Black Sex offender linked through DNA to two rapes A convicted sex offender who was cleared by a jury of rape charges in September has been linked through DNA to two additional rapes, including a November rape of a woman in her Reservoir Hill home, court records show. Nelson Bernard Clifford was charged with raping a woman at knifepoint after breaking into her home while she was sleeping. The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for any information about the fugitive assailant who terrorized women in the Washington area between 1991-98. The unrepentant rapist disappeared after the Aug. 1, 1998 rape and bludgeoning murder of 29-year-old Christine Mirzayan in Georgetown. Horror as Walmart stays open after black husband stabs Mexican wife to death in front of shoppers  A South Carolina black has been charged with murder in the death of his wife, who was fatally stabbed inside a Greenville County Walmart this weekend. U.S. Marshals track down black Baltimore rape suspect in Charlotte  A Baltimore man accused of raping a woman in 2006 in Baltimore, is sitting in a North Carolina jail cell after U.S. Marshals arrested him in Charlotte. The Baltimore City Police Department charged Kendall Thomas Lynn last month with first degree rape along with charges for other violent crimes including assault and reckless endangerment. Black Memphis Police Officer Charged with Statutory Rape Memphis, Tn - Just hours after an acquaintance of a now, 15-year-old girl, went to police with information she was having an inappropriate relationship with a police officer, that officer, 25-year-old Ericck Cain was behind bars. "He gave us a statement of admission, not only he was involved in a sexual relationship with this minor, but he had at least one time texted nude photographs of himself to her," said Chief David Martello. Cain is charged with Aggravated Statutory Rape and Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means. Investigators say the inappropriate relationship started when the girl was 14. White NYPD Officer Shot And Killed by Black During Burglary In Cypress Hills  A manhunt continued for the second suspect involved in the deadly shooting of a New York City police officer earlier in the morning. New details also emerged suggesting that the alleged gunman should have been in jail weeks ago. Officer Peter Figoski, 47, was shot in the face while responding to a gunpoint robbery around 2:15 a.m. Monday at a basement apartment on Pine Street in Cypress Hills. After being rushed to Jamaica Hospital, Figoski died a few hours later. Black Accused of Molesting Four Children A Lakeland man was arrested Monday and accused of molesting four children, Lakeland police said. Darryl L. Taylor Jr., 25, of Lakeland, remained in jail today. Police release sketch of black involved in two vacant home rapes Police have released a sketch of a man they believe was involved in two separate attacks in South Fulton County. The attacks happened off Old National Highway at a vacant home. The man is described as a 17 - 19-year old black man, 5 foot 8 inches tall with a medium build. Victims describe him as having a slightly musty odor and flat lips, as if drawn on his face. Police said it's possible he has a left lazy eye. - (Black rapes) |
UK: Charity carol concert attacked by Congo protesters Shops were attacked, passers-by threatened and car windows smashed during a demonstration in central London against the election result in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The carol concert was raising money for MacMillan Cancer Support. It was organised by a group of friends whose loved ones had been treated for cancer. Masked teenage boys ‘stormed’ the singers, throwing bottles of water and hot drinks into the crowd. A woman in her 40s, said to be undergoing treatment for breast cancer, was pulled to the ground. A youth attempted to set light to the Christmas tree, an annual gift from the city of Oslo since 1947, one witness said. “They were determined not to let us sing and have fun and utterly ruined the atmosphere. Have your protest and make your point, but why did you have to ruin a lovely occasion with your scuminess,” Mark Horton, a conductor of the choir, wrote in a message online. Sacramento Police nab black foaming-at-the-mouth robbery suspect An 18-year-old man described as foaming at the mouth was taken into custody -- about an hour after allegedly robbing two juveniles at gunpoint. The two youths reported they were walking along Arden Way when a man who was foaming at the mouth demanded the victims' cell phones, shoes and belts. The suspect then fled on foot toward the mall, police reported. About an hour later, a Sacramento Police officer saw the man running from security personnel behind the mall and, assisting the security officers, took the suspect into custody. The police officer recognized the suspect from the victims' denoscription, authorities said. A search recovered the victims' property in addition to a revolver. Richmond black accused of sexually abusing girl, 14  Richmond police have charged a Richmond man with sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl. Charles Peyton, 62, is charged with first-degree sexual abuse. The charge stems from an investigation that began on Nov. 27 after an adult relative of the girl reported to police that Peyton had inappropriately touched the girl while giving her a ride home, Police also were looking into a report that Peyton was involved in a similar crime involving another 14-year-old girl in 1998. - (Newsroom) |

