Black AK-47 assassin of San Francisco Officer gets two life sentences  SAN FRANCISCO -- An emotional judge was near tears today as she sentenced David Hill to life in prison without parole for AK-47 murder of San Francisco police Officer Isaac Espinoza and the attempted murder of his partner. In finding Hill guilty of an enhancement of having intended to kill a police officer, the jury of five men and seven women made him eligible for life in prison without parole. Woman Raped; Police Search For Black Suspect ATLANTA -- Police are looking for a rape suspect who kidnapped a woman at knife-point. The abduction took place in southeast Decatur in the Waters Run neighborhood back in January. Officials say they fear the suspect could strike again. Authorities say a 33-year-old woman was attacked as she left a relative’s home at 3 a.m. Police say they believe the suspect was cruising neighborhoods in the area before carrying out the well-planned rape. The victim says the man approached her and talked with her before producing a knife and forcing her into his vehicle. She then experienced hours of abuse in the rapist’s car. Police are looking for a black male, 25-30-years-old, five foot eight to five foot nine. He has a photo tattoo on his left bicep. Beaufort Police Searching for Black Faggot Attempted Homosexual Rape of Two Male Students  Beaufort Police are looking for a man they say tried to homosexually assault one male student and another man on a school campus. The Technical College of the Low Country campus in Beaufort is typically a quiet place. "The victim was sitting inside the student lounge at TCL, a black male walked up to him with a knife."
Police say the suspect made sexual propositions to the male student and when he said no, the man brandished a knife and tried to force him into the bathroom. Police say the same thing happened to another man out in the parking lot. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Black Houston lawmaker arrested for DWI Rep. Harold Dutton, D-Houston, is out on bond facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated. Police said Dutton, 62, was arrested after speeding in downtown Austin on Wednesday night. Dutton refused to take a breathalyzer test or submit blood samples. He was released from Travis County Jail early Thursday on personal recognizance, according to a jail spokesman. - (Newsroom) |

Affidavit details rape of 14-year-old girl taken from bus stop by black 'sex fiend' The rape of a 14-year-old girl abducted from her school bus stop began in the attacker's car while he was driving, according to a court document filed Friday.
Stephen D. Sides, 40, is in custody and appeared in court for an initial hearing. Prosecutors filed a preliminary probable cause affidavit that provides gruesome details of the March 23 abduction and attack of the girl on the Far Eastside.
The Marshall Middle School student reported being seized about 7 a.m. while waiting alone in the dark for her bus. The girl screamed "Fire!" to call for help as the attacker approached, armed with a knife. She tried to escape as the car drove off, but the attacker forced the door closed. She begged the man to let her go. He told her to remove her clothes and forced her to perform a sex act while he drove. The attacker stopped in the driveway of an abandoned house in the 3700 block of Decamp Drive, and he raped the girl near the garage and in the backyard. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Former church pastor and teacher says the 13-year-old girl came on to him Travis Thompson was arrested, and Thursday he was fired from his job at McDougle. And although he accepts full responsibility for what happened, he says the 13-year-old girl came on to him. He said it all started back in February when he was substitute teaching for in-school suspension at McDougle Middle in Chapel Hill. "When the offer was made, I resisted what was the offer to rub up against me." Thompson said one particular 13-year-old girl was hitting on him all day long. In the afternoon he said his ego overpowered his rational. "It was a lap dance, and I let her do that," the teacher said. But it didn't end there. Illinois School Board Wants Teaching Ban For Principal in Sex Scandal If the Sandridge District 172 School Board has its way, former principal Leroy Coleman, who was secretly videotaped having sex with one of his teachers will be barred from working at any Illinois school. The lame duck board adopted a resolution at its meeting Friday night to file a complaint with the regional superintendent of schools for Cook County, demanding that Coleman be stripped of his teaching and administrative certificate be suspended. After that, school officials will go to the state to seek permanent revocation of his teaching and administrative certificate. The board said it might also seek the same penalties against the teacher who appeared in the videotape, Janet Lofton. . - (Newsroom) |

A substitute custodian in the Silver Falls School District was arrested Thursday night on rape charges in connection with an alleged attack on another district employee, police and school district officials said Friday. 
MANILA, Philippines --
Police said that on April 13, Robert Williams followed the 23-year-old student out of an elevator and barged into her home. Over the next several hours, he raped her on her futon bed, tied her up with computer cables, force fed her drugs and alcohol and used a knife to slit her eyelids, police said. She was brutalized for 19 hours.
