Natasha Hubbard, 36, was booked for aggravated assault and held in lieu of bail. Black Ex-Notre Dame footballer, now teacher, accused of having sex with 16-year-old student A college football player turned teacher has been arrested on charges of having sex with a student. Tampa Police say Dwight Levasiyea Ellick had a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student at his apartment. School officials say the young student told her friends and they found out about the relationship and contacted police. Black man arrested in deaths of wife, 3 kids  A Virginia man suspected in the deaths of his wife and her three children found in their burned apartment was arrested. John Moses Ragin, 36, was taken into custody. Police were called to the family's apartment because of a fire when they found four bodies. Police have identified them as 32-year-old Crystal Ragin and her children, 15-year-old Sierra, 10-year-old Rasheed and 6-year-old Lakwan. DNA connects black to 32-year-old cold case murder A Richmond man is in jail in San Jose, charged with the murder of a woman who was a security guard 32 years ago. Detectives arrested 61-year-old David Dixon, after DNA in a cold case led them to him in connection to the murder of Rachel Moncrief. DNA testing did not exist in 1979 when the murder case happened. Salvadoran restaurant owner charged with rape The owner of a Germantown restaurant was arrested and charged for the rape of one of his employees during a round of late night drinks. Juan Alberto Melgar, 52, a Salvadoran cook was released on bond after a court appearance on the charge of second-degree rape. A waitress who works at Pelican Restaurant, another of Mr. Melgar’s restaurants, accused him of raping her in the bathroom of the restaurant after she and several other co-workers finished off a Saturday night shift by drinking at the restaurant’s bar. |

Deputy struck by SUV; fleeing black rape suspect driver shot, wounded A Shelby County Sheriff's Office deputy shot a man in the shoulder after he struck the deputy with an SUV. Deputies with the fugitive unit were looking for registered sex offender Daetrus Pilate to serve a warrant when they spotted him. Pilate saw the deputies and took off in a brown sport utility vehicle. Deputies pursued the SUV for about five minutes before Pilate pulled the vehicle over. When Deputy Toby Shaw approached, Pilate backed up the SUV and hit Shaw's leg, Washington said. Shaw fired one gunshot into the SUV, hitting Pilate in the shoulder. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |
Baltimore County Police arrest black for Pikesville rape Baltimore County Police have arrested a man for raping a 19-year-old woman.The woman was followed into an apartment building and then she was grabbed from behind by a man. He forced her into a laundry room and then sexually assaulted her. D.N.A. evidence was collected and entered into the DNA index system. Once in the system, the D.N.A. came up in connection to a recent sex offense in New York City. Detectives got a sample of D.N.A. from the suspect in that case and it was a match. St. Louis black charged with kidnapping, attempted rape of woman  Antwan Lamar Hamilton faces six felony counts after St. Louis police said he pulled a woman from a sidewalk at gunpoint and attempted to rape her in the rear of a home. The incident happened January 23. Hamilton was charged with kidnapping, three counts of armed criminal action, attempted forcible rape, and forcible sodomy. Pine Lawn woman robbed and raped by black (Demetrius) Pine Lawn Police say Demetrius Edwards, 21, is charged with 5 felony counts, including rape, sodomy, robbery, and burglary. Edwards met the victim Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of the housing complex where he lives. Edwards then broke into the victim's home overnight Saturday, raped her, and forced her to drive to a nearby ATM, where he robbed her. Julio Cruz-Castellanos charged with raping 9-year-old A man from New Castle County, Delaware has been arrested and charged with raping a 9-year-old.
Julio Cruz-Castellanos, 31, has been charged with the continuous sexual abuse of a child, 2nd-degree rape and 3rd-degree unlawful sexual contact.
Police were notified on July 25 and, through their investigation, say the child was raped on at least 10 occasions.

Black Ex-convict accused in 2 Clear Lake area rapes  A man sent to prison for a 1993 sexual assault in Galveston County is now the prime suspect in at least two recent rape cases in the Clear Lake area, Houston police said George Moore is accused of attacking a 58-year old woman on Aug. 5 at her home and aid he also raped a 19-year-old on Aug. 9 at her home. He knew both women and had been in a relationship with each, police said. The 58-year-old woman told police she was awakened by a crashing sound at her back door. Black guilty in rape of 83-year-old woman A Mecklenburg County jury found Robert McFadden guilty of raping an 83-year-old woman in May 2010. The jury returned a guilty verdict against McFadden on charges of second-degree rape and of breaking and entering. McFadden was sentenced to at least nine-and-a-half years in prison. Superior Court Judge Timothy Kincaid gave him the maximum punishment. McFadden, who was 16 at the time of the sexual assault, cried after the verdict was announced. Evil homeless Negro finally arrested for murder of White high school girl thanks to DNA  Nearly seven years after she was killed, police say they've found the man who killed Gina Gruenwald. Gruenwald's body was found August 21, 2004 in Denver, Colorado. Friends had dropped her off after a night out and her body was found just four blocks away the following morning. She had been stabbed in the neck. The crime scene showed Gruenwald had struggled with the person who killed her, including a bite mark made by the attacker. It's that bite mark, which left behind DNA, that led prosecutors to charge 42-year-old Billy Wilson this week. Wilson is said to be a homeless man who was arrested earlier this year on an unrelated case in San Francisco. A DNA sample obtained from Wilson was entered into a national database and was a match for Gruenwald's case. Black Nebraskan jailed in Congressman Boswell attack   A 20-year-old Fremont man who authorities say was the gunman in a burglary and home-invasion robbery attempt this weekend at the Lamoni, Iowa, farmhouse of U.S. Rep. Leonard Boswell was arrested Tuesday. David Palmer Dewberry was taken into custody in Independence, Mo., and was being held on a federal warrant alleging unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Dewberry and his family had lived in Lamoni for a time before moving to Nebraska, and his mother was friendly with Boswell's wife. He had been to the Boswell home. Dewberry entered the home Saturday night and attacked the congressman's daughter. Boswell, 77, tried to fight the man off. As they scuffled, his 22-year-old grandson got a shotgun. Black Man Charged With Murdering White Ex-Girlfriend  A Golden Valley, Minn. man has been charged with murdering a 19-year-old woman from Henderson. Nineteen-year-old Damone Christopher Williams-Tillman is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 19-year-old Josselyn Bishop, of Henderson, Minn. Bishop was found unresponsive but warm to the touch Friday afternoon in a commercial district of Mankato. Birago Blackshear, 32, of South Jackson Street, is charged with murder in the death of 18-year-old Ashton Miranda Bartlett. Black convicted of beating White Vassar woman to death  The state Court of Appeals last month upheld the second-degree murder conviction of Barry S. Coleman Jr., who beat Tiffiny Lyn Cody-Smith to death over a drug debt in 2008. Coleman on at least two occasions said he would kill Cody if she didn’t pay him back. The unidentified woman says she was threatened by her attacker Curtis Green who shouted taunts from the next door cell after she was locked up when she became flustered during her testimony. She swore at the defense attorney Gabrielle Silver when she was being cross examined in court in Detroit and told her to 'get to the point b***'. Judge Vanessa Bradley found her in contempt and sentenced her to three days in jail.
