Black Ex-convict accused in 2 Clear Lake area rapes  A man sent to prison for a 1993 sexual assault in Galveston County is now the prime suspect in at least two recent rape cases in the Clear Lake area, Houston police said George Moore is accused of attacking a 58-year old woman on Aug. 5 at her home and aid he also raped a 19-year-old on Aug. 9 at her home. He knew both women and had been in a relationship with each, police said. The 58-year-old woman told police she was awakened by a crashing sound at her back door. Black guilty in rape of 83-year-old woman A Mecklenburg County jury found Robert McFadden guilty of raping an 83-year-old woman in May 2010. The jury returned a guilty verdict against McFadden on charges of second-degree rape and of breaking and entering. McFadden was sentenced to at least nine-and-a-half years in prison. Superior Court Judge Timothy Kincaid gave him the maximum punishment. McFadden, who was 16 at the time of the sexual assault, cried after the verdict was announced. Lantana black arrested in Boynton rape case A Lantana man was arrested on Monday in the rape of a woman while she visited a friend in Boynton Beach over the weekend, police said. The 22-year-old victim went to Boynton Beach police headquarters early Monday to report that Michael Johnson, 24, had raped her. She tried several times to run away, but Johnson raped her on the kitchen floor, the report said. - (Black rapes) |
Black deviant rape suspect faces new charges by fourth victim  A Columbia man sitting in the Boone County Jail has now been accused of rape by a fourth identified victim. Robert Prince III, has been charged in four different cases of sexually deviant violations. Prince on Tuesday was charged on suspicion of second-degree statutory rape, according to court documents. No Court for Black Man Accused of Raping Woman in Church A man accused of the brutal rape of a woman inside a Stone Mountain Church was a no show in court on Monday. John Russell Carver faces a 12 count indictment that includes rape, armed robbery, false imprisonment and burglary. Police say he beat, assaulted and robbed a woman last February at the St. Timothy United Methodist Church in Stone Mountain. Detectives say DNA links him to the attack. |

Black church deacon arrested on child molestation charges A 47-year-old former church deacon at Antioch Tabernacle was arrested Thursday on charges that he had inappropriate contact with two teenage girls at his Harrisburg home. Harrisburg police have charged Albert Chambers Jr. with indecent assault, corruption of minors and other related offenses. Police allege Chambers took sexually explicit photos of the girls and touched them in a sexual manner. - (Newsroom) |
Convicted Black Felon Gets 55 Years For Homo-Raping 13-year-old Boy A convicted felon was sentenced to 55 years in prison on Thursday for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy. James Beamon was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping. Judge William Lacy sentenced Beamon to 55 years. Beamon lured the boy to an abandoned building then ordered the boy to remove his clothing. The defendant put his hands behind his back as if he had a gun and threatened to shoot the victim if he left. Beamon then sexually assaulted the victim. Sketch of negroid aggravated robbery suspect released Sugar Land police are looking for several men who kicked in a back door and robbed a woman at gunpoint. 19-year-old woman said she was held at gunpoint by one man while others went through the house looking for money. At least six men left in a sedan with electronics and other items. One of the suspects had big eyes, a flat and wide nose and prominent nostrils. Evil homeless Negro finally arrested for murder of White high school girl thanks to DNA  Nearly seven years after she was killed, police say they've found the man who killed Gina Gruenwald. Gruenwald's body was found August 21, 2004 in Denver, Colorado. Friends had dropped her off after a night out and her body was found just four blocks away the following morning. She had been stabbed in the neck. The crime scene showed Gruenwald had struggled with the person who killed her, including a bite mark made by the attacker. It's that bite mark, which left behind DNA, that led prosecutors to charge 42-year-old Billy Wilson this week. Wilson is said to be a homeless man who was arrested earlier this year on an unrelated case in San Francisco. A DNA sample obtained from Wilson was entered into a national database and was a match for Gruenwald's case. Obese black of Battle Creek faces 5 charges of rape A Battle Creek man is facing five life sentences after Emmett Township police said he raped a woman he met in Detroit.Kelvin Hawkins pointed a handgun at her head and then raped her for more than an hour. He was arraigned on five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, possession of a firearm by a felon and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He also is charged with being a fourth-degree habitual offender. "He is a danger to our community," Assistant Prosecutor Rod Hassinger said. |

Black Nebraskan jailed in Congressman Boswell attack   A 20-year-old Fremont man who authorities say was the gunman in a burglary and home-invasion robbery attempt this weekend at the Lamoni, Iowa, farmhouse of U.S. Rep. Leonard Boswell was arrested Tuesday. David Palmer Dewberry was taken into custody in Independence, Mo., and was being held on a federal warrant alleging unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Dewberry and his family had lived in Lamoni for a time before moving to Nebraska, and his mother was friendly with Boswell's wife. He had been to the Boswell home. Dewberry entered the home Saturday night and attacked the congressman's daughter. Boswell, 77, tried to fight the man off. As they scuffled, his 22-year-old grandson got a shotgun. Black convicted of beating White Vassar woman to death  The state Court of Appeals last month upheld the second-degree murder conviction of Barry S. Coleman Jr., who beat Tiffiny Lyn Cody-Smith to death over a drug debt in 2008. Coleman on at least two occasions said he would kill Cody if she didn’t pay him back. Police charged a Cary man Friday with raping a 9-year-old child in May, warrants state. 
A man accused of kidnapping and raping a minor is the subject of a felon arrest warrant and a reward offered by Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers. Erick Brandon Ballejos, 30, is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
