Black Nkosi Thandiwe opened fire on three women - killing one, wounding two A security guard in a shirt and tie opened fire on three women Friday in a parking deck in a bustling Atlanta business district, killing one and wounding two. Nkosi Thandiwe, 22, was taken into custody and charged with one count of murder and two counts of aggravated assault. One was shot in the back and another was shot in the ankle. The public relations firm MSL Group identified the wounded women as its employees, 23-year-old intern Lauren Garcia and 24-year-old assistant account executive Tiffany Ferenczy. - (Newsroom) |
Black Suspect in D.C. Killing Escapes Court Holding Cell  The U.S. Marshals Service says a man charged with first-degree murder of a retired Army sergeant escaped Friday afternoon from a D.C. Superior Court holding cell. James Brewer, 24, is a suspect in the Washington, D.C., killing of 71-year-old Solomon Reese. Two blacks kidnapped teen, videotape torturing him and glued his lips shut Ismael Bangs, 19, was arraigned on charges of felony kidnapping, criminal threatening, and first- and second-degree assault. He pleaded not guilty. Yvens Luclaise, 25, was accused of being criminally liable for the charges for assisting in holding the 15-year-old victim and videotaping the alleged crimes with a mobile device. Black rapist now in custody in St. Louis  Investigators with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department say Leon Lewis was the armed man who raped a St. Louis woman Friday morning. The victim, a 40-year-old woman, told police she was at the corner of Jefferson and Ann avenues when she was approached by a man armed with a box-cutter. Black Found Guilty in DeKalb Rape Cases A man accused of several DeKalb County rapes nearly a decade ago was found guilty by a jury on Friday. Sylvester Ray was accused of raping three women in 2002 and 2003. In addition to rape, Ray was found guilty of aggravated assault, aggravated sodomy, and kidnapping with bodily injury. A judge sentenced Ray to serve five consecutive life sentences, plus 30 years to serve. - (Black rapes) |
Black gets 30 years for raping girl when she was 11 and 12 years old Ernest Canada, 50, of St. Louis, was sentenced to 30 years in prison today after a St. Louis jury found him guilty in May of sexually attacking a girl when she was 11 and 12 years old. Canada had lived at a boarding house the girl's mother ran in St. Louis, and the girl had considered Canada as a surrogate father, a prosecutor said. The assaults began in January 2006 and continued through February 2008. Black convict accused of rape from 1995 case A man already serving time for sexual assault is accused in another rape case from 16 years ago after DNA evidence taken from the victim matched his profile. Roland Ali Westbrooks, 36, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. Westbrooks sexually assaulted a then 16-year-old girl at her residence back in 1995. The victim says she woke to some "rumbling" in the room next door, then saw an unknown black male standing in the door of her bedroom. The victim says the man put a pillow over her head and raped her. She says the man told her to "shut up" and threatened to kill her. Sanford black faces child rape charge A Sanford teenager faces charges that he repeatedly sexually abused a child under age 10 for more than four years, police said Thursday. Akri Jibri Clegg, 19, of 1412 Hudson Ave., faces charges of first-degree sex offense with a child under age 13, attempted first-degree rape and indecent liberties with a child. Police said the alleged abuse started in January 2007, when Clegg was 16 and the victim age 5, and continued through June of this year. - (Black rapes) |
Black from Connecticut raped underage girl A Connecticut man is accused of raping an underage girl in Rome while visiting the city. Marcy-based state police said Brandon A. Mills, 23, of New Haven, Conn., had sex with an underage girl in Rome on July 13. Mills is visiting Rome, and became acquainted with the girl, investigators said. The victim was between the ages of 13 and 17, investigators said, and is not legally capable of giving consent to have sex. - (Black rapes) |

