Low-down man faces 150 years for sexual and homosexual molestation of three child relatives -- one girl and two boys  A Columbus man has pleaded guilty to molesting three child relatives -- one girl and two boys. Walter Lee McKinnon, 33, faces up to 150 years in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of child molesting. McKinnon was arrested at his Columbus mobile home after a family friend inadvertently activated a video player that showed a tape of McKinnon engaged in a sexual act with an 11-year-old female relative. McKinnon allegedly told police that he had engaged in sexual activity with the girl multiple times over four years. Authorities said they believed McKinnon also molested two male relatives -- both under 14 years old. - (Svejk) |

Man Gets Death for Killing Three in Ala.   Ala. -- A judge sentenced a man to die Thursday for the murders of two officers and a dispatcher at a rural police station, slayings the victims' families blame partly on the killer's obsession with a violent video game. Devin Moore showed no emotion as the judge sentenced him to death by injection, but he apologized beforehand to his victims' relatives. I am so sorry. I hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive me," the 20-year-old said in a low voice. In June 2003, Moore murdered the entire night shift of the Fayette Police Department: officers Arnold Strickland, 55, and James Crump, 40, and dispatcher Leslie "Ace" Mealer, 38. Moore had been arrested on suspicion of car theft. Disabled girl violently raped, hositalized, Caretaker's black boyfriend arrested - Victim Cannot Walk Or Talk Ohio -- A man faced a judge Wednesday, accused of raping a severely disabled teenage girl. The courtroom was quiet as the prosecutor read the disturbing facts of what happened to the 15-year-old girl. Investigators said the girl, who can't walk or talk, was raped so violently that she had to be hospitalized. "She suffers from some disabilities and is unable to care for herself in any way," the prosecutor said. "In fact, she's non-verbal. She crawls and grunts and gestures to communicate with people." A Franklin County grand jury indicted Jason Garrard, 24, on rape and assault charges. The suspect is Christina Robinson's boyfriend and according to police, Robinson left the girl alone with Garrard. - (Gman) - (crime) |
'Dirty old low-down accused homo pedophile charged with raping 4-year-old boy DOVER- The police have arrested a Dover man accused of raping a 4-year-old boy. According to the Dover police, the 4-year-old's mother told officers that her son had been sexually touched by the child's step-great-grandfather while the child was visiting his step-great-grandfather. The police say an investigation revealed that the suspect performed oral sex on the child after pulling his clothing down, and then exposed himself to the child. The suspect, identified as 74-year-old Albert D. Deputy was arrested. He was charged with first-degree rape and first-degree indecent exposure. Low-down sex-crazed homo pedophile pervert raped a 14-year-old boy at a bus stop  Police have arrested a man who they say forced himself on a 14-year-old boy at his bus stop last week. Artrell held a gun to the boy's head while he fondled him. Nineteen-year-old Artrell Beaton was arrested for kidnapping, assault with a firearm and molestation. Neighbors are angry that when this incident took place 10 days ago, police did not warn the public that an apparent armed child molester was on the loose. A police spokesman says the reason they did not notify the public was because they wanted to run surveillance hoping to catch the attacker somewhere near the scene of the crime. - (Rasp) |
"White"Man arrested for rape of a 15-year-old girl at Baptist church A registered sex offender has been arrested and charged with the Saturday rape of a 15-year-old girl at Cumberland Missionary Baptist Church. Christopher Montrell White was working as a custodian at the church when the alleged rape occurred Police said the rape occurred Saturday afternoon at the church. The victim, the report said, was at the church for a fashion show. White is listed on the Tennessee Sexual Offender Registry. He was convicted of statutory rape in a November 2002 case, according to the registry.- (Mr. Mojo) - (crime) |
Charges Filed In Death Of Gas Station Clerk Anthony Davis, 25, was charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of a clerk at a gas station at Independence and Park avenues Tuesday. The victim was identified as Sajid Mirza. Police said surveillance video showed Davis putting a cup of coffee on the counter. Investigators said prints on the cup connected Davis to the slaying.
According to court papers, Davis admitted he went into the store to buy coffee and cigarettes. He allegedly pulled a gun and demanded money, but the clerk refused and started to come toward him. Lorraine Marks' parents Dick and Jane Larson, her 17-year-old son Taelor, and Taelor's girlfriend Josie Peterson were shot, beaten, and stabbed to death in the Larson's Des Moines, Washington home. 23-year-old Leemah Carneh has confessed he killed them all. His alleged motive was a high school crush on Peterson, the 17-year-old girl he couldn't have. "I want him to know how much hurt and pain he caused me and my family," Elaine Klaiber said as 43-year-old Glasper stood in shackles."You took my life away by taking her," Klaiber said of the loss she is coping with after her daughter, Melissa Baker, was stabbed more than 60 times in Glasper's apartment. Police Announce Arrest In Rape of Girl younger than 13 years old Police in Dayton announced that they have arrested a man who they claimed raped a 13-year-old Dayton girl. The victim intentionally changed the details. They said while it is true that she was raped, it was not done by a random person. She was raped by someone she knew, 18-year-old Jamichael Lynn. Police stress that the public should not condemn the 13-year-old victim because she made up the details of the story. They said the public should have compassion for the teen. Lynn is now charged with one count of rape of a child under the age of 13 and one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Authorities said he remains behind bars. |
Child murderer Lionel Tate Charged With Criminal Mischief FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- A teenager who once killed a 6-year-old playmate has been charged with criminal mischief after a sheriff's deputy said he broke the glass in his cell door. Lionel Tate, 18, has been held without bail since May. He was charged with robbing a pizza delivery man at gunpoint and probation violation. Prosecutors filed new charges on Friday. According to court records, Tate was shouting at deputies on Aug. 25 while "banging on the cell door glass window ... for approximately 30 to 45 seconds." Tate faces a potential life sentence on the robbery charge because he is on probation as part of a plea agreement in the 1999 death of 6-year-old family friend Tiffany Eunick. - (NNN forum) - (crime) |
Student allegedly raped in high school bathroom by Negro youth FORT MYERS— A South Fort Myers High School student is in jail, charged with sexual assault on another student inside the school on September 29th. The Lee County Sheriff's Office says 16 year old Whitney Blanks pulled another student into the bathroom and raped her. Guilty Verdict in Fatal Purse Snatching * Ref: Two Men Indicted in Purse-Snatching Death  A jury found Akeem Hunter guilty of felony murder and robbery. The judge sentenced him to life in prison. In January, 2003, Hunter and another man drove by 79-year-old Sarah Price, grabbed her purse and knocked her down. Price died a few days later from head injuries. He was arrested late last night after police say he sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl while she was sleeping after breaking into her home. Police have captured a convicted sex offender who escaped from detention after raping an 82-year-old woman  Police have captured a convicted sex offender who escaped from the detention center in Port Gibson. Othnie Claiborne of Patterson was charged last month with rape, robbery, breaking and entering and burglary of an 82-year-old woman.
