Dreadlocked Negroid rape suspect caught after returning to victim's home St. Petersburg Police say 26-year-old Charles Coger entered the woman's home on Friday at 2 a.m., through an unlocked back door and then went into her bedroom. She told him to leave, but he grabbed the back of her neck and rolled her onto her stomach and told her he would hurt her if she didn't comply with his sexual demands. Police say Coger returned to the woman's home the following night. However this time the woman and a friend held onto him until police arrived. Coger, whose been arrested 10 times since 2006, is charged with sexual battery and burglary. He also had an outstanding warrant after he failed to appear for a sentencing after he pleaded no contest in February to a charge of loitering and prowling. - (Newsroom) |

Reward Offered (for black man) in Attempted Rape of 85-year old Woman Henry County Police are patrolling an area in Ellenwood and handing out flyers after an elderly woman was attacked in her home. Captain Jason Bolton tells WSB it happened on Monday when the suspect knocked on the 85-year-old woman's door on Clark Drive and asked if he could cut her grass. When she declined, he asked if he could have some water. "She closed the door and locked it, went in, got a bottle of water, went back to the door. When she opened the door to give him this bottle of water, he then produced a small knife and forced his way inside of her home," said Bolton. - (Newsroom) |
(Black) Slaying Suspect Was Convicted Of Rape - (Black) Teen Convicted Of Assaulting 2 Women At Gunpoint  A 17-year-old accused of killing a 16-year-old in Fitchburg earlier this week was convicted of rape when he was 13 years old. Ke'Andre Frazier is accused of killing Lorenzo McKittrick. McKittrick's body was found early Monday morning behind a Fitchburg shopping center, police said. In 2005, According to unsealed court records, in November 2005, Frazier sexually assaulted two women -- a 54-year-old and a 19-year-old -- at gunpoint on a city pike path near Allied Drive when he was 13. - (Newsroom) |
(Black man) Robert Ball accused of raping girl in NW Rochester A city teen accused of rape today pleaded not guilty in City Court. Robert L. Ball III, 18, of 30 Dana Street was charged yesterday with first-degree rape, a felony. Ball is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in a residence in northwest Rochester the evening of June 10, said Rochester Police Sgt. Mark Simmons. Ball was remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond. He is expected to return to City Court for a preliminary hearing at 11 a.m. Wednesday.- (Black rapes) |
One (black) man charged in rape of 14-year-old; another (black - 'hispanic') suspect sought A Clayton man was arrested last Wednesday and charged with statutory rape and a host of other charges, while another local man wanted in connection with the case remains at large. Clayton Police last week were called to Johnston Medical Center-Clayton, where a 14-year-old girl reported that she recently had been involved in sexual relations on more than one occasion with two men.
“Information available to detectives tends to indicate that two men had met the girl though friends and may have provided drugs to her before the sexual offenses occurred,” the chief said.
Police arrested Jamelle Monque Best, 39, and charged him with one count of statutory rape, one count of indecent liberties with a child, two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Police have also secured warrants for another suspect, 22-year-old Juan Antonio Batiste, who remains at large. His last known address was 515 Park Drive in Clayton.

(Black) Yonkers man gets life behind bars in laundromat rape/murder WHITE PLAINS – A 32-year-old Yonkers man is going to spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole for raping and killing an employee at a Yonkers laundromat and raping two other women. Walter Maddox was convicted in a jury trial of killing Roberta Galicia on December 8, 2008 inside the laundromat. He was also found guilty of strangling and raping a woman on June 30, 2008 in a secluded area of O’Boyle Park in Yonkers and of raping and choking another woman on August 31, 2008, in an apartment just a few feet from the same park. - (Newsroom) |
(Black) Teen accused of school rape also charged with threatening his mom with a knife The 19-year-old accused of raping a young girl in the hallways of Grand Rapids Central High School also stands accused of threatening his mother with a knife. On the rape charge, Randy Mayfield Curry-Howard on Thursday faces a probable cause hearing in Grand Rapids District Court. A judge will decide if there is enough evidence to send him to trial on charges of using force against a child to commit two counts each of first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct on May 15. (Black) Mother And Nephew Involved In An Incestuous Relationship Charged With Daughter's Rape And Murder  Dawn Ward, a 47-year-old North Carolina woman, was arrested Wednesday on murder and incest charges after her daughter was found raped and murdered last month. According to the Lexington Sheriff's office, Ward was arrested in connection to the rape and murder of her 23-year-old daughter Brittani Ward. Derek Ward, who is the victim's cousin was arrested late last month for the rape and murder of Brittani Ward after she was found dead inside the apartment she shared with the two suspects. Police say the incest charge is in regard to Dawn Ward's relationship with her nephew, Derek Ward. Brittani Ward's body was discovered inside the apartment May 5 after police were contacted by extended family member who shared information with them about the case. - (Newsroom) |

