(Black Muslim) Man sentenced to life for killing 5 family members including 7-month-old son Jihad  A 33-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison without parole today in the slayings of his mother, pregnant wife, infant son, and two nieces in a rampage last year on Chicago’s South Side. James A. Larry of Madison, Wis. came to Chicago in April 2010 bent on slaughtering his family because he felt “disrespected” that they would not join his Islamic religion. “He was upset at his wife and their family,” Assistant State’s Attorney Jim McKay said. “It didn’t matter if they were young or old, pregnant or not. He wanted them dead.” He admitted fatally shooting his mother, Leona Larry, 57; his wife, Twanda Thompson, 19; his 7-month-old son, Jihad; his 3-year-old niece, Keleasha Larry; and his 16-year-old niece, Keyshai Fields,. - (Newsroom) |
Black football players charged in gang-rape of 9th-grader    A group of Hendrickson High School football players has been charged in connection with the rape of a ninth-grade student during a pool get-together. Leonard Leon Scales and Tommie Lee Robins Jr., both 18, are charged with second-degree felony sexual assault and unlawful restraint, a state jail felony. Black man who worked as a corrections officer charged in 2 rapes - one male, one female  A man who worked as a corrections officer is charged with raping a male inmate at the Cleveland House of Corrections and a woman he met through a chat line. James Belle is charged with multiple counts of rape, kidnapping and gross sexual imposition. DNA evidence linked Belle to the inmate's rape on March 25. Black Music Fest Parking Attendant Arrested for Rape A man accused of raping a 23-year-old woman in the parking lot at last weekend's Stagecoach Music Festival will face charges in court next week. 46-year-old Darin Garrett of Los Angeles was working as a parking attendant at the festival, which took place at the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio (also the site of last month's Coachella Festival) last Saturday night when he offered assistance to a woman who was looking for her car in an overflow parking lot. - (Black rapes) |
Black man pleads guilty to rape after DNA links him to the crime Charlie Venisee was arrested for an unrelated charge and had to give a DNA sample. Venisee pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 20 years in prison, with a minimum of 10 to serve. He will also be required to register as a sex offender when he's released. - (Black rapes) |

Black UM freshman football player charged with rape University of Miami footballer Jeffrey Brown was charged with sexual battery by police. Brown surrendered to police.The charges were for an attack just before 4 a.m. Saturday at a dorm. The woman had returned home to the dormitory, drunk and ill, according to an arrest affidavit. Brown came into her room, “under pretense he was concerned for her well being,” the affidavit said. $1 million bail for black HIV-positive Jersey City felon charged with brutal rape Officials say an HIV-positive Jersey City felon charged with rape is being held on $1 million bail, The Jersey Journal reports. Robert L. HIV Positive Black Facing Eight New Charges A Grand Jury has returned indictments for eight new charges against an HIV positive man who is accused of having sex with women without telling them he is infected. 29 year-old Andre Davis now faces a total of 15 counts of felonious assault for the sexual encounters. Davis is now accused of having sex with 12 woman in all, without disclosing his condition. Black ex-postal worker on trial in string of Chicago rapes Tommie Naylor, 43, a former postal worker accused in the rape, gazed at the victim from across the courtroom.
Naylor is on trial for a separate South Side attack of a 15-year-old girl in 2008. He is charged in five rapes of teenage girls. Three of the alleged victims testified Tuesday under an Illinois statute allowing evidence that demonstrates a defendant has a "propensity to commit sex offenses."
