Black Minister abused boys he met through churches, charities SEATTLE -- Police have arrested a licensed foster parent and minister accused of sexually abusing boys he met through churches and charitable youth programs, and investigators believe there may be additional victims. Timothy L. Dampier, 34, has been charged with one count of child molestation in the first degree, and four counts of child molestation in the second degree. The charges address multiple instances of alleged abuse endured by three victims between May 2001 and May 2003, which coincides with the four years during which he served as a foster parent. - (Newsroom) |
Rape Charge Filed Against Black Dominican University Student  A Dominican University student has been charged in connection with a rape that took place inside a school dorm room. Black basketball coach accused of sodomizing boy 25 years ago In a bizarre coincidence, an accused child rapist and his alleged victim wound up working together for the city of Charleston decades after the supposed attack. The boy, now a 33-year-old man, came forward to police two years ago, telling them what allegedly happened some time between 1985 and 1987, when he was 7 to 9 years old and playing basketball with the city's Parks and Recreation Department: His coach, Keith Gadsden, told him that if he wanted to play as a starter on the team, he would have to take off his pants and lie down on the restroom floor, the police report said. - (Newsroom) |
Joseph Quirindongo, accused of series of sex attacks in lower East Side, arrested  A serial sexual predator who preyed upon women on the lower East Side was busted early Saturday, police said. Joseph Quirindongo, 20, was charged with attempted rape, assault and committing a criminal sex act after cops linked him to a pair of attacks - one in January, one in April - against teenage girls, police said. Investigators believe Quirindongo followed a similar pattern during his two assaults, in both instances following his victims into an apartment building's elevator and then brandishing a knife. |
Black Durham man charged with rape of woman while she was sleeping Cameron Alonte Green, 21, is accused of having sexual relations with the woman multiple times while she was heavily sedated on prenoscription medication. Investigators say the Durham man was a guest at the victim's home along with several other friends. Durham police arrested Green earlier this week. He is charged with three counts of second-degree forcible rape and two counts of second-degree forcible sex offense. - (Black rapes) |
'Twisted' (black) Malcolm Johnson sentenced to 21 years in prison for rapes  An ex-con linked to two Queens gunpoint rapes through DNA was sentenced to 21 years in prison Thursday by a judge who called him "a twisted individual." Malcolm Johnson, 24, pleaded guilty last month to dragging two women off streets in the Rockaways in October 2009 and forcing them to secluded areas, where he raped them. "The defendant is a serial rapist and a violent, twisted individual," said Queens Supreme Court Justice Richard Buchter. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
UK: Black ‘Air vent’ sex pest convicted of hospital rape A man found hiding in an AIR VENT the night before he sexually assaulted a woman in a hospital toilet has been convicted of rape.
Vile Ian Joseph, 44, was found guilty of raping the woman in a unisex toilet in the Hospital in Oxford.
Bizarrely, police caught Joseph sleeping in an air vent in the hospital the night before the brutal attack on October 30 last year.The 21-year-old woman, told the court she was waiting for her sister and assumed Joseph, who was hanging around in the reception, worked at the hospital. (Black Muslim) Man sentenced to life for killing 5 family members including 7-month-old son Jihad  A 33-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison without parole today in the slayings of his mother, pregnant wife, infant son, and two nieces in a rampage last year on Chicago’s South Side. James A. Larry of Madison, Wis. came to Chicago in April 2010 bent on slaughtering his family because he felt “disrespected” that they would not join his Islamic religion. “He was upset at his wife and their family,” Assistant State’s Attorney Jim McKay said. “It didn’t matter if they were young or old, pregnant or not. Black man who worked as a corrections officer charged in 2 rapes - one male, one female  A man who worked as a corrections officer is charged with raping a male inmate at the Cleveland House of Corrections and a woman he met through a chat line. James Belle is charged with multiple counts of rape, kidnapping and gross sexual imposition. DNA evidence linked Belle to the inmate's rape on March 25. Black Music Fest Parking Attendant Arrested for Rape A man accused of raping a 23-year-old woman in the parking lot at last weekend's Stagecoach Music Festival will face charges in court next week. 46-year-old Darin Garrett of Los Angeles was working as a parking attendant at the festival, which took place at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio (also the site of last month's Coachella Festival) last Saturday night when he offered assistance to a woman who was looking for her car in an overflow parking lot. - (Black rapes) |
Black man pleads guilty to rape after DNA links him to the crime Charlie Venisee was arrested for an unrelated charge and had to give a DNA sample. Black UM freshman football player charged with rape University of Miami footballer Jeffrey Brown was charged with sexual battery by police. Brown surrendered to police.The charges were for an attack just before 4 a.m. Saturday at a dorm. The woman had returned home to the dormitory, drunk and ill, according to an arrest affidavit. Brown came into her room, “under pretense he was concerned for her well being,” the affidavit said. HIV Positive Black Facing Eight New Charges A Grand Jury has returned indictments for eight new charges against an HIV positive man who is accused of having sex with women without telling them he is infected. 29 year-old Andre Davis now faces a total of 15 counts of felonious assault for the sexual encounters. Davis is now accused of having sex with 12 woman in all, without disclosing his condition. Motion denied to suppress interview of black suspect in the murder of white Carol Marie Brown  There was no admission of guilt in a murder suspect's interview by Hagerstown police detectives last year, but the videotape of the exchange provided more details of the crime scene and events surrounding the murder of Carol Marie Brown three years ago. Darrol Sands, 43, who was indicted in the April 19, 2008, killing, was seeking to have the video suppressed at his May trial. Brown, 22, the mother of two, was found dead in a bathtub in her home, according to court records and the videotaped interview. 3rd illegal immigrant sentenced for blonde SMU student's rape   The last of three men to be sentenced in the rape at gunpoint of a Southern Methodist University student received a 25-year prison term Thursday after asking the forgiveness of their victim.
Luis Zuniga was sentenced in state district court in Dallas under terms of a plea agreement and testifying against one of his co-defendants.Arturo Arevalo and Alfonso Zuniga have both received life sentences for their part in the assault.
