16-Year-Old White Girl Faces Alleged Rapist, Murder Suspect In Court  BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. -- A girl was in court to face the man who is charged with raping her -- a man who is also accused in the rape of another woman and the murder of a Boca Raton nanny. The girl, who is now 16, was 14 years old at the time of the alleged rape. She said she had met Jerry Wiggins in 2003, when they lived in the same apartment complex in Coral Springs. She said Wiggins took her to an apartment where he overpowered her and raped her seven times throughout the night. The teen, who cried throughout her testimony, said that when Wiggins was preparing to leave for work the next day, she was able to escape. She said she immediately went home, told her mother what happened, and called police. Wiggins was arrested last January in the rape of a Charlotte, N.C., woman. The woman picked Wiggins, whom she knew as "Jay," out of a lineup. Black arrested in murder of White teenager Jennifer Ross   Police have made an arrest in the murder of 19-year-old Jennifer Ross. They are not releasing a lot of information at the moment in this high-profile case, but this afternoon they arrested Michael Thorpe, 25, who they say shot Ross. Investigators say he is a key suspect and more arrests may follow. Ross was shot in Orleans Square in Savannah on Christmas Eve. She was walking with some friends after going to a cotillion downtown when a group of men tried to mug them, then shot Ross in the stomach. She died on New Year's Day. Black Teen Suspect Surrenders In Ambush-Style Slaying Of White Grandmother  A 17-year-old in Brevard County, Fla., was arrested Friday on suspicion he ambushed a 46-year-old grandmother and shot her dead in a friend's driveway. Investigators said Christy Sanford was shot at about 10:50 p.m. Tuesday in Cocoa, Fla. Police arrived within minutes of the shooting and found Sanford dead, still sitting in her car with the driver's door open and the headlights on. After an investigation, police identified Clarence Tarez Thomas as the alleged shoote. White Roosevelt Student Beaten In Robbery Attempt by Black * Roosevelt student kidnapped from own car  Des Moines police are looking for a teenager they said kidnapped, beat up and robbed a Roosevelt High School student. Authorities said a warrant has been issued for 15-year-old Karlos Laverne Goldman Jr. on charges of second-degree kidnapping and robbery. When Mike French left Des Moines' Central Campus Wednesday, two people approached his car asking for a ride. "They asked for a ride and told the general vicinity and he said sure, that's not far out of my way. I'd be happy to do that," said Mark French, French's father Police said French, Karlos and another person drove to West Des Moines where French's girlfriend's mother gave the assailants $100. French eventually dropped the two off back in Des Moines, but not before he was punched nearly 20 times. "These people are out at large and they could prey on somebody else," Mark French said. Des Moines police don't know the identity of the second assailant. They said Karlos Goldman is a student at Scavo high school, right next to Central Campus.

"Police brutality" - "No Justice - No Peace!" - Black Dallas Cop Bloodies White Roller Derby Woman  Finger pointing has begun after a scuffle between an officer and a Dallas Roller Derby League skater ended with the woman on the ground with a bloody face Saturday night.
Michelle Metzinger, who skates for Assassination City, was skating down Elm Street when police Officer Ceaphus Gordon stopped her in front of Elm Street Tattoo, which was where the differences in story began.
"I have bruises and scratches all over me," Metzinger said. "You have no idea how rough he was on me." However, police said Metzinger tried to gouge the officer's right eye in the fight.
But some witnesses also had a different opinion from the officer's account of what occurred that night."He just jumps on her and puts his knee on the back of her head with her face in the ground like so brutally," said Oliver Peck, tattoo artist. "It was ridiculous, and instantly blood was everywhere and she's crying bloody murder like helplessly." Peck said he saw the police officer give Metzinger a ticket for jaywalking and then jumped on her twice when she tried to pull away. Trial delayed for Orangeburg police Capt. James Myers'
accused killer  A defense motion to delay the murder trial of Mikal Deen Mahdi has been granted after defense lawyers said further investigation is needed in the case.
Originally scheduled to go on trial Jan. 23, Mahdi is to face charges of murder, grand larceny and second-degree burglary in the death of Orangeburg police Capt. James Myers. Investigators say that on July 18, 2004, Mahdi was at the Calhoun County property owned by Myers and his wife Amy.
Around 9:15 p.m., Amy Myers found her husband on their property, where he had been shot several times. The Columbia carjacking victim told police Mahdi was his assailant. A 21-year-old Richmond, Va. resident, Mahdi is also charged in the shooting death of a North Carolina convenience store clerk.

