before police came to the rescue, the suspect started ramming their car. Blood Match in Rape and Murder of NYC Grad Student  NEW YORK — Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said Sunday authorities would seek an indictment against a bouncer with a long rap sheet, the prime suspect in last month's gruesome slaying of a graduate student.
Blood found on the plastic ties used to bind Imette St. Guillen has been matched to a bouncer at the bar where she was last seen alive, the New York Police Department commissioner said.

Education: Former Neenah Tutor Sentenced For Multiple Child Sex Crimes A former Neenah High School tutor convicted of multiple child sex crimes against teenage girls was sentenced in Outagamie County Circuit Court. Alfonso Block was placed on probation for 20-years. But he's still going to prison for ten years. He got that sentence earlier in Winnebago County for similar crimes.
The judge decided it would be pointless to sentence Block to another 10-years in prison that ran concurrent with the one in Winnebago County.
Block could spend more time behind bars, depending on how he behaves during his 20 years on probation.

Sports: Olympic Hopeful Accused Of Sex Assault Police in San Diego announced Friday that a hurdler living at the Olympic Training Facility in Chula Vista had been arrested for suspicion of assault and sexual assault. Officers were called out to Rio San Diego Drive at about 3:30 a.m. on Friday. Apparently, somebody had called 911 after hearing a woman scream for help. Officers responding to the call found a badly beaten 21-year-old woman, who they said told them that Micah Harris, 26, had been her attacker. She said that she had met Harris earlier that night. Investigators located Harris in Chula Vista, where he was living at the Olympic Training Center. Police said he was arrested without incident. Police said Harris was going to be charged with sexual assault and felony assault. Harris is a onetime University of Oregon track and football star. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (more sports)

Black Arrested For Allegedly Attacking, Trying To Rape 61-year-old Woman Fla. -- A man is facing charges in Orange County for allegedly attacking a woman as she got off a bus. Deputies said Randy McGuire stopped a 61-year-old woman for directions on Alafaya Trail in January. When she stopped, deputies said, McGuire dragged her to the ground and tried to rape her. Deputies said McGuire ran when neighbors heard her screaming and came to help. McGuire was arrested Thursday at his home on Southern Pine Drive.

Lowdown sexbeast Damion Winston Foster guilty in kidnapping and rape of 2-year-old boy  He snatched a 2-year-old Pompano Beach boy from his bedroom, raped the toddler and left the naked child abandoned with duct tape tightly wrapped around his head. Foster parent accused of sexually attacking three little boys in his care A foster parent accused of sexually attacking three children in his care is in jail on $500,000 bond.
James Chapmyn appeared in court for the first time Friday morning. He is charged with raping one child, and sexually molesting two others.

Police arrest third black in Henry County home execution death * Police charge two blacks in home invasion and killing    Police in Henry County have charged two blacks in a home invasion and murder earlier this week. Police responded to a home after reports of gunfire Sunday night. Inside they found 22 year old Meghan Lee Price with a gunshot wound to the back of her head. She later died at the hospital.
Price's boyfriend, 26 year old Jamie Dantoni Dillon, was in the home during the shooting. He told police that he fired several shots back at the intruders. Black man murdered his white "ex-wife" - stabbed her multiple times * Arrest Warrant Issued for black for murdering "ex-wife"   A murdered mother of four in Pittsfield was stabbed multiple times according to a police report.
The report, which was found in district court, says a bloody fingerprint was found in the apartment where 27-year-old Michelle Townsend's body was discovered.
Police have matched that fingerprint to Townsend's estranged husband, Seymour Townsend. Authorities have issued a warrant for his arrest. Police say Seymour Townsend also goes by the names Sidney Downing and Rohan Davies.

Ala. -- Police are using a new clue to track down two men believed to have kidnapped, robbed and raped a local woman. Police have been searching for the men since Tuesday night. They robbed a woman at gunpoint at the Food World Shopping Center in Trussville. Police said she was assaulted several times, robbed and then dropped off. The latest evidence in the case is a picture taken at an ATM machine. A Regions bank ATM captured an image of the attackers in the woman's car trying to withdraw money with her ATM card. Police said the photo has generated a number of leads. Both attackers are described as black men in their 20s. Police ask anyone able to identify the men to call (205) 655-2101.
