Three white university officials fired for cover-up of murder of White co-ed by black beast For Eastern Michigan University's Board of Regents, restoring the trust of students and faculty took the form of removing the president and two others amid accusations that top officials covered up the rape and slaying of a student by publicly ruling out foul play. President John Fallon was fired, and Vice President of Student Affairs Jim Vick and Public Safety Director Cindy Hall lost their jobs at the 23,500-student public university, board Chairman Thomas Sidlik said Monday. Sidlik also said the board would put a letter of discipline in the file of university legal counsel Kenneth McKanders. The body of the slain student, Laura Dickinson, 22, was discovered Dec. 15 in her dorm room. At the time, university officials told her parents and the media that she died of asphyxiation but that there was no sign of foul play, despite evidence to the contrary. It was not until another Eastern student was arrested in late February and charged with murder that her family and fellow students learned she had been raped and killed. The student accused in Dickinson's death, Orange Taylor III, of Southfield, has pleaded not guilty to murder and criminal sexual conduct charges. He is scheduled for trial Oct. 15. Many in the university's administration were accused of covering up the truth and endangering students to protect the school's image. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-white) |
"I had to kill the Cracker." said black racist Jamaican-born migrant murderer *
Co-Worker Charged Finally hitting the Lotto may have cost Kalvin Stockford his life. The burly Orange County tree trimmer won $10,000 last month and had been bragging about it ever since. Employees found their crew boss dead on the floor with empty pockets. Suspicions quickly focused on Dwayne Ricardo Smith, a missing co-worker with a history of violent crimes. Within hours, Smith's best friend began telling detectives about a night that began with murder and ended with strippers, drinks and lap dances. "Drive. Drive. Drive," friend Darwin Rhule quoted Smith as saying after he ran, gun in hand, from the Gator office late Sunday, according to a sheriff's affidavit. "I had to kill the Cracker." First arrested at 14 on burglary and cocaine charges, the Jamaican-born Smith spent his teenage years in a series of state juvenile-justice facilities. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-white) - (Hatecrimes) - (Invasion!) |
Police: Black Man, 3 children dead in murder-suicide Moments after her estranged husband shot and killed himself inside her home, Brenda Robinson’s first thoughts were about her children. “Where’s my babies?” she said as she jumped over the body of Eric Robinson and ran outside. When she swung open the door to the car in the driveway, her six-year-old son, Ehren, fell into her arms. She grabbed him and immediately yelled for someone to call for help. Her other two children -- Ereal, 4, and Evin, 11 -- were in the backseat of the car, still clinging to life, she said. Both had gunshot wounds to the head. They were rushed to Jackson Hospital for treatment. It was shortly before 10 p.m. Five hours later, Brenda Robinson would get the awful news -- her children were dead. "I'm waiting for them to come back," she said Monday morning. Montgomery police are treating the Sunday incident as a triple murder-suicide. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Unsolved 2000 sex attacks back on minds of officers - 'Asian or Hispanic' suspect may be Thai migrant TACOMA, Wash. -- Investigators are looking hard at an unsolved series of sexual assaults in 2000, seeking possible links to Terapon Adhahn, the prime suspect in the abduction and slaying of Zina Linnik. The charges, filed in 2002 against “John Doe,” focused on the most prominent of the attacks. An 11-year-old Gault Middle School student was kidnapped about 7 a.m. May 31, 2000, as she walked to school. A man grabbed her and forced her into his pickup truck, taped her hands and covered her eyes and mouth. The girl was raped, then released in a secluded area east of Fort Lewis, according to the charges. She freed her hands and walked along a dirt road until she was discovered by military personnel. The child described her attacker as an Asian or Hispanic male, between 20 and 30, 5 feet 6 or 5 feet 7, with a thin build. He was clean-shaven, with short, dark hair shaved on the sides and flat on top. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!) |
Ga. judge rejects bid to halt execution of black killer of White police officer SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) -- A judge has denied a bid to halt the execution scheduled this coming week of convicted cop killer Troy Anthony Davis, refusing to hear evidence the defense says would show he is innocent and identify another man as the killer. Defense attorneys said they would appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court. Davis, 38, is to die by injection at 7 p.m. Tuesday for the 1989 killing of Savannah police officer Mark Allen MacPhail, who was shot while moonlighting as a security guard. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-white) Remembering Officer Mark MacPhail II |

