Raleigh black man charged with claiming to be officer, raping women Police charged a Raleigh (black) man with impersonating an officer and raping several women over the past year. Steven Devon Allicott, 35, is charged with four counts of first-degree rape, three counts of impersonating a law enforcement officer and one count each of attempted first-degree rape, kidnapping and assault with a deadly weapon. An investigator said four women claimed that Allicott sexually assaulted them between last September and July 2. A fifth woman told police that she agreed to perform a sex act with Allicott in exchange for money, but she convinced him to let her go after he threatened her with a handgun. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |
Police arrest three of four blacks accused of gang-raping 14-year-old New Orleans police arrested three men and were looking for another in the alleged gang rape early Monday of a 14-year-old girl at a house in Mid-City. The girl told police one of the men asked her to have sex with him and she agreed. But then three others joined in against her will and forced her into sex with them before she fled. Black Wrestler Facing Rape Charges A Bloomsburg University wrestler is accused of raping a woman at an off-campus party this weekend. Police arrested Richard Perry of Connecticut Friday night in Bloomsburg. According to court documents Perry was at a party on Iron Street when the rape occurred. He pulled down her underwear and his pants and made the woman perform oral sex on him while holding her head down. He then told her to bend over and she said no. He then grabbed her by the waist and turned her around and pushed her forward away from him. He then had anal intercourse with her and then turned her around and attempted vaginal intercourse. - (Black rapes) |

Black Taekwondo instructor indicted on rape of 9-year-old girl  Adrian Thomas Spellen, a Taekwondo instructor was indicted on charges that he raped a female student.
The alleged assault occurred between late May and early June at the martial arts studio.
The victim notified her mother about the alleged assault, and the mother took the girl to a hospital and alerted police on June 5, investigators said. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Frederick black charged in rape A Frederick man is charged in connection with the July 19 rape of a woman in the area of Old Camp Road and Andover Lane. Robert Joseph Howard III, 41, is harged with second-degree rape and second-degree assault. A woman who was walking in the area was approached by a man who asked her for a cigarette. When the woman walked away from him, the man began making sexual statements directed at her. As the woman neared the 7-11 store on Old Camp Road, he grabbed her by her hair and pulled her to the ground before dragging her to a grassy area behind the store and raping her, the documents stated. - (Black rapes) |
Houston police release suspect sketch of corn-rowed rapist A woman who was raped, robbed, shot and left in a field in southwest Houston did not know her attacker. Investigators released a sketch of the man who is wanted in the morning attack and abduction of a 27-year-old woman at her home. A masked man entered her apartment about 12:30 a.m that day, police said. He sexually assaulted her in her home, police said, then abducted her in her vehicle and drove for several hours before walking her to a field and shooting her in her shoulder. The woman passed out and later awoke to find that the man had taken off in her vehicle. She was found and taken to an area hospital where she was treated and released. - (Black rapes) - (Newsroom) |

