Black arrested for rape of 10-year-old girl, 12-year-old girl, 17-year-old girl Phoenix police arrested DeJuan Donaldson, 18, Wednesday morning. the first incident happened in November when a 10-year-old girl from Conchos Elementary School was raped by the suspect inside a vacant home. Two months later, police said DNA linked the man to a second attack involving a 12-year-old girl from Davis Elementary School. She was raped inside the same vacant home near 16th and Southern avenues. Detectives also believe the same man raped a 17-year-old girl walking to South Mountain High School on April 25th. Black man accused of rape got in victim’s home for cleaning estimate  A man accused of raping a woman last week allegedly tried to pay her for sex with counterfeit cash while inside her apartment, police said. Darrell Antonio Lockhart, 25, is charged with rape, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and two counts of first-degree forgery, Sgt. Matt Blackstock said. Police arrested Lockhart inside an Enoch Drive apartment at 5:30 p.m. Monday, reports state. - (Black rapes) |
Victim testifies in Palo Alto abduction, rape case - black suspect Lionel Blanks - describes escape from death Blindfolded, battered and terrified, the young woman thought she was going to die. She had been beaten and tied up in Palo Alto, then driven in her own car to a deserted Santa Clara schoolyard where she was beaten again and then raped. The man responsible had his hands around her neck. But the brutal attack ended as suddenly as it began. The man abruptly removed his hands and began running away. The woman, whose dress had been torn off during the attack, ran in the opposite direction and flagged down a passer-by, who called 911. DNA links dead black man to murders and rapes * DNA links dead black to 2 murders   A suspect in the 1993 killing of Vicki J. Lehtinen has been determined through DNA to be responsible for the strangulation death of Denise A. Comeau in 1992 and with raping two women in the 1990s, District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. said yesterday. James Earl Johnson, who died in Alabama in 2008, was identified as the man responsible for the December 1992 murder of Ms. Comeau. The DNA also linked him to a rape in 1993 and another in 1995. The confirmations came Monday. Both rape victims have since died. Convicted black rapist Tommy Lee Sailor sentenced to life without parole Convicted rapist Tommy Lee Sailor was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Judge Chet Tharpe handed down the life sentence, plus an additional 15 years for being a repeat offender. It only took 16 minutes for a jury of his peers to find Sailor guilty of rape in April. The jury heard a disturbing 911 call made from a woman while she was being sexually assaulted. During the call you could hear a man tell the woman, "I'm a serial rapist, I'm a serial killer." Black wanted for sexual assault of child 
Durham police are trying to locate a man wanted on sexual assault charges.
Avis Deshon Trueluck, 34, is facing charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual offense with a child and taking indecent liberties with a child.

Black sex fiend Curtis Tucker sentenced to 15 years after DNA tied him to attempted rape during robbery DNA evidence gave Manhattan prosecutors another crack at a Harlem sex fiend and cost the perv an extra 15-year prison stretch yesterday. Curtis Tucker, who is already serving 5-1/2 years for a violent home invasion, was sentenced Tuesday to the additional jail time after DNA tied him to the 2004 attempted rape of a 15-year-old. Faulkner, bishop of a Pentecostal church in Catonsville, pleaded guilty Tuesday to assaulting a 43-year-old congregant last year after she went to him for advice on a family matter. By pleading to the second-degree assault charge, the defendant avoided a trial on seven criminal counts levied against him, including attempted second-degree rape, two sex offenses and committing unnatural or perverted acts. Canada: Black Ugandan migrant guilty of HIV murders blames problems on undescended testicle A Ugandan immigrant. believed to be the first in Canada convicted of murder through HIV transmission blames an undescended testicle for his current situation. The Crown is seeking a dangerous offender designation for Johnson Aziga, 54, who was convicted in April 2009 of two counts of first-degree murder, 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of attempted aggravated sexual assault. A dangerous offender can be jailed indefinitely. Aziga's convictions relate to 11 women with whom he had unprotected sex and did not tell them he had the virus that causes AIDS. Seven of the women became infected, with two dying of AIDS-related cancers. Black Minister abused boys he met through churches, charities SEATTLE -- Police have arrested a licensed foster parent and minister accused of sexually abusing boys he met through churches and charitable youth programs, and investigators believe there may be additional victims. Timothy L. Dampier, 34, has been charged with one count of child molestation in the first degree, and four counts of child molestation in the second degree. The charges address multiple instances of alleged abuse endured by three victims between May 2001 and May 2003, which coincides with the four years during which he served as a foster parent. - (Newsroom) |

Black basketball coach accused of sodomizing boy 25 years ago In a bizarre coincidence, an accused child rapist and his alleged victim wound up working together for the city of Charleston decades after the supposed attack. Joseph Quirindongo, accused of series of sex attacks in lower East Side, arrested  A serial sexual predator who preyed upon women on the lower East Side was busted early Saturday, police said. Joseph Quirindongo, 20, was charged with attempted rape, assault and committing a criminal sex act after cops linked him to a pair of attacks - one in January, one in April - against teenage girls, police said. Investigators believe Quirindongo followed a similar pattern during his two assaults, in both instances following his victims into an apartment building's elevator and then brandishing a knife. |
Black Durham man charged with rape of woman while she was sleeping Cameron Alonte Green, 21, is accused of having sexual relations with the woman multiple times while she was heavily sedated on prenoscription medication. Investigators say the Durham man was a guest at the victim's home along with several other friends. Durham police arrested Green earlier this week. 'Twisted' (black) Malcolm Johnson sentenced to 21 years in prison for rapes  An ex-con linked to two Queens gunpoint rapes through DNA was sentenced to 21 years in prison Thursday by a judge who called him "a twisted individual." Malcolm Johnson, 24, pleaded guilty last month to dragging two women off streets in the Rockaways in October 2009 and forcing them to secluded areas, where he raped them. UK: Black ‘Air vent’ sex pest convicted of hospital rape A man found hiding in an AIR VENT the night before he sexually assaulted a woman in a hospital toilet has been convicted of rape.
Vile Ian Joseph, 44, was found guilty of raping the woman in a unisex toilet in the Hospital in Oxford.
Bizarrely, police caught Joseph sleeping in an air vent in the hospital the night before the brutal attack on October 30 last year.The 21-year-old woman, told the court she was waiting for her sister and assumed Joseph, who was hanging around in the reception, worked at the hospital. Motion denied to suppress interview of black suspect in the murder of white Carol Marie Brown  There was no admission of guilt in a murder suspect's interview by Hagerstown police detectives last year, but the videotape of the exchange provided more details of the crime scene and events surrounding the murder of Carol Marie Brown three years ago. Darrol Sands, 43, who was indicted in the April 19, 2008, killing, was seeking to have the video suppressed at his May trial. Brown, 22, the mother of two, was found dead in a bathtub in her home, according to court records and the videotaped interview. 3rd illegal immigrant sentenced for blonde SMU student's rape   The last of three men to be sentenced in the rape at gunpoint of a Southern Methodist University student received a 25-year prison term Thursday after asking the forgiveness of their victim.
Luis Zuniga was sentenced in state district court in Dallas under terms of a plea agreement and testifying against one of his co-defendants.Arturo Arevalo and Alfonso Zuniga have both received life sentences for their part in the assault.
