• Quincy Allen pleds guilty to killing four people in two states
  
  (Columbia) - Quincy Allen, 24, who was to go on trial this week for two murders in Richland County, has pled guilty in the killings. Quincy pled guilty in connection with the shotgun deaths of 44-year-old Dale Evonne Hall and 22-year-old Jedediah Harr in 2002. After those killings, prosecutors say Allen took off to North Carolina where he killed a convenience store clerk and a customer. He's been sentenced to life in prison for those murders. Allen will be sentenced on Monday, March 7th at 10 a.m. - (Tyrone N. Butts)

• Medicine: Doctor Gets Home Detention For Fondling Female Patients Breasts
  An Indianapolis neurologist accused of performing unnecessary breast exams on female patients was sentenced Friday to three years of home detention. Michael French, 50, pleaded guilty to six counts of criminal confinement. He was charged with fondling the breasts of five patients. The sentence suspends French's medical license for 40 years and orders him to serve six years of probation. He also must register as a sex offender. In court Friday, French apologized and said he was ashamed. He also said he betrayed the patients' trust. - (Gman)

• Law Enforcement: Houston police officer Told Woman She Had To Perform Sex To Avoid Jail Time
  A Houston police officer accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a traffic stop was forced to give up his badge Friday.
  Charlie Loftin Jr. pleaded guilty Friday to official oppression and misconduct. Prosecutors said Loftin handcuffed a woman in December 2003 and told her if she did not perform a sexual act on him that she would go to jail. Besides losing his job, Loftin also received a one-year probation, a $750 fine and 100 hours of community service. - (Gman)

• Sports: Michael Landrum, Alabama footballer accused of hiring a hit man to kill his 3-year-old daughter and her grandmother
  Michael Landrum, 43, is accused in the deaths of Mikayla Little and 52-year-old Ida Little. The grandmother was taking care of the child, whose mother, Wanda Little, was in Iraq with the National Guard. The man hired to kill the two, Jeffrey Napier, 23, is expected to testify. To avoid a death sentence, Napier earlier pleaded guilty to the August 2003 shooting deaths. He is expected to get life in prison without parole.   Rasim Delic, 56, has been indicted over war crimes said to have been carried out by foreign Islamic fighters during the Bosnian war in the 1990s.
• "Briton" Sajid Badat Pleads Guilty in Shoebomber Plot
  Sajid Badat pleaded guilty to conspiring with "shoe bomber" Richard Reid to blow up a U.S.-bound aircraft in 2001.
  "British" terror suspect Saajid Badat plotted to blow up an aeroplane on its way to the US using a "shoe bomb". Badat, 25, of St James Street, Gloucester, conspired with fellow "Briton" Richard Reid and a Belgian terrorist to make the bomb. He trained as a suicide bomber but later backed out of the plot. Badat will be sentenced on 18 March.

  In both cases, the man grabbed the victims, who were both petite women, in what police called a "blitz approach." He grabbed them from behind, forced them into the cars and then forced them to another location, where the sexual assaults took place. A native of Cambodia, Srun was arrested outside his Hagerstown home a little more than an hour after police allege he raped a 16-year-old girl in Bethesda, Md.

During his two-year court-proceedings, Zundel claimed that he had welcomed Negroes into his home, was not a "white-supremacist" and was, in fact, an integrationist. A Negro testified in Zundel's defense and Zundel insisted that he should not be deported because he was a "pacifist."...

Black beast finally sentenced to death for 1986 kidnapping, rape and murder of 14-year-old White girl
The judge called George Williams Jr. "a predatory, sexually violent sadist" in sending him to death row for the slaying of Rickieann Blake. Williams, 49, was convicted by a jury in September of kidnapping Rickieann from her home sometime after 11 p.m and raping and murdering her. A motorist found Rickieann's body the next day on an exit ramp from Interstate 5 in San Diego. Danielsen said Williams "callously abandoned her body on a darkened roadway like a piece of refuse." Rickieann's father, William Blake, said, " You will have to stand before an almighty God and give an account of what you did to Rickie." - (forum)
