UK: White banker 'killed by black robbers obsessed with rich'  A wealthy banker was stabbed to death and his wife left with near-fatal knife wounds after two robbers, one of them obsessed by rich people and diamonds, tricked their way into their home with a bogus postal delivery, the Old Bailey heard yesterday. John Monckton, 49, a "proud and devoted" family man, died trying to protect his wife, Homeyra, and their nine-year-old daughter, Isobel, when the robbers struck at their Chelsea home. Mrs Monckton was stabbed twice in the back but her life was saved by emergency medical treatment. Her husband died from multiple knife wounds. Black woman accused of attempted murder of a 13-year-old White girl on school bus does not show up for court   A warrant was issued for the arrest of a Central Florida mom caught on tape beating a student on a school bus when she did not show up for court Monday. Rita Gooden, 39, was originally charged with felony attempted murder last year after investigators said she attacked and choked a 13-year-old girl on a school bus earlier this year. Police said Rita Gooden entered a bus out of Oak Park Middle School in March after her 12-year-old daughter and another girl got into a fight with another student. Negro charged in murder of White woman - Grosse Pointe's first homicide in decades  The man accused of killing Barbara Iske in Grosse Pointe back in June was charged with murder on Friday and is being held without bond. Police have been searching for the killer since June and now believe they caught the right man, 46-year-old Derrick Anthony Thompson. Iske, an accountant from Sterling Heights, was murdered June 14 as she arrived at the Grosse Pointe home where she worked for an elderly woman. The killer shot Iske at close range and then fled. Three black defendants in brutal Deltona "Xbox" baseball bat slayings will stand trial together       DAYTONA BEACH, Florida (AP) -- The trial of three men charged in the 2004 beating deaths of six people was delayed three months on Friday after defense attorneys asked for more time. The judge for the trial said that Troy Victorino, Michael Salas and Jerone Hunter, will stand trial April 10 instead of January 3rd. The men are accused in the deaths of six people and a small dog whose heads were bashed with baseball bats at a house in Deltona. Investigators say Victorino organized the attack to retrieve an Xbox video game system he lost when he was kicked out of a different house. I'm a racist, and I hate all you white boys" The alleged hate crime attack on a Lewis and Clark High School student came after his attacker said, "I want to beat up one of these white boys," according to the affidavit of probable cause filed by Spokane police. Tyson Leroy Brown, 21, of Spokane was arrested on suspicion of malicious harassment, a Class C felony hate crime. Brown also had an unrelated warrant from Oregon. The 15-year-old White victim was intentionally and maliciously assaulted due to his race, according to the affidavit. The victim is white, and the alleged attacker is black. Brown was arrested a few blocks away. While he was being taken to jail, a police officer said Brown called himself a "racist," according to the affidavit. Teens Charged In Halloween "Trick or Treat" Shooting To Be Tried As Adults * Black Teens To Be Tried As Adults In Halloween     CINCINNATI -- Two teens charged in connection with the Halloween night shooting of a Price Hill man will be tried as adults. Deondre Berryman, 16, is accused of firing two shots into 84-year-old Charles Iles' chest after posing as a trick-or-treater. Police said 17-year-old Terrance Davis and 18-year-old Otis Clark Jr. were accomplices in the crime. Indictments Issued In KFC Murder Case * White Families React To KFC Indictments  Authorities say DNA evidence, gathered 2 years ago, has linked 2 Tyler men to the crime scene of the 1983 KFC murders in Kilgore. 44 year old Darnell Hartsfield and 47 year old Romeo Pinkerton were indicted today on 5 capital murder charges each. Currently, both men are already in jail on other charges. Just last month, Hartsfield was sentenced to life in prison on Aggravated perjury charges. The indictments were announced on the Henderson courthouse steps by Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, with the victims families in attendance. Ref: Grand Jury finishes duty in KFC kidnap massacre case On Sept. 23, 1983, unknown suspects made their way into the KFC eatery in Kilgore and abducted five people from the restaurant. The suspects then took the five victims to a rural oil field on Walter King Road, where the victims were shot in the head and left for dead. The bodies were discovered the next day by an oil field worker. Mary Tyler, 37; Opie Ann Hughes, 39; Joey Johnson, 20; David Maxwell, 20; and Monte Landers, 19, were found shot to death. Young Black Sentenced To 30 Years For Beating Death of Older White Man * Families scuffle in courtroom after verdict    TACOMA - A judge sentenced 19-year-old Andrew Brown to 30 years in prison for the brutal beating death of Darrel Johnson as families of the two men scuffled in the courtroom. Johnson, a retired Port of Tacoma maintenance electrician, was just weeks shy of his 70th birthday when he was attacked during the daily walk he takes through his east Tacoma neighborhood. He was near his home walking with the help of a cane he has used since hip replacement surgery. Witnesses said the attacker knocked Johnson to the ground, kicked him in the face, and began stomping on his head before running away. He died in the hospital one week after the attack. Ohio Jury Convicts Negro of Kidnapping 5-year-old White Girl - Sentenced to only 10 years for kidnap - victim still missing   COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Jurors convicted a man Friday of kidnapping a 5-year-old girl, but acquitted him of a rape charge that could have brought a mandatory life sentence. The girl is presumed dead, but Bruce was not charged with murder. Lindsey Bruce was charged with kidnapping and raping Emily Rimel, who has been missing since December. She was last seen in her Madison Township home on the night when Bruce was visiting. Rimel's body has not been found and Bruce was not charged with murder. Black Man Charged in White Raleigh Woman's Murder  Byron Lamar Waring, 19, was arrested and charged with one count of murder in the death of Lauren Redman. Lauren Redman was found stabbed to death Tuesday morning. Redman's body was found outside her west Raleigh apartment early Tuesday morning. Police announced that they had located her missing Honda Civic. Raleigh police say Waring and Redman knew each other, but no further details were available. DNA Helps Convict Manhattan Man Of 1973 Rape  A Manhattan rape victim received justice 32-years after the fact when her attacker was found guilty Wednesday thanks in part to new DNA technology. It took a jury less than two hours to convict Clarence Williams, also known as Fletcher Anderson Worrell, in connection with a 1973 rape. Kathleen Hamm testified last week that Williams raped her at knife point in her Manhattan apartment. | Unprovoked racial hatecrimes by blacks on random whites in Greensburg, PA GREENSBURG, Pa. - Three people were beaten early Friday morning in Greensburg, according to police. The first incident occurred at a house on Westminster Avenue around 2 a.m. According to police, two black men struck a white man after he got out of his car. The victim, along with his female passenger, drove away as a third black man approached the vehicle. The second occurred a half an hour later outside the Sunoco Mini Market at Mount Pleasant Street and Urbania Avenue. Three black men approached a white man while he was pumping gas. The men started beating him and struck his female passenger after she exited the car, according to police. Fliers with racist epithets against whites were also found on car windshields and utility poles in Greensburg. There is surveillance video of the second attack, but police are not releasing it yet. Police are not linking the two assaults or the fliers because they are waiting for the suspects to be identified in a lineup Friday night. Accused Black Killer of White Boy "Not Competent To Stand Trial"  A judge in Alexandria ruled that Gregory Murphy was still not competent to stand trial for allegedly killing 8-year-old Kevin Shifflet in 2000. The boy was stabbed to death as he played in front of his grandmother's home in Alexandria's Del Ray neighborhood.
