Police seek black sexual predator suspect who kidnaped and raped two young girls at knifepoint in church parking lot  Houston police are looking for a suspect who they said sexually assaulted two young girls. On Dec. 18, two females were abducted at knifepoint at a bus stop in the 3900 block of Liberty, HPD said.
The suspect took the victims to a church parking lot where he sexually assaulted them. During the struggle, one of the girls got knife wounds to her neck that required stitches.
Police described the suspect as a black male, aged 30-35, with brown eyes and a shaved head. He is 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall.
He has green lettering tattoos on both forearms.

Mother Testifies In Trial Of Men Accused In Child's Death * Heart Wrenching Testimony In Child Shooting Death  PHILADELPHIA -- A grieving mother testified Wednesday against two men who are accused of killing her child. Faheem Thomas-Childs 10, was gunned down outside his North Philadelphia school on Oct. 25, 2004. Kennell Spady and Kareem Johnson are currently standing trial for Childs' death. Brutal Death for a Beautiful White Student - a black bouncer is the main suspect   Her ravaged body was found wrapped in a cheap, flower print bedspread off a parkway in Brooklyn. Imette St. Guillen had been raped, suffocated and strangled. She had been bound hand and foot, with a sock stuffed in her mouth to muffle any sound. Her face was wrapped like a mummy in clear plastic packaging tape, suggesting that her killer wanted to freeze the pained expression on her face. Also, the killer chopped off her signature long, black hair. Cops say there is evidence that the petite 5'2'' woman struggled with her attacker, but still she violently was overcome. Second arrest made in Troy murder * Ref: Troy man in court on murder charges * Ref: Killing ends religious, kind life   Troy police have made a second arrest in connection with the murder of an elderly man back in January. Julie Rockwell, 32, of Ballston Spa has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Donald Dougrey. He was stabbed to death in his Grand Street apartment on Jan. 11.

Sexual deviant caught - Black male is arrested for indecent exposure to coed on campus  A current female student was studying for an exam in the breezeway between the humanities north and south buildings.
"She noticed a black male identified as the suspect Carlos Mitchlon Magee walking back and forth acting strangely," said Noel. "Next thing you know he appears in front of her, exposes his genitals and makes lude and suggestive comments to the female student." The suspect was apprehended after a struggle with University of South Alabama campus police. | Trial Begins For Black Man Accused Of Abducting, Raping 2-Year-Old Boy Child Snatched From Open Window, Police Say  Fla. -- The trial is under way for a man accused of raping a toddler after he snatched the child through a bedroom window. Damion Foster was arrested in April 2004, accused of abducting a 2-year-old boy through an open bedroom window in a house in Pompano Beach Detectives said they identified Foster, who was 27 at the time, through a fingerprint left on the duct tape used on the child. Foster is charged with capital sexual battery on a child, kidnapping, burglary with battery and possession of a stolen vehicle. The child was found naked, with his head encased in duct tape so that only part of his nose was showing. Foster reportedly has a long arrest record, including an arrest for beating his own mother in 2003. Black Suspect In Shooting of White Primatologist Woman Surrenders  ATLANTA -- A suspect in the shooting of primatologist Shelly Williams turned himself in to police.Kendall M. Bolden, 23, of Nashville, Tenn., arrived at police headquarters with his attorney at 2 p.m. Williams was paralyzed from the waist down after she was caught in the crossfire of a botched drug deal in a strip mall parking lot. Bolden was identified as the driver of a white pick-up truck seen leaving the area after the shooting. Another suspect, Elliott Mitchell is in a South Carolina prison on other charges. A third man, Terrance Reid of Charlotte, N.C., is still being sought. Williams is being treated at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. Juwan Deering Arrested for Setting Fire that Caused 5 Children to be burned alive  Friday, a man was charged with murder after he was accused of setting fire to a Royal Oak Township home in 2000, killing 5 children under the age of 12. Juwan Deering was arrested outside a friend’s home in Detroit. He was then charged with arson and 5 counts of felony murder.
Investigators believe Deering set the home on fire because of a drug debt involving the father of 4 of the children, who didn’t even live in the home. The father has since died. Juwan Deering has a criminal history involving drugs and has been in and out of jail. Bond Denied To Abdool Charged With Burning His Girlfriend To Death Fla. -- Emotional relatives of a 17-year-old teen are shocked and saddened after learning of her murder. The man accused of dousing her with gasoline and lighting her on fire made his first court appearance. Amelia Sookdeo's burned body was found off a County Road on Saturday. Thursday night, police arrested 19-year-old Dane Abdool and charged him with first-degree murder. He then confessed to the crime." Police said Abdool told them the couple got into an argument after Amelia told him she was pregnant with his child. He admitted stopping at a 7-Eleven to buy duct tape and gasoline, before driving to a remote stretch of CR-545, tying Amelia up and setting her on fire. Booze, butts seized in club owner arrest  Sarasota, Florida -- Police arrested the owner of a local club for allegedly selling liquor without a license.
When officers acted on a tip and went to the Jamaican Club atb 1963 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way, the ownetr - Arthur Daley, 61, readily admitted he had no license, police say.
Officers took him into custody -- along with his stock of alcohol, tobacco and $2,350 in cash.

"Smoke" sentenced for killing Hector Armendariz, paralyzing Armendariz mother  FORT WORTH -- The bullets were intended only for 16-year-old Hector Armendariz, but his mother got caught in the crossfire. Now Armendariz is dead. His mother, Elisa, is a quadriplegic living in a nursing home.
And Jerome "Smoke" Spellman, the 23-year-old gunman, is on his way to prison.
Spellman struck a deal with prosecutors: In exchange for his guilty plea, he was sentenced to 40 years for the murder of Armendariz and 20 years for the attempted murder of Armendariz's mother.