Black Nebraskan jailed in Congressman Boswell attack   A 20-year-old Fremont man who authorities say was the gunman in a burglary and home-invasion robbery attempt this weekend at the Lamoni, Iowa, farmhouse of U.S. Rep. Leonard Boswell was arrested Tuesday. David Palmer Dewberry was taken into custody in Independence, Mo., and was being held on a federal warrant alleging unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. Dewberry and his family had lived in Lamoni for a time before moving to Nebraska, and his mother was friendly with Boswell's wife. He had been to the Boswell home. Dewberry entered the home Saturday night and attacked the congressman's daughter. Boswell, 77, tried to fight the man off. As they scuffled, his 22-year-old grandson got a shotgun. Black Fresno pastor accused of rape offers unusual defense A Fresno pastor stands accused of raping a woman at his place of worship, but he claims the charges are part of a plot by the city of Fresno. Pastor Donald Lockhart was arrested Wednesday Investigators say the victim was in the same building Monday - seeing Lockhart for the first or second time -- when he attacked. "He was arrested for forced rape, forced oral copulation, false imprisonment and attempted rape." - (Black rapes) |
Black Man Arrested In Killing Of White Greenwood Couple  A man was arrested Monday in connection with the shooting deaths of a Greenwood couple in their home. Justin Carter faces two counts of murder and one count of armed robbery in the killings of Steven Konchinsky, 57, and his wife, Julie Konchinsky, 54. Black arrested for rape and robbery of Seaford woman State Police have arrested a Seaford man in connection with the robbery and sexual assault of a 64 year old woman on July 2. Police say the incident occurred at the victim’s home when Lamont Hadley knocked on her door just before 3am saying a neighbor sent him. He used the woman’s bathroom – then ordered the woman to take off her clothes and sexually assaulted her. He left – taking her purse, jewelry and other personal items. Black downtown Mobile rape suspect Shelby Robinson's probation revoked A judge this morning revoked probation for Shelby Robinson, the 19-year-old who is accused of kidnapping and raping 2 women in downtown Mobile. Judge Sarah Stewart ruled that Robinson, because of his most recent arrest, should serve the remaining 2 years of his 3-year sentence in prison. While on probation, Robinson was arrested last month in connection with the June 5 attacks on 2 women walking in downtown Mobile. The women were leaving an R. Kelly concert after-party when Robinson used a gun to force them into their car and sexually assaulted them. - (Black rapes) |
Woman beaten unconscious during attempted rape by black The search is on for a man wanted in an attack and attempted rape in University Place on July 11. Another woman was approached by the same man in the parking lot of the apartment complex, he ran up to her, reached in his pants and exposed himself. The man then grabbed the woman and punched her in the face, temporarily knocking her unconscious. When the victim came to, the attacker was lying on the victim and groping her before getting up and running off. - (Black rapes) |
Black molested two little girls - 'while their mom watched' The woman who turned in a KCK woman for allegedly selling her preteen daughters for sex to a registered sex offender in Wichita is speaking out. Denise Ford said that the children, who live in a neighboring home, confided in her about the alleged abuse at the hands of James Brown. "He would molest both of the girls while their mom would sit there and watch," Ford said. Police say the suspect, shown in the photo, approached the 25-year-old victim near 8th Avenue at 2:30 Friday morning and attempted to engage her in conversation. Black Man Charged With Murdering White Ex-Girlfriend  A Golden Valley, Minn. man has been charged with murdering a 19-year-old woman from Henderson. Nineteen-year-old Damone Christopher Williams-Tillman is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 19-year-old Josselyn Bishop, of Henderson, Minn. Bishop was found unresponsive but warm to the touch Friday afternoon in a commercial district of Mankato. "Devil's Head black devil shot and killed his white girlfriend   A Hawkinsville man is accused of shooting and killing his girlfriend early Saturday morning on McDuffie Street in Pulaski County. Birago Blackshear, 32, of South Jackson Street, is charged with murder in the death of 18-year-old Ashton Miranda Bartlett. Black convicted of beating White Vassar woman to death  The state Court of Appeals last month upheld the second-degree murder conviction of Barry S. Coleman Jr., who beat Tiffiny Lyn Cody-Smith to death over a drug debt in 2008. Coleman on at least two occasions said he would kill Cody if she didn’t pay him back. The unidentified woman says she was threatened by her attacker Curtis Green who shouted taunts from the next door cell after she was locked up when she became flustered during her testimony. She swore at the defense attorney Gabrielle Silver when she was being cross examined in court in Detroit and told her to 'get to the point b***'. Judge Vanessa Bradley found her in contempt and sentenced her to three days in jail. Black arrested in shooting death of White Tampa man - (both dating same woman)   Tampa Police have made an arrest in a homicide investigation that began Friday night at the home of victim Carl R. Kidd, 33. Kidd, 33, was found dead in his home at 3402 N. Clay St. after officer responded to a report of shots fired. Black Nkosi Thandiwe opened fire on three women - killing one, wounding two A security guard in a shirt and tie opened fire on three women Friday in a parking deck in a bustling Atlanta business district, killing one and wounding two. Nkosi Thandiwe, 22, was taken into custody and charged with one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault. One was shot in the back and another was shot in the ankle. The public relations firm MSL Group identified the wounded women as its employees, 23-year-old intern Lauren Garcia and 24-year-old assistant account executive Tiffany Ferenczy. - (Newsroom) |

The victim, a 40-year-old woman, told police she was at the corner of Jefferson and Ann avenues when she was approached by a man armed with a box-cutter. Black Found Guilty in DeKalb Rape Cases A man accused of several DeKalb County rapes nearly a decade ago was found guilty by a jury on Friday. Sylvester Ray was accused of raping three women in 2002 and 2003. In addition to rape, Ray was found guilty of aggravated assault, aggravated sodomy, and kidnapping with bodily injury. Black gets 30 years for raping girl when she was 11 and 12 years old Ernest Canada, 50, of St. Louis, was sentenced to 30 years in prison today after a St. Louis jury found him guilty in May of sexually attacking a girl when she was 11 and 12 years old. Canada had lived at a boarding house the girl's mother ran in St. Louis, and the girl had considered Canada as a surrogate father, a prosecutor said. The assaults began in January 2006 and continued through February 2008. A man who pleaded guilty to raping a female student in the bathroom of Montgomery College's Takoma Park campus will spend 90 years in prison. Nathaniel Hart was sentenced by a Montgomery County judge on Friday. The 36-year-old pleaded guilty to entering a bathroom at the college in January 2010 and sliding under a stall to attack a 19-year-old student, telling her that he had a gun. He was later arrested at a Silver Spring hotel. 
A 35-year-old Egyptian was arrested after police said he violated an injunction and raped a woman inside her apartment. Police charged 
The ex-boyfriend of an 18-year-old Wayland woman killed over the holiday weekend was held without bail after being arrested and charged with her death.
