| "Non-Bias Attack" Invoking the name “Martin Luther King” and screaming “Black Power!” a gang of up to 30 black teens attacked four white girls in Marine Park in what police are saying is not a bias crime. The March 30 attack was a hot topic at state Senator Marty Golden’s recent public safety forum. According to witnesses and parents of the victims, four young girls from St. Edmund’s had the day off from school due to Easter recess. They were playing basketball during dismissal from nearby Marine Park Junior High School, when several Marine Park students demanded to use the court. After adults intervened and asked them to wait their turn, the teens left - but returned in a pack of up to 30, both boys and girls, and stormed into the park. Witnesses say the attackers were all black and called their victims “white crackers” during the bloody melee, which raged for almost 20 minutes. “This is not being looked at as a bias crime,” NYPD Deputy Inspector Kevin McGinn said at the meeting. - (reader link, another angry white) |
Convicted Killer Faints In Court At Sentencing - Man Convicted Of Strangling, Burning Woman To Death  A convicted killer fainted in court Tuesday as his sentence was read.
Benjamin Cooper received the maximum sentence of 31 to 62 years in prison for strangling Claire Clay. After the sentence was read, there was a thud in the courtroom as the defendant
fainted. "I think that Claire was able to speak. We wanted her to have the last word. That's what we accomplished today," said Emily Clay, Claire's mother.
Clay was a Catholic school music teacher in Philadelphia. In the courtroom her family sobbed. Cooper became friendly with Clay while she was singing R&B. Clay's life was cut short on Sept. 8, 2003, when Cooper, 19, snapped. Cooper strangled Clay and stuffed her body into the trunk of her car. He used
her cell phone and also used her credit card to buy a videogame. He then set
Clay's body on fire behind a trash bin. Her body was burned

Hispanic Hospital Employee Took Naked Patient Photos CHICAGO (AP) A woman has filed a lawsuit against a hospital alleging that while she was anesthetized, naked and awaiting surgery, a hospital employee took pictures of her and then distributed them.
The lawsuit seeks more than $50,000 in damages from Edward Hospital and 23-year-old Jose Rostro, who is accused of taking the photos in October.
The suit, which was filed Friday, also alleges Edward Hospital was negligent in hiring, retaining and supervising Rostro. - (another angry white) |

Texarkana, Arkansas man facing kidnapping and rape charges A Texarkana, Arkansas man is behind bars for allegedly kidnapping and raping a young woman. Police say 40-year old Derrick Wayne Patton held a 24-year old woman, an acquaintance, captive for two days while he beat, choked and sexually assaulted her. Investigators say the victim also had minor knife wounds. There were three young children at home during the time of the attacks. They were not hurt. |
Wheelchair-bound sex offender faces Brevard rape charge A wheelchair-bound Indiana man arrested on charges he raped and beat a 41-year-old Palm Bay woman will go to court later this month to determine if he failed to register as a convicted sex offender while living in the state for nearly two years.
Louie Sistrunk, 40, is charged with sexual battery and failure to notify authorities of his sexual offender status and new address. He was convicted in 1996 of raping a 13-year-old girl he coaxed from a movie
theater in Indiana. Sistrunk threatened to kill a woman, put her in a headlock
and forced her to perform a sex act. |

I am an Italian American and a Roman Catholic. I don't totally agree with everything the Catholic church does but then again I don't totally agree with Christianity period. Your attacks against Catholics are only hurting the white race. We don't need to be divided by something so petty. We are already greatly out numbered as it is. We should respect each others views on Christianity and concentrate on our real enemies. This Catholic vs Protestant and Northern vs Southern European crap has got to stop or the white race is doomed." |

Perhaps the ideal of a White Internationalism is a utopian ideal that has a slim chance of realization. Will Aryan pagans, Baptist libertarians and Catholic socialists fight for control of the white tribal councils on the reservations after the U.S. loses a nuclear war with China and Muslims outlaw all sects of christianity in Europe? |

DENVER -- Prosecutors asked the Colorado Supreme Court on Monday for another chance to argue for the execution of a convicted killer whose death sentence was overturned because jurors consulted the Bible during deliberations. 
Lawyers on both sides agree that the mental stability of an Army sergeant on trial in the fatal grenade attack of two officers in Kuwait will figure prominently in the case. Sgt. Hasan Akbar's court-martial marks the first time since the Vietnam War that a soldier has been prosecuted for the murder of another soldier during wartime. Proceedings were to begin Monday, and the trial was expected to last four weeks. Prosecutors said Akbar confessed to the March 2003 grenade attack in the opening days of the Iraq war, telling investigators he was worried that United States forces would harm fellow Muslims in the war. -
