Akron: White Security guard murdered by black gunman * Security guard shot dead at local car dealership It was tragic night on Akron streets Friday. A security guard was murdered at the Burt Greenwald Chevrolet dealership. Akron officers were seen on foot searching for an armed gunman near Vernon-Odom Boulevard. That suspect is described as a black male between 40 and 50-years-old, wearing a blue plaid shirt and a flannel jacket. shooting death of former ASU player Brandon Falkner outside a Scottsdale hip-hop

Black arrested for murder of White teen   Ernest Whitaker, 13, was in a car with his family when they pulled into an apartment complex just before 9 p.m. on March 18.
As the boy's mother stopped the car, three men approached and demanded money, jewelry and the car.

Suspect in rape of 14-year-old girl turns himself in A man being sought on sex charges has turned himself in to Carlisle Borough police. Corey Cramer, 33, of Carlisle, was wanted on 26 charges related to his alleged contact with a 14-year-old girl. Police allege he raped her at least four times. Police questioned the girl after receiving a call from Harrisburg Hospital's emergency room at 1 p.m. Thursday. The teen alleges Cramer raped her four times in a Carlisle residence starting in 2003, when she was 12. |

Charge Added Against Morales in brutal kidnap-rape-burn case  One of the two men charged in the brutal attack on a Brown County woman is facing another criminal charge. The Brown County district attorney filed an additional charge of second-degree sexual assault of an unconscious victim against Gregorio Morales.The charge stems from the August 2003 attack when a woman was kidnapped outside a Green Bay nightclub and sexually assaulted in a rural Brown County field before being set on fire. Berkeley police are investigating an Alameda County mental health worker who may have been with the 16 year old (black) girl charged with slashing the throat of an elderly woman last week.