16-year-old White Boy Beaten In Sickening Racial Attack  SEATTLE – Seattle Police are investigating to determine if an attack on a 16-year-old West Seattle boy was racially motivated. Shane McClellan's father says his son was walking home from a friend's house Tuesday around 2 a.m. when he was approached by two men - one black and one Asian. Asking him first for a light, they then attacked him, kicking and hitting him and threatening him with a gun, said McClellan. "They started punching, knocked him down, kicking him, robbed him of everything, stole his coat, shoved him to the ground, stuck a gun in the back of his head," described McClellan. "I can't tell you what it's like to see and not even be able to recognize your son." McClellan says they also burned the back of Shane's neck with cigarette butts before taking out a belt and making the racially-charged comments. "When they were beating with the belt [they said] that they hated white people, and that's what the whipping was for," said McClellan. Police report describes brutal attack on Palo Alto woman by black male Blindfolded, battered and terrified, the young woman thought she was going to die. She had been beaten and tied up in Palo Alto, then driven in her own car to a deserted Santa Clara schoolyard where she was beaten again and then raped. The woman, whose dress had been torn off during the attack, ran in the opposite direction and flagged down a passer-by, who called 911. The suspect in the case, 36-year-old Lionel Blanks of Santa Clara, was arraigned in court. Blanks is facing numerous felony charges, including rape, penetration with a foreign object, attempted murder, carjacking, robbery and making terrorist threats. LT's Alleged Pimp Charged with Sex Trafficking - (Originally posted May 20th 2010)  The alleged pimp suspected of bringing a 16-year-old girl to Lawrence Taylor's motel room earlier this month has been formally charged with sex trafficking. TMZ has learned a federal grand jury has indicted Rasheed Davis (seen right) for allegedly transporting an underage girl across state lines for the purpose of prostitution. The indictment, filed in federal court in New York, alleges that Davis used "force, threats of force and coercion to compel [the alleged victim] to engage in a commercial sex act with another person for a fee of $300, which was ultimately paid to Davis." Missing White 73-year-old man's body found - granddaughter's black boyfriend charged with murder  The disappearance of local resident Louis Berger Jr., came to a tragic resolution Friday as authorities revealed that his body was located and that his granddaughter’s black boyfriend was charged with his murder. Richard H. Still, 24, of Delanco was arrested Friday morning on a first-degree murder charge following the discovery of Berger’s body the previous night in a shallow grave behind a home on Hartford Road in Mount Laurel. He is being held in Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly on $1 million bail and is due to appear in Superior Court later this afternoon for a first appearance. Black confessed to beating and killing of elderly White man McNamara, 76, with a bat  A judge has set a bond of $1 million on a suspect charged with capital murder in the death of insurance company owner Mickey McNamara in Orange. Joseph Edward Roberts Jr., 21, was arraigned Sunday in the Orange County Jail and bond was set at that time. Police say Roberts has confessed to beating and killing McNamara, 76, with a bat, and using a bat to injure his niece, Joyce Cross, during a robbery Wednesday, April 21, at McNamara Insurance. William Spencer was charged with two counts of robbery; one count of attempted robbery; three counts of abduction; one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; and three counts of the use of a firearm in commission of a felony.

Chicago black charged with raping, beating 74-year-old Elgin woman A Chicago man was being held on $850,000 bond on allegations he forced his way into a 74-year-old Elgin woman's apartment and raped and beat her. Rodney L. McGowan, 42, of the 1000 block of North Monticello Avenue, was charged with two counts of home invasion, three counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault, one count of criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated battery to a senior citizen, authorities said. Police were called to the woman's apartment at 12:05 a.m. last Friday on accusations that McGowan broke into her apartment while she was sleeping, punched her several times in the face and raped her, police said. - (Newsroom) |

Charles Johnson, 35, snatched a slice of pizza from the 21-year-old victim, who suffers from cerebral palsy.
