Black doctor fled country after rape accusation Police have issued warrants for Darlington Hart, 43, of Rock Hill for charges of criminal sexual conduct. A 21-year-old Rock Hill woman accused Hart of assaulting her at the medical office. The woman said she was walking down the hall when her boss grabbed her arm, pulling her into his office, the report states. Black admits strangulation and attemped rape The housekeeping manager at the Essex House coldly admitted yesterday that he drunkenly strangled and tried to rape a resident of the luxury hotel and condo two years ago. Derrick Praileau, 31, pleaded guilty in Manhattan Supreme Court to first-degree murder. He's to be sentenced June 17 to 23 years to life in prison. He told cops that he skulked around the building in September 2009 hunting for a victim. Black Wanted on Rape Charge Arrested at Duncan Creek Skatepark Blair Malachi Washington was arrested last week. Washington is facing charges in connection with a January sexual assault at Lake Sweetwater Apartments in Lawrenceville. According to police, Washington is believed to have forced his way into the apartment of a female in her late 20s. Black gets 32 years in kidnap, rape Tyrone Luster, 44, was sentenced to 32½ years to 70 years Monday on charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, home invasion, carjacking and fleeing from police. He was charged with breaking into the home of a 31-year-old woman on Willard Street on July 2 and repeatedly raping her. Black gets life term in fatal stabbing of 92-year-old White woman Gordon Franklin McMullen, who has spent much of his life behind bars, has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for fatally stabbing a 92-year-old Charlotte woman as she returned home from church in April 2008. The crime against the Sunday School class treasurer who talked proudly of renewing her driver's license for five more years tore at her family, her church and the community. McMullen, 50, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, armed robbery, first-degree kidnapping, and breaking and entering in connection with Mildred Clontz's slaying. Sagging pants hamper black rape suspect fleeing Memphis police A 22-year-old man accused of rape had difficulty escaping from Memphis police because his pants kept falling down around his knees. Police arrested Richard D. Graham after a chase. Loud talking originally drew the officers' attention to three men, including Graham. When police discovered that Graham was wanted on a rape charge, he bolted but fell "multiple times while running due to his pants being around his knees." Police looking for black suspect in rape of 9-year-old girl The Charlotte police is looking for a man charged with first-degree rape. Jujuan Miller, also known as Royal Scott, is wanted on charges of raping a 9-year-old girl. Investigators say he has been on the run for a probation violation for two years. Miller is believed to be in the Charlotte area. Miller is known to detail cars while working out of a van. He is 35-years-old, approximately 5-feet-9, 150 to 160 pounds. Black arrested for January sexual assault of elderly victim A DNA match has led to the arrest of a teenager for a January sexual attack in Fort Myers. Darnell Taylor, 17, was arrested without incident at his home on Saturday and charged with sexual battery and home invasion robbery for the January 7th attack. Simon Angilda was convicted in January on 14 counts for breaking into the woman's Leawood home on June 29, 2010, and attacking her. He is charged with sexually assaulting a woman on March 9 during a medical procedure. Two months later, police said DNA linked the man to a second attack involving a 12-year-old girl from Davis Elementary School. She was raped inside the same vacant home near 16th and Southern avenues. Detectives also believe the same man raped a 17-year-old girl walking to South Mountain High School on April 25th. She had been beaten and tied up in Palo Alto, then driven in her own car to a deserted Santa Clara schoolyard where she was beaten again and then raped. The man responsible had his hands around her neck. But the brutal attack ended as suddenly as it began. The man abruptly removed his hands and began running away. The woman, whose dress had been torn off during the attack, ran in the opposite direction and flagged down a passer-by, who called 911. Lehtinen has been determined through DNA to be responsible for the strangulation death of Denise A. Comeau in 1992 and with raping two women in the 1990s, District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. said yesterday. James Earl Johnson, who died in Alabama in 2008, was identified as the man responsible for the December 1992 murder of Ms. Comeau. The DNA also linked him to a rape in 1993 and another in 1995. The confirmations came Monday. Both rape victims have since died. Convicted black rapist Tommy Lee Sailor sentenced to life without parole Convicted rapist Tommy Lee Sailor was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Judge Chet Tharpe handed down the life sentence, plus an additional 15 years for being a repeat offender. It only took 16 minutes for a jury of his peers to find Sailor guilty of rape in April. The jury heard a disturbing 911 call made from a woman while she was being sexually assaulted. During the call you could hear a man tell the woman, "I'm a serial rapist, I'm a serial killer." The Crown is seeking a dangerous offender designation for Johnson Aziga, 54, who was convicted in April 2009 of two counts of first-degree murder, 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of attempted aggravated sexual assault. A dangerous offender can be jailed indefinitely. Aziga's convictions relate to 11 women with whom he had unprotected sex and did not tell them he had the virus that causes AIDS. Seven of the women became infected, with two dying of AIDS-related cancers. Motion denied to suppress interview of black suspect in the murder of white Carol Marie Brown There was no admission of guilt in a murder suspect's interview by Hagerstown police detectives last year, but the videotape of the exchange provided more details of the crime scene and events surrounding the murder of Carol Marie Brown three years ago. Darrol Sands, 43, who was indicted in the April 19, 2008, killing, was seeking to have the video suppressed at his May trial. Brown, 22, the mother of two, was found dead in a bathtub in her home, according to court records and the videotaped interview.
