Black charged in sex assault of five minor girls from church A Philadelphia man has been charged with rape in connection with a series of assaults on girls from his church. Courtney Wilson, 56, is in custody and charged with multiple counts of rape and related crimes. Police say the incidents happened between 1997 and 2005. Wilson was a trusted member and volunteer for a church. Police say five young women, who are now in their 20s, came forward with complaints from days when they were minors. - (Black rapes) |
Black former Jefferson Parish deputy's rape sentencing is delayed Former deputy Brett Casimer's sentencing hearing was pushed to next month. A jury found he forced a woman he arrested during a traffic stop to give him oral sex in exchange for releasing her. The woman, who was running errands wearing only shorts and a T-shirt when Casimer pulled her over, said he forced her to do it while parked behind a church. 2 more blacks arrested in home invasion robbery, sexual battery Authorities have arrested two more teenagers in connection with a June home invasion robbery and rape case. Dasjay Djuan Stittiams, 16, and Kamal Henderson, 17, were booked into County Jail on charges of home invasion robbery and sexual battery. Jenieka Ford, 19, was arrested last month on the same charges. Murder charge follows Saturday slaying of White woman by black A Muncie man arrested in the brutal slaying of a local woman has now been preliminarily charged with killing her. Terry Donald Rutledge, a convicted felon, was preliminarily charged with murder. Rutledge is accused of killing Tonia J. Ingram whose body was found, on fire. Antowyn Tavares Warren a convicted felon, is preliminarily charged with assisting a criminal and obstruction of justice. Jailed on those same two charges was 36-year-old Regina N. Black Arrested for Rape, Beating Victim with Hammer MEMPHIS, TN - A man is behind bars, accused of beating a woman in the head with a hammer, raping her, then robbing her home on November 11, 2011. The victim was attacked when the suspect entered her Raleigh home and struck her in the head with a hammer while was she was in her bed. The suspect then raped the victim, and held a knife to her throat. Before leaving, he stole contents from her purse and cash from her room. UK: Black rapist attacked drunk woman while she slept A rapist who attacked a drunk woman while she was sleeping has been jailed for six years. Gael Kamki, 31, claimed that sex had been consensual when he was arrested after the attack at his home in May last year. A police detective said "Not only has he taken advantage of the victim and subjected her to an awful sexual assault but he has continued to lie about what he has done, claiming the victim was awake. Black Alabama postal worker goes 'postal' - charged with firing shots A 29-year-old postal employee was charged with two counts of attempted murder Friday after authorities said he used two guns to fire shots inside the main post office in Alabama's capital city. Officials said the employee, Arthur Lee Darby Jr., was in the Montgomery County Jail with bond set at $1 million. The man showed up for work in the mail sorting area and began firing shots about 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Black Ethiopian refugee convicted of raping a blind 84-year-old Minnesota man Minn. - An Ethiopian refugee convicted of sexually assaulting a blind 84-year-old Minnesota man has been sentenced to nearly 29 years in prison. Ahmed Sule was sentenced to 28 years, 10 months. He'll be deported when he's released. Sule broke into the Fridley home of the elderly cancer patient. Prosecutors say the 24-year-old Sule repeatedly told him he loved him and wanted to kiss him, before sexually assaulting him. 80-year-old man robbed by black at gunpoint in Sturgis Police are looking for a black male who reportedly robbed an 80-year-old man robbed at gunpoint Saturday night. The robbery occurred at approximately 7 p.m. Saturday while the victim was exiting his vehicle. The victim told police a black male held him at gunpoint and took his wallet before fleeing from the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a black male between 25 and 30 years old, approximately 5'9" and 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gloves. - (Newsroom) |

Officers said the suspect was helping the elderly man do yardwork. Black DeKalb man charged with following woman home, raping her DeKalb County police said they have arrested a man on rape charges after he followed a woman home and then sexually assaulted her. Investigators said Garry Mincey, 35, followed a woman home from the Publix grocery store on Flakes Mill Road. Officers said Mincey then snuck into the woman's home while she unloaded her groceries. Authorities arrested 32-year-old Latorie Jerriel Crumbler after a woman reported an alleged sexual assault. It happened around 11 p.m. Sunday near Ramsey Street. The victim told authorities that Crumbler asked her for a ride and when she didn't respond, he displayed a handgun and got into her car. Dreadlocked black Southern Pines man charged in sexual assault A Southern Pines man faces accusations that he sexually assaulted a person, police said Thursday. Investigators said that Marco Lynn Cheatham, 23, committed the reported assault in an apartment on Shaw Avenue around 8 p.m. Nov. 23. Interracial couple held without bond in bloody saw slaying LAS VEGAS (AP) — A judge ruled that a couple charged with killing a neighbor whose body was found outside in a box will be jailed without bond until an evidentiary hearing. Anthony Stiger and Melanie Costantini, both 20, said nothing during their appearance in court, where a judge accepted not guilty pleas on their behalf. They were arrested in Southern California after the body of 58-year-old Harold Myles Shilberg was found Nov. 9 outside an apartment building in Las Vegas. His body had multiple cuts. Jurors in Arizona reached the verdict, about a month after finding Mark Goudeau guilty of the nine murders and 58 other charges, including kidnapping and rape. Goudeau had been serving a 438-year sentence in a 2005 sexual assault case tied to the Baseline Killer attacks but only recently became eligible for the death penalty after the murder convictions. Black wanted for alleged aggravated rape in custody A Sulphur man wanted for an alleged aggravated rape is now in custody. Damon Troy Skipper, 44, was arrested Monday afternoon. Skipper has been on the run from authorities since October 26, 2011 when District Judge David A. Richie signed a warrant for his arrest for aggravated rape. His bond has been set in the amount of $750,000.00. Skipper’s wife, Janice Renee Skipper, was also wanted in connection to the alleged aggravated rape and turned herself over to SPD detectives on November 8, 2011. Jury to decide whether convicted black killer of (White) Shanon Marks should die The final decision on whether Rayshawn Johnson will be executed will be resolved. Johnson was convicted of murder and sentenced to death in 1998 for the baseball bat bludgeoning death of his neighbor, 29-year-old Shanon Marks. Johnson lived in his grandmother's apartment that overlooked the home of Marks and her husband, who were planning to celebrate her third wedding anniversary that night. Johnson beat her with the bat 13 times, the last three in the head. Her husband found her body 13 hours later in a pool of her blood. In addition to the fatal blows that fractured her skull, she also suffered a broken jaw and a broken left arm. Black arrested in (White) Army soldier's murder Athens-Clarke County police arrested a man they say fatally shot Army soldier Jeremy Sean Buchanan. Cody Stanley Lumpkin, 21, was arrested for Buchanan's shooting death. Police say Lumpkin shot him on Sunday at Rolling Ridge Apartments in Athens. Witnesses told police they saw Buchanan walk toward the breezeway of an apartment building with at least one other man, when a gunshot rang out.
