Kenneth Booker arrested in rape of 11 year old Kenneth Booker, 20 of Mansfield is facing charges that he raped an 11 year old girl. The young girl was reportedly playing outside an apartment complex March 28th when Booker started a conversation with her.
Desoto Parish investigators say Booker lured the girl into an apartment and raped her. The girl did not tell anyone about what happened for several days because Booker treatened her with bodily harm if she said anything. He confessed to the crime.- (Brewski) |

Abortion news: Gregorio Garcia Rapes and Causes Miscarriage to Ex-Girlfriend 22-year-old Gregorio Garcia faces murder, rape and aggravated burglary charges. He's accused of causing his 10-weeks pregnant girlfriend to have a miscarriage. She opened the door, he barged in and at that point he verbally abused her then punched her in her stomach numerous times with a closed fist." He didn't stop there. Latino lover Carlos Medina stabbed his girlfriend multiple times
then buried her alive in a shallow grave  Police say 33 year old Carlos Medina stabbed his girlfriend multiple times Monday night, thought she was dead, and then buried her in a shallow grave near Grant in Newaygo County. The woman managed to survive, dug her way out, and crawled to a nearby phone to call 911.
Police now say Medina left in the early morning hours of April 12th. The plane landed in Texas and detectives believe Medina may be heading out of the country. - (Brewski) |

Kidnap-rape-murder Suspect Held Without Bond   A Sioux Falls man accused of kidnapping, raping and killing an eight-year-old girl has been ordered held without bond in the Minnehaha County Jail.
41-year old Murray Jones was in court this afternoon. Police say he took Jessica Rae DeLaTorre early Saturday from the Sioux Falls trailer home he shared with her 55-year-old grandmother.
Investigators say Jones told them the general area where he left the body and it was found near Fulton, about 50 miles west of Sioux Falls. An autopsy has been done but police have not said how the girl was killed. |

| "Non-Bias Attack" Invoking the name “Martin Luther King” and screaming “Black Power!” a gang of up to 30 black teens attacked four white girls in Marine Park in what police are saying is not a bias crime. The March 30 attack was a hot topic at state Senator Marty Golden’s recent public safety forum. According to witnesses and parents of the victims, four young girls from St. Edmund’s had the day off from school due to Easter recess. They were playing basketball during dismissal from nearby Marine Park Junior High School, when several Marine Park students demanded to use the court. After adults intervened and asked them to wait their turn, the teens left - but returned in a pack of up to 30, both boys and girls, and stormed into the park. Witnesses say the attackers were all black and called their victims “white crackers” during the bloody melee, which raged for almost 20 minutes. “This is not being looked at as a bias crime,” NYPD Deputy Inspector Kevin McGinn said at the meeting. - (reader link, another angry white) |
Convicted Killer Faints In Court At Sentencing - Man Convicted Of Strangling, Burning Woman To Death  A convicted killer fainted in court Tuesday as his sentence was read. Benjamin Cooper received the maximum sentence of 31 to 62 years in prison for strangling Claire Clay. After the sentence was read, there was a thud in the courtroom as the defendant fainted. "I think that Claire was able to speak. We wanted her to have the last word. That's what we accomplished today," said Emily Clay, Claire's mother. Clay was a Catholic school music teacher in Philadelphia. In the courtroom her family sobbed. Cooper became friendly with Clay while she was singing R&B. Clay's life was cut short on Sept. 8, 2003, when Cooper, 19, snapped. Cooper strangled Clay and stuffed her body into the trunk of her car. He used her cell phone and also used her credit card to buy a videogame. He then set Clay's body on fire behind a trash bin. Her body was burned beyond recognition. - (The Bobster) |

Hispanic Hospital Employee Took Naked Patient Photos CHICAGO (AP) A woman has filed a lawsuit against a hospital alleging that while she was anesthetized, naked and awaiting surgery, a hospital employee took pictures of her and then distributed them. The lawsuit seeks more than $50,000 in damages from Edward Hospital and 23-year-old Jose Rostro, who is accused of taking the photos in October. The suit, which was filed Friday, also alleges Edward Hospital was negligent in hiring, retaining and supervising Rostro. - (another angry white) |