Dozen more accuse black aide with African name of elder abuse - acused of raping 85-year-old woman A dozen more people are alleging elder abuse by a nurse's aide who was accused Wednesday of raping a resident of a Salt Lake City long-term care facility. Some of the new allegations "sound serious; they're similar type crimes," said Salt Lake City police detective Jared Wihongi about Jacob Mut Bolith, a certified nurse's aide who is being held without bail in the Salt Lake County Jail. Most of the complaints stem from his employment at other nursing homes in Salt Lake County, specifically South Salt Lake and Holladay, Wihongi said. Bolith is accused of raping an 85-year-old woman living at Christus St. Joseph Villa on July 1, several weeks after losing his CNA license on charges of inappropriately touching a patient at Avalon Valley Rehabilitation Center last December. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Black Former Tacoma middle school principal convicted of rape A former Tacoma middle school principal was convicted of raping a woman at a party. Harold Wright Jr., 36, of Puyallup will be sentenced on August 31st. He faces six months to one year in jail. Wright was the principal of Baker Middle School until earlier this year, when he was put on administrative leave pending the outcome of the case. A woman accused him of raping her at an after-hours party on January 31st, 2004. The woman said she and two friends were at a bar where Wright, his brother and two other men invited them to one of their homes. She told investigators at least two of the men took her into a bathroom and took turns having sex work, but it was too dark for her to identify them. She was 19 at the time. DNA evidence linked Wright and another man, Ritchie D. Carter to the crime. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

12-year-old White Ukrainian girl kidnapped, raped and murdered by Thai migrant perv Terapon Adhahn TACOMA, Wash. -- Twelve-year-old Zina Linnik had been sent down the alley behind her home to bring back some of her siblings, who had been watching neighbors set off July 4 fireworks, police say. Her father, Mikhail Linnik, heard her scream, found a single flip flop on the ground and saw a boxy gray van driving away. His denoscription of that van eventually led authorities to a man jailed this week on an immigration complaint -- and information from that man led them to the little girl's body. The family moved from Ukraine about 10 years ago; Zina was one of eight children. The denoscription of the gray van and part of its license plate, glimpsed by the girl's father, led them to Terapon Adhahn, 42, a Thai immigrant who was convicted of incest in 1990. A search of the home where Adhahn had been staying turned up "girl's undergarments," according to a search warrant return. Investigators and forensic experts from the FBI searched the home on Monday, seizing items including used vacuum cleaner filters, bedding, black plastic sheeting and the undergarments. Adhahn was later transferred to federal immigration detention in Tacoma because he could face deportation for his 1990 incest conviction, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Lorie Dankers said earlier this week. But he also has been charged in Pierce County with failing to register as a sex offender, and would face that charge before being deported. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!) |

73-year-old White man offers black some water - gets beaten to death for his kindness The Louisiana man suspected of killing a Lubbock resident at his Southwest Lubbock home is now held on a $1-million bond. Alonzo Lewis, 25, is charged with capitol murder in the death of 73-year-old Don McCullough. Lubbock Police say the first time the two men met was most likely when McCullough offered Lewis a bottle of water Monday evening. Minutes later, Lewis returned to 8017 Vinton and allegedly attempted to steal something from the garage and attacked McCullough. A chilling 911 call from the victim's wife brought police to Southwest Lubbock, and later to a restaurant just a block away. Investigators credit a witness with giving them the tip they needed to find Lewis. That witness told police the man she saw had a Rosa's Cafe logo on his shirt. Police tell us without that tip; they may have still been searching for the suspect Tuesday night. 911 Operator: "9-1-1" Mrs. McCullough: "Yes, hi 8017 Vinton Avenue. A black man beat my husband up in the garage." - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Black-on-white) |