Naylor was arrested in 2009 at the south suburban mail-sorting facility where he worked. Detectives had matched his vehicle to a partial license plate number from one alleged victim. DNA matched him to each of the five sexual assaults, prosecutors said. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Black Teen Pleads Guilty In Roller Rink Gang Rape of 12-year-old Girl A teen accused of raping a 12-year-old girl inside a Woodlawn roller rink pleaded guilty to lesser sex offense charges. Prosecutors are expected to seek a sentence of seven to 13 years in prison for 18-year-old Kadeem Santiful in connection with the August attack at the Skateworks Roller Rink. Black teen accused of having sex in the hallway of a Georgia high school  Two teenagers are accused of having sex in the hallway of a Georgia high school, and one is charged with public indecency, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. Vernon Cosey, Jr. and an unnamed juvenile female were allegedly found 'partially nude and fondling each other' around 6 p.m. at Wheeler High School in Marietta, Georgia. Girl, 16, forced into SUV at gunpoint, raped by black Metro police charged a 28-year-old man with abducting a 16-year-old girl from her west Nashville bus stop and then raping her at his apartment. Around 6:30 a.m., detectives said Herbert Allen Young approached the teen and three other students in a black Ford Explorer as they waited at their bus stop. Detectives arrest colored Spring Lake man accused of kidnapping, rape, crimes against nature  A Spring Lake man has been arrested, accused of kidnapping a woman and then raping her. Woodrow Reiss Mainor, 51, allegedly forced a woman at knifepoint to engage in sexual relations against her will. Detectives allege he held the woman captive in his home on April 28. Dayton black charged in the rape of teen A 38-year-old man is in the Montgomery County Region Jail facing rape, kidnapping and robbery charges involving a 17-year-old girl. The victim was an acquaintance of her alleged attacker through mutual friends. Saturday night, Corey T. Smith enticed the victim into his apartment and attacked her. Black Houston police officer is headed to jail for sexually assaulting prostitute A jury handed down the punishment for Demetrie Dixon today, after convicting him of sexual assault on Friday. Dixon was sentenced to six years in prison. Dixon allegedly picked up the victim and took her to a remote location then raped her on two separate occasions. There are two other cases the state is considering trying. One involves another prostitute. And in another case, he's accused of trying to do the same thing to a woman he thought was a prostitute. Black Tampa man on probation accused of rape A Tampa man on probation for a robbery charge is accused of kidnapping and rape. Police say they caught him in the act. Tampa Police say on 50-year-old Varrow Davis grabbed a woman by her hair and dragged her from a sidewalk into a dark alley before forcing her to perform a sexual act. Motion denied to suppress interview of black suspect in the murder of white Carol Marie Brown  There was no admission of guilt in a murder suspect's interview by Hagerstown police detectives last year, but the videotape of the exchange provided more details of the crime scene and events surrounding the murder of Carol Marie Brown three years ago. Darrol Sands, 43, who was indicted in the April 19, 2008, killing, was seeking to have the video suppressed at his May trial. Brown, 22, the mother of two, was found dead in a bathtub in her home, according to court records and the videotaped interview. Probation ordered for black dredlocked genitals exposer A (black) who exposed his genitals to customers and employees at six local businesses in November and December has been sentenced to two years’ probation. Last week, Zebulun J. Ore received two years’ supervised probation after pleading guilty to five counts of second-degree sexual misconduct. He has been ordered not to return to Hy-Vee, Target or Walmart. Columbia police found Ore on Dec. 8 after an incident at Target where he exposed himself to a 19-year-old shopper. Ore was identified as a suspect in five other incidents dating back to Nov. 22, including at the Broadway Walmart, where he allegedly grabbed employees’ hands and tried to get them to touch his groin area. - (Newsroom) |
Phoenix Black Facing Indecent Exposure Charges A 35-year-old Phoenix man accused of indecent exposure was allegedly smoking a marijuana pipe when detectives went to question him. According to the criminal complaint, for the past two years, residents of Valle Escondido Condominiums have complained to their HOA that Delarndrus Nashid Shabazz has been exposing himself to neighbors on numerous occasions. Black charged in assault on pregnant girlfriend Kansas City police have arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with an attack on his pregnant girlfriend last month in which she was hit, cut with glass and kicked in the genitals. He allegedly “kicked the victim in the vagina area repeatedly” and threw the victim against a mirror, breaking it. Ex-NFL (Negro Football League) arrested yet again on drug charges; warrant out of Mobile Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Alvin Keith McCants is in jail after being arrested on a cocaine possession charge. Records show the 43-year-old McCants was also was booked Saturday afternoon on a charge of resisting an officer. Bond was set at $4,000. 3rd illegal immigrant sentenced for blonde SMU student's rape   The last of three men to be sentenced in the rape at gunpoint of a Southern Methodist University student received a 25-year prison term Thursday after asking the forgiveness of their victim.
Luis Zuniga was sentenced in state district court in Dallas under terms of a plea agreement and testifying against one of his co-defendants.Arturo Arevalo and Alfonso Zuniga have both received life sentences for their part in the assault.