Black Memphis school monitor charged with statutory rape  A Memphis high school monitor is facing charges after he was accused of statutory rape of a 17-year-old. Thursday, police arrested 32-year-old Jermaine Wince, a Hamilton High School campus monitor, on charges of statutory rape of an authority figure. The charges came after a 17-year-old girl told investigators Wince paid her for sex. The victim said Wince picked her up in front of a daycare center, took her to his home where they had unprotected sex and then he returned her back to the same intersection. The girl told investigators the incident was not isolated. She says Wince paid her $50 on one occasion and on two separate occasions he paid her $20 and $80. - (Black rapes) |
Anchorage Police Searching for Black Suspect in Kidnapping and Attempted Rape APD is searching for a suspect in an early morning kidnapping and attempted rape, who is considered armed and dangerous rape, on Friday. APD describe as a medium to dark complexion black male, approximately 40 years of age, about 5’9” tall with a stocky build. Black suspect arrested in Uptown abduction/rape of student NOPD investigators say they have arrested a 27-year-old New Orleans man, charging him in the abduction and rape of a local high school student. Cops say the suspect, Jonathan Edward Wilson, is the man who abducted a teenager. The victim told police that she was abducted by a suspect with a handgun. Police say the woman reported being taken in a white, 4-door sedan. The victim said that after she was raped inside the vehicle there, the suspect drove her to General Pershing and South Prieur where he raped her again. - (Black rapes) |
Police Search for Black Rape Suspect in Northeast Las Vegas Police need your help tracking down a man who they say raped a woman in the northeast part of Las Vegas Wednesday morning. The victim's father-in-law says the woman was home alone at the time of the attack, when the suspect forced his way through a back door and proceeded to rape and beat the victim. Police created a composite sketch of the suspect taken from the victim's account and also from a surveillance camera in the neighborhood. White woman choked, nearly raped in parking lot confronts black attacker   Typically, media doesn’t reveal the names of faces of sexual assault victims, but Heidi Damon asked to be seen. The way Damon sees it, if anyone should be embarrassed, it’s the teen that attacked her and attempted to rape her two years ago in an Ybor City parking garage. “I’m not the victim, I’m the victor,” Damon said, face-to-face to her attacker at his sentencing. Jovon Cooper was 16 when he attacked Damon, choking her until she blacked out. When Damon later woke, she was naked from the waist down. U.S. Marshals office adds black suspected child rapist to Top 15 Most Wanted list  A suspected child rapist has been added to the U.S. Marshals list of the Top 15 Most Wanted fugitives. Corey Deshawn Gaston is wanted by the Detroit Police and the U.S. Marshals for failing to appear on rape charges. He's charged with 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13. He's also accused of kidnapping, home invasion and child enticement. The crime reportedly happened in June of 2007. Gaston allegedly broke into a home in Detroit and kidnapped a 10-year-old girl through her bedroom window. - (Black rapes) |

The group – three sisters and a cousin – allegedly screamed ‘kill the white slag’ as they set upon Rhea Page as she waited for a taxi with her boyfriend. Miss Page, 22, was left with a bald patch where her hair was pulled out in the attack and was left ‘black and blue’ after suffering a flurry of kicks to the head, back, arms and legs while motionless on the pavement.Ambaro Maxamed, 24, students Ayan Maxamed, 28, and Hibo Maxamed, 24, and their 28-year-old cousin Ifrah Nur each admitted actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of five years’ imprisonment. But Judge Robert Brown gave them suspended jail terms after hearing mitigation that as Muslims, the women were not used to being drunk. Miss Page, a care worker, called the sentence ‘disgusting’ and said the gang deserved ‘immediate custody’.

Black Arrested In Connection With Decomposing Body Found In Stockton Apartment Stockton Police have made an arrest in connection with a badly decomposed body found in a Stockton apartment earlier this week. Police arrested 36-year-old Devon Epps just before midnight Tuesday after he was spotted by a citizen. Black Man Arrested in Attempted Rapes of Brooklyn Women, 77, 61 Police say they've arrested a man wanted in connection with the attempted rapes of a 77-year-old woman and a 61-year-old woman in Brooklyn. Donald Deliotte was charged with two counts each of attempted rape, robbery, assault and strangulation. Deliotte is accused of attempting to rape a 77-year-old woman at her workplace on Oct. 26, and a 61-year-old woman at a business on Nov. 18. Black Teen Gets 30 Years For Burglarizing, Raping Woman, 65 A 17-year-old boy was sentenced to 30 years in prison after he admitted to attacking a 65-year-old woman. Anthony Jackson was 16 years old when he left a window open to a home he burglarized in 2010. Four days later, Jackson returned to the home and raped the 65-year-old homeowner, breaking her arm in the process. Black rape counselor/minister pleads guilty - but will not serve time  Edwin Benjamin Rosette, who claims to be a rape crisis counselor and an ordained minister pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual battery and will have no time to serve in prison. The victim told investigators she was sexually assaulted by Rosette from the time she was 11 until she was 18 years old. The victim also told investigators that the rapes occurred almost every day. Black Peeping Tom arrested at Clemson women's dorm Clemson University police arrested a man who they say was found in a women's residence hall early Monday. Milton Brian Benson, 23, of Clemson, who is not a Clemson student, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. A warrant said Benson followed two students into Manning Hall after they opened the door with a security key card. Prosecutors say the 24-year-old Sule repeatedly told him he loved him and wanted to kiss him, before sexually assaulting him. Jury to decide whether convicted black killer of (White) Shanon Marks should die   The final decision on whether Rayshawn Johnson will be executed will be resolved. Johnson was convicted of murder and sentenced to death in 1998 for the baseball bat bludgeoning death of his neighbor, 29-year-old Shanon Marks. Johnson lived in his grandmother's apartment that overlooked the home of Marks and her husband, who were planning to celebrate her third wedding anniversary that night. Johnson beat her with the bat 13 times, the last three in the head. Her husband found her body 13 hours later in a pool of her blood. In addition to the fatal blows that fractured her skull, she also suffered a broken jaw and a broken left arm.
