Two officers wounded, black suspect shot dead  A U.S. Marshal and a Battle Creek police officer were wounded, and a suspect was shot dead during an incident in a neighborhood. The suspect has been identified as 32-year-old Leroy Tyrone Wilson. He had been the subject of a nationwide manhunt by U.S. Marshals. Wilson also was a person of interest in a Detroit homicide and being investigated for a shooting incident in which a former girlfriend of his was shot. Black Arrested, Charged With Murder Of White Nursing Student   JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A black was arrested and charged with the murder of a 23-year-old nursing student. Kimothy Simmons, 17, is suspected in last week's slaying of Sarah Whitlock. Whitlock was stabbed to death in her Riverside apartment on March 10 by Simmons, who may have been impersonating a police officer at the time. Simmons was arrested during a carjacking and brought in for questioning. His arrest came on the same day that Whitlock's ashes were scattered at sea. Undersheriff Frank Mackesy said a detective remembered seeing Simmons on a surveillance tape that showed him allegedly shoplifting a shirt with the word "police" on it. On the night Whitlock was killed, police said they found a narcotics officer's baseball cap, and a price tag from the police T-shirt, plus an unloaded gun and holster. According to police, Simmons was locked up in a juvenile detention center at age 12 for reasons unknown, and was later arrested for escaping from the facility. Black Former County Employee Goes on Shooting Spree - murdered White Attorney  Miss., (AP) -- The attorney for the Claiborne County Board of Supervisors was gunned down Friday and at least one other person was wounded during a shooting spree by an apparent disgruntled former county employee.
Sheriff Frank Davis said Carl Brandon, a former road manager, surrendered after the fatal shooting of Allen Burrell, 54, and the wounding of county employee Loretha Porter. Family members and others said Burrell, an attorney for about 30 years and board attorney since the mid-1980s, was shot in the face outside his law office. Porter, a secretary for the county road department, was taken by helicopter to the University Medical Center in Jackson, where she was reported in stable condition.

Black Man sentenced to only 11 years in killing of White musician  KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- A Jackson County judge sentenced a Kansas City man to 11 years in prison for killing the leader of a Kansas City ska band.
Eric Givans, 19, pleaded guilty in September to reduced charges of voluntary manslaughter and armed criminal action in the February 2004 death of Richie Restivo, 19, a singer for the band The Uprights.
He died of stab wounds after a fight between two groups in the parking outside Rockhurst High School. Givans initially was charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action. Dark Demon Sex Offender Charged With Kidnap-Rape-Kill of White 11-year-old Jacksonville Girl In 1996  Fla. -- A Connecticut sex offender will be returned to Florida to face a murder charge after being linked to the decade-old rape and drowning of an 11-year-old girl through a database of DNA from convicted sex offenders. Robert Shelton Mitchell, 43, was being held on a $5 million bond after being arraigned as a fugitive. He will face first-degree murder and capital sexual battery charges in the death of Cherie Morrisette of Jacksonville. The Mandarin Middle School student body was found on Dec. 8, 1996, floating in the St. John's River about 10 miles south of the apartment she shared with her mother and sister. An autopsy determined that Cherie drowned shortly after her disappearance on Dec. 2, 1996, and was alive when she either fell into the river or was thrown in. Police labeled the death suspicious, and authorities found a small DNA sample on her underwear and body. Mitchell lived in nearby Middleburg at the time of the girl's death, police said Thursday. Norway: "Insane" Somali Migrant Murderer walks free   Just 19 months after going amok with a combat knife on an Oslo tram, the 41-year-old "Norwegian"-Somalian is allowed unsupervised freedom of movement. The Somali was declared insane at the time of the crime and was sentenced to compulsory psychological care after stabbing several persons on the number 17 tram in August 2004. The partner of Terje Mjåland, the 23-year-old who died of the stab wounds received in the tram assault, was stunned by the news. "Nothing can describe how horrible it has been to accept that Terje's killer is insane and needs help. And how he is set free? Weird old black man terrorizes two pregnant White women by ramming their SUV   Two pregnant women had a frightening encounter Wednesday. The women were on their way to a baby fair when a man started ramming their car, terrifying them. Police say they don’t know what the set the man off.
The suspect is 50-year-old Earl Boyd.Part of the incident was caught on tape, showing the suspect ramming his SUV into the victims’ SUV. The tape shows that the suspect accelerated so hard that his tires were smoking.
One of the pregnant women, who wished to remain anonymous, said "Screaming, ‘What do you want with us?’ Oh my god, was he going to kill us? It was just scary!" The second anonymous mother explained, "It was the scariest day of my life! The life of my child, the fact that my husband wasn’t there. My best girlfriend and her child, all four of our lives were in danger. There was nothing we could do except scream and pray." The suspect also reportedly blew kisses at the women and jumped curbs, trying to force the mothers into oncoming traffic. Then, just before police came to the rescue, the suspect started ramming their car. Police arrest third black in Henry County home execution death * Police charge two blacks in home invasion and killing    Police in Henry County have charged two blacks in a home invasion and murder earlier this week. Police responded to a home after reports of gunfire Sunday night. Inside they found 22 year old Meghan Lee Price with a gunshot wound to the back of her head. She later died at the hospital.
Price's boyfriend, 26 year old Jamie Dantoni Dillon, was in the home during the shooting. He told police that he fired several shots back at the intruders. Black man murdered his white "ex-wife" - stabbed her multiple times * Arrest Warrant Issued for black for murdering "ex-wife"   A murdered mother of four in Pittsfield was stabbed multiple times according to a police report.
The report, which was found in district court, says a bloody fingerprint was found in the apartment where 27-year-old Michelle Townsend's body was discovered.
Police have matched that fingerprint to Townsend's estranged husband, Seymour Townsend. Authorities have issued a warrant for his arrest. Police say Seymour Townsend also goes by the names Sidney Downing and Rohan Davies.

Brutal Death for a Beautiful White Student - a black bouncer is the main suspect   Her ravaged body was found wrapped in a cheap, flower print bedspread off a parkway in Brooklyn. Imette St. Guillen had been raped, suffocated and strangled. She had been bound hand and foot, with a sock stuffed in her mouth to muffle any sound. Her face was wrapped like a mummy in clear plastic packaging tape, suggesting that her killer wanted to freeze the pained expression on her face. Also, the killer chopped off her signature long, black hair. Cops say there is evidence that the petite 5'2'' woman struggled with her attacker, but still she violently was overcome. Ohio Jury Convicts Negro of Kidnapping 5-year-old White Girl - Sentenced to only 10 years for kidnap - victim still missing   COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Jurors convicted a man Friday of kidnapping a 5-year-old girl, but acquitted him of a rape charge that could have brought a mandatory life sentence. The girl is presumed dead, but Bruce was not charged with murder. Lindsey Bruce was charged with kidnapping and raping Emily Rimel, who has been missing since December. She was last seen in her Madison Township home on the night when Bruce was visiting. Rimel's body has not been found and Bruce was not charged with murder.