White woman stabbed to death by Black psychopath  Gregory Thompson was then a 23-year-old black man from rural Georgia who held a series of meaningless jobs after being discharged from the Navy in 1982. On one of the jobs he met Joanne McNamara, a chubby, brown-haired 15-year-old who abandoned a newborn in Marietta to run away with Thompson to Shelbyville. Witnesses would later recall they easily remembered Thompson and McNamara at the Wal-Mart because he was tall and black, she short and white. They made an odd couple, or at least the kind of pair not often seen in Shelbyville in the mid-1980s.
Thompson and McNamara arrived at the Wal-Mart anxious to escape town. The two spent several nights at the home of an adult friend of McNamara’s, Willa Mae Odum, who alerted police that McNamara was a runaway when she discovered the couple were not married, as McNamara had claimed. With no money or means of transportation, they decided to steal a car. Thompson had packed a rusty butcher knife he’d brought from Georgia for cooking, he’d later say, and for self-defense. He convinced McNamara to distract a victim long enough so he could get close with the knife. The victim they chose was a small, pretty public relations employee, Brenda Lane, who was buying aluminum foil and shampoo before her husband Steve came home from work. McNamara approached Lane in a poorly lit corner of the parking lot. She asked directions to a hospital, allowing Thompson to flash the knife and force Lane into her yellow Chevy Cavalier. They drove around for more than an hour looking for a place to drop off Lane. Because Thompson and McNamara traveled to Shelbyville by bus, neither was oriented to rural Tennessee. They initially drove toward Murfreesboro but circled back and wound up in the soybean fields of Coffee County. Lane got out of the car. Thompson followed a short distance, and, on impulse, he has since claimed, grabbed Lane around the throat with one arm while stabbing the rusty knife in her back four times, puncturing her lungs twice. At least one of the wounds went six inches inside Lane’s body, cracking a rib. Thompson hopped into Lane’s Cavalier and, looking into the rearview mirror, could see she was still alive. He put her car in reverse and tried to run her over. But Lane was lying on a mound of dirt, which Thompson mistook for her body. He would later tell police he ran over her when he didn’t. Lane lived for another 10 minutes, according to the coroner who examined her. When police found her two days after the murder, they could tell she had turned herself over. Her back was arched, her eyes stared vacantly into the sky. Former Chattanooga Policeman remains in federal custody after being convicted of extortion but statute of limitations expired on rape  A judge throws out the attempted rape conviction against former Chattanooga Police officer Gerry Davis.A Nashville jury convicted Davis of attempted rape in December.
A woman had accused Davis of raping her eight years ago after he drove her home from a bar. Davis continues serving the remainder of his federal prison term for extortion. She said he yelled racial slurs at the white, blonde female. He said the woman stated that Davis stopped her the next two mornings and again threatened her. Identity Theft Connected To Lenexa Stabbing * Lenexa Stabbing Victim Dies From Injuries  LENEXA, Kan. -- An Olathe man is jailed in an identity theft case, but there is a connection to a Lenexa homicide investigation. Charles Riddle, 22, has been charged with illegal use of a credit card and identity fraud. Riddle's alleged identity crimes were committed on Dec. 16 -- the same day that 42-year-old Nigel Marcotte was repeatedly stabbed in his Lenexa home. Marcotte later died from his injuries. Riddle was allegedly using a credit card owned by Marcotte. Black boyfriend charged in double murder of White ex-girlfriend and her Great-grandmother * Boyfriend Arrested    Brandon Foster was accused of stabbing a former girlfriend to death, beating her great-grandmother to death, and setting their row house on fire to cover the crime The bodies of Samantha Zenszer, 21, and Violet McCall, 79, were found Tuesday when firefighters responded to the fire at their home. Foster had formerly "dated" Zenszer. Police said when Zenszer broke up with Foster, he didn't take it very well, and he allegedly stabbed her to death. Ohio Jury Convicts Negro of Kidnapping 5-year-old White Girl - Sentenced to only 10 years for kidnap - victim still missing   COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Jurors convicted a man Friday of kidnapping a 5-year-old girl, but acquitted him of a rape charge that could have brought a mandatory life sentence. The girl is presumed dead, but Bruce was not charged with murder. Lindsey Bruce was charged with kidnapping and raping Emily Rimel, who has been missing since December. She was last seen in her Madison Township home on the night when Bruce was visiting. Rimel's body has not been found and Bruce was not charged with murder.
