Victims Ask For Maximum Sentence For Black Rapist JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Victims of a serial rapist asked a judge on Thursday to give their attacker the maximum sentence. Earlier this year, Milton Boston Jr. pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual battery. He is expected to learn his punishment for his crimes soon. The prosecution has consistently said Boston sexually assaulted three women in the early-morning hours of the day, and that he was caught because of his pattern -- choking the women and then raping them. It was DNA evidence that led to Boston's 2005 arrest and guilty pleas. Rodgers said he believes there are 11 other women who were attacked. Only three have come forward.- (Newsroom) - (crime) |
