White woman victim’s final minutes caught on video before kidnap, rape and baseball bat murder  New developments in the murder of Beverly Hope Melton, the last time the victim was seen in public was caught on store surveillance. The video shows the final minutes of Hope Melton's life, when she made that fateful stop at a Chesterfield County gas station. In the video, Melton walks within inches of the man investigators say kidnapped, raped and beat her to death. The video captures the last images anyone will ever see of Hope Melton alive. It came Monday as Melton stopped at Jack's convenience store in Jefferson. The footage shows accused killer Nickolas Miller walk in and head to the beer cooler. Two Tuscaloosa blacks arrested, charged with raping juvenile girls Tuscaloosa police arrested two men on unrelated charges of sexually attacking juvenile females. John Charles Robinson, 41, was arrested after the victim's parents alerted police in November of the abuse. They initially reported Robinson was sexually involved with their 11-year-old daughter.Jonathan Jermaine Melton, 23, was arrested after surrendering at the Tuscaloosa Police Department on a second-degree rape warrant. Black wanted for 1999 Columbus rape arrested in Gulf Shores earlier this month  A man wanted in Columbus on a 1999 rape allegation was arrested this month in Gulf Shores, Ala., authorities said. Otis Ryles, 44, appeared on charges of rape, aggravated sodomy and burglary. Ryles entered a Farr Road home Nov. 20, 1999, and raped a 28-year-old woman. “He came into her residence and forcibly had sex against her will.” - (Black rapes) |
Police arrest black bodybuilder after his white girlfriend dies from head injury  Police arrested a man in connection with the death of a woman who was found with a serious head injury on Christmas Eve and died the next day. Prudence Hockley, a teacher at Woodinville High School, stepped outside her home to talk to her boyfriend, a bodybuilder named Johnnie Lee Wiggins. Witnesses said they heard voices and then a loud thump. Hockley’s 13-year-old daughter went outside and found her mother unconscious on the ground on the side of the house.The suspect was seen walking away from the woman, and that he got into his car and drove off. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
White Woman Kidnapped, Sexually Assaulted, Beaten to Death by Black Deputies have charged Nickolas Jermaine Miller who they say sexually assaulted and beat a woman to death after taking her from a Chesterfield County store. The body of Beverly Hope Melton, 30, was found in a secluded area of Kershaw County after the suspect led deputies to the woman's body. Miller is currently detained in Kershaw County on a murder charge, and deputies have planned to charge him with kidnapping and criminal sexual conduct. Melton and Miller did not know each other before the "horribly brutal" attack. Miller began harassing Melton at a convenience store. Melton called her grandmother and told her she was afraid and that Miller was following her. Miller admitted to killing Melton, and led them to her body. Deputies located Melton's body behind two abandoned turkey barns. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) Surveillance camera video showed Miller “harassing” the victim while she was in the store. The woman was sexually assaulted, driven to Kershaw County, where she was assaulted again and “viciously beaten to death with a baseball bat,” according to Matthews. Matthews said. “If this woman had had a concealed weapons permit and a firearm, this would not have happened. That’s why I advocate for people getting them.” |
Black Martial Arts Instructor Wanted for Molesting At Least 6 Girls Sheriff's deputies are searching for an Apple Valley martial arts instructor facing child molestation charges. Umar Love, 30, was arrested Dec. 14 on suspicion of committing lewd acts on a child, after a 14-year-old girl reported that he had touched her inappropriately on a number of occasions. Sheriff's investigators eventually uncovered a total of six females between ages 14 and 16 who reported that they had been molested by Love. - (Newsroom) |
Blacks accused of forcing pregnant woman to have sex Two men accused of forcing a woman who is eight months pregnant to have sex with them appeared in court Wednesday. Police said Ligunson Edmond and Jacques Jean, both 21, committed the crime Tuesday night in North Miami. Investigators believe a third man was involved, but he has not been arrested. Black rape suspect turns himself in Tommie Howard III, the suspect in the Nov. 29 rape of a UF student turned himself in on Christmas morning. Howard was identified as the suspect last week after DNA evidence from the rape linked him with a previous battery case. The victim in the case, a 20-year-old UF student, told police she left 101 Cantina with a man she didn't know on Nov. 29. He raped her in his car somewhere between the bar and campus. Police are also investigating the possibility that Howard was involved in the attempted rape on Dec. 9 near Sorority Row, based on matching denoscriptions of the attackers, Barber said. In this case, the victim, a UF student, was getting in her car when a man wearing a ski mask jumped in and held her at knifepoint, according to the police report. - (Black rapes) |
| Police investigate alleged rape at knife point by black Columbus police are investigating a rape they say happened Monday night. Officers first responded to a stabbing at Winterfield Trailer Park on 29th Avenue. The victim was taken to the Medical Center for treatment. Police say the victim is homeless. She told police she raped inside a car at the mobile home park, and was cut on her throat. Police say the suspect is a black man, 6' tall and 200 pounds, 40 to 42-years-old with low cut gray hair. Black Accused Of Dragging 80-year-old Woman With Car A judge in Chicago has set bond at $350,000 for a robbery suspect accused of dragging an 80-year-old woman for a block in his car after she refused to let go of her purse. Billy Tribbettreached out of the window of his 2005 Honda and tried to grab the woman’s purse. She never let go, and Tribbett kept driving, dragging her for a block down a North Side street before taking off. - (Newsroom) |
Homeless Black Man Bound, Raped, Killed 77-year-old woman  A 51-year-old homeless man is accused of breaking into a Fort Pierce woman's home, tying her up, raping her and then leaving her for dead. Tommy Lee Edwards was arrested on a murder charge Thursday in the death of Verdell Sloan. The 77-year-old woman was found dead inside her house Dec. 8. Police said Edwards knew Sloan's husband had recently died, so he had been repeatedly breaking into her home to steal her pills. On the day Sloan was killed, Edwards was breaking into her home when she surprised him and hit him in the face, police said Edwards told detectives. That's when he put a pillow case over Sloan's head, tied her hands together, put a sock in her mouth, beat her and raped her. - (Black rapes) |
Black charged in rape of 71-year-old woman had raped a 77-year-old woman  Four years after he was convicted of raping an elderly woman, a man is facing charges that he raped a 71-year-old woman. Ramone D. Winters faces 10 criminal charges — five counts of forcible sodomy, forcible rape, attempted forcible rape, kidnapping, robbery and burglary — Winters was convicted of raping a 77-year-old woman in 2000. Investigators suspected he returned to her home a month later and raped her again. But the woman died of natural causes shortly after the second attack, leading to a plea agreement in the case. | Police hunt for four black suspects in Greenbelt gang rape Four suspects are still on the loose after police say they brutally gang raped a woman near the Greenbelt Metro Station on Saturday. "In the early morning hours of Saturday, December 17, the Greenbelt Police Department received a call for a sexual assault. The 24-year-old victim had gotten off a train and was walking from the Greenbelt station when at least four men dragged her into woods where they brutally and repeatedly raped her for at least an hour. The suspects got away. The victim was taken to a hostpital with serious injuries, including severe facial trauma. Two blacks charged with gang raping 13-year-old girl - one on the loose Two men have been charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl over the course of several days. Another man remains on the loose. The men accused of doing this are Steve Wilson and DaJuan Lewis. According to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office, the men drove her to an apartment where she was assaulted by Lewis, and 20 year old Corey McElhaney, and several other men. - (Black rapes) |

Police arrested Daqwontaye Robinson after a victim said she was forced to touch him and engage in other inappropriate behavior with him. Black rapist gets life in prison for raping a child under the age of 13 Antonio Lorenzo Harris was convicted of raping a child under the age of 13, sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and taking indecent liberties with a child on Dec. 1. The jury recommended life sentences for the rape and sodomy charges, five years for the indecent liberties charge and a year for the aggravated sexual battery charge. Black ex-NYC youth minister gets 22 years in sex case A former youth minister who admitted he sexually abused five girls who attended his historic church but then tried to take back his guilty plea was sentenced to 22 years in prison. Jeremy Fulton "used his position of authority and respect as a member of the clergy to win the trust of parents and gain access to children for the purpose of sexually abusing these girls," who were 10 to 16 when molested. Fulton, 29, was the associate director of after-school and summer camp programs at Mariners' Temple Baptist Church, which traces its history to 1795. Police searching for black suspect in attempted rape in French Quarter Investigators with the New Orleans Police Department are searching for a man wanted for an attempted rape that occurred in the French Quarter midday on Monday.The suspect attacked the victim and then fled on foot. He is described as being in his early 20s, approximately 5-foot-7 and weighing between 150-175 pounds with an athletic build. Police describe him as being unshaven with a beard and a dark complexion. The suspect's hair is described as being about two inches long and braided to the scalp with white sea shells at the ends of the braids. - (Black rapes) |
Black female counselor accused of sex with teen in her care enters plea A counselor pleaded not guilty to charges of rape and sodomy after deputies say she had sex with a teen in her care. Deputies arrested Brooke Briscoe who worked at Sunrise Spring Meadows Residential Facility, a group home that helps troubled teens. Investigators said she had sex with the teen at the facility. Child Protective Services discovered Briscoe allegedly had sexual contact with a 17-year-old male on November 11. Two blacks held in murder of 7-year-old White girl and her uncle   The death penalty may be possible in the Cumberland killings. For now, 22-year-old Michael Bell and 25-year-old Jeremy Priel remain in the Marion County Jail, held without bond in connection with the shooting deaths of 7-year-old Kyleigh Crane and her uncle, 21-year-old Jeremy Crane. Black Suspect Arrested For Murder and Kidnapping of Missing White Wilmington Woman  Dwight L. Smith was charged with two counts of Murder 1st Degree and one count of Kidnapping 1st Degree. The female body recovered yesterday afternoon off of Rockwood Road during a ground and air search has been tentatively identified as that of Marsha Lee, the victim of the abduction. A cause of death and positive identification is pending an autopsy. Black school teacher stabbed White school teacher 'about 16 times'  Students, parents and staff are stunned after a Poughkeepsie High School English teacher was accused of stabbing another teacher with a screwdriver about 16 times in a crowded hallway. Ronette Ricketts, 40, was charged with first-degree attempted assault and second-degree assault, both felonies, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. Ricketts is due in Court this morning. Black Man extradited from Florida in 13-year-old rape case The man that police believe committed a rape in the borough roughly 13 years ago was extradited to Pennsylvania Monday and arraigned Wednesday. Ronald Ellis Mapp, 35, is now in Chester County Prison, having been transported by the U.S. Marshals’ “Con Air” aircraft from the federal penitentiary he was an inmate in in Florida. in September 1998, a 27-year-old woman was physically assaulted by a masked man when she was walking on Nutt Road near Althouse Lane.