Michigan black killed his daughter and 2 old girlfriends, 4 others and self in standoff A hostage standoff in Grand Rapids, Mich., ended late Thursday when a man suspected of shooting seven people to death, including his daughter and another child, earlier in the day killed himself as the police were instructing him on how to surrender, the police said. The man, identified as Rodrick S. Dantzler, shot himself once in the head at 11:30 p.m., about four hours after leading the police on a highway chase, crashing his vehicle and kicking in the back door of a nearby home, taking three occupants hostage.Dantzler killed five adults and two children, one of whom was his daughter. Three women raped after police miss critical lead on black accused serial rapist The woman knew Sylvester Antonio Ray when she saw his photo. She identified him as the man who had raped her seven years before. The woman's identification of Ray as the man who raped her in April 2003 allowed DeKalb County police to arrest him last year not only for her attack but also for three other cold cases. Buffalo black admits exposing 5 to HIV; faces 1 year in jail Darryl Fortner admitted Friday that he had unprotected sex with five people -- including a 15-year-old girl -- but didn't tell them he knew he carried the virus that causes AIDS. That admission will likely mean a one-year jail sentence. There was no mention in court if any of Fortner's victims contracted HIV. Black Milford rape suspect captured in Wilmington Four Wilmington police officers patrolling a neighborhood park in Browntown early today found a suspected rapist from Milford sleeping on the ground. The suspect identified as Derrick J. Legree, 24, of Milford, was turned over to Milford police to be charged. Legree was wanted on fourth-degree rape and second-degree assault charges stemming from a February incident. Cleveland police release sketch of scarface black suspect wanted in December rape  Cleveland police are seeking a suspect in the rape of an 18-year-old woman near East 79th Street and Kinsman Road in December. He fled on foot through Garden Valley Estates after the assault, according to police. UK: Black Nottingham school worker named 'Mohammad' jailed for raping girl, 13 A Nottingham man who worked at a school has been jailed for raping a 13-year-old girl. Mikhail Mohammad, 45, of Radford, was sentenced to 10 years for rape and nine months for fraud for failing to disclose a previous conviction. Nottingham Crown Court heard Mohammad befriended the girl, her mother and sister before taking her back to his flat and raping her in November 2010. Black accused of raping 82-year-old woman Police are asking for help finding a man accused in the brutal rape of an elderly woman. Nathaniel Rowe is charged with aggravated sexual assault. According to court documents, Rowe allegedly broke into the 82-year-old woman's home on Houston's south side back in March and attacked her.
The victim's hands were tied and she was blindfolded, but she still recognized her attacker as someone who occasionally did yard work for her.

teen charged with second rape A teenager accused of assaulting a young girl in Jackson is staring at more charges in a similar case. 17-year-old Euquarian Garner faces an additional rape charge, two counts of sexual battery and one count of kidnapping. These new charges are related to an attack on a 17-year-old June 18 on Bilgray Drive. Black Man Who Was Cleared Of Rape Charged With Same Crime A man who spent 26 years in prison for rape, only to be freed after DNA evidence cleared him, was scheduled to be arraigned on an attempted rape charge after a weekend incident. A woman who was renting a room from Joseph Fears said that he forced himself into her room and sexually assaulted her. Sunday's alleged victim said that she moved into a spare room inside Fears' home three weeks ago and almost immediately started sexually harassing her. "He walks around the house naked, never wears any clothes (and) threatens me all the time," the woman said. Black 'Anti-Christ' found guilty on sex charges; gets 666 months in prison  A man who called himself the "Anti Christ" was found guilty Thursday afternoon by a Charlotte jury of six sexual abuse charges. Christopher Guy was charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a child, two counts of first-degree sex offense, and one count of attempted first-degree sex offense. He was sentenced to 55 1/2 years (666 months) in prison, according to court records. Guy had represented himself as an attorney during the four-day trial. Utchey Cabane accused of luring, molesting girl on her way to school An Orlando man is accused of luring a girl who was on her way to the bus stop into his car and molesting her after promising a ride. Utchey Cabane, 26, was charged with sexual battery, child abuse, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and attempted kidnapping with intent to harm. A girl of unknown age told detectives she was walking to the bus stop when Cabane offered her a ride. The report said Cabane drove past the bus sto and stopped farther down the road. That is when Cabane allegedly began to kiss the victim and touch her inappropriately. The victim told investigators she was forced to perform sex acts out of fear Cabane would hurt her. |

Seattle black says ‘God told him’ to rape and stab lesbian couple  A man in Seattle, US, has admitted the rape and stabbing of a lesbian couple, claiming that “God told” him to do it. Isaiah Kalebu, 25, is accused of breaking into the couple’s home in July 2009 and and torturing and raping them repeatedly before stabbing them. One of the women, Teresa Butz, 39, died in a pool of blood in the street outside her home as neighbours tried to help. Her 36-year-old partner survived and identified Kalebu as the attacker. Virginia sets execution date for black rape-killer of 88-year-old White widow  An August execution has been set for a Virginia inmate convicted of raping and killing an elderly woman in 2001. Twenty-nine-year-old Jerry Terrell Jackson is set to be executed Aug. 18 for the rape and murder of Ruth Phillips of Williamsburg, an 88-year-old widow. Jackson was convicted of rape, capital murder and other charges in 2002. He was found to have broken into the home of Phillips on Aug. 26, 2001, through a partially open bathroom window, raping her and smothering her with a pillow. Jackson, then 20, fled in Phillips' 1987 Dodge sedan, taking her diamond wedding ring and other jewelry. DNA from the murder scene matched Jackson, and he confessed to the crime in a videotaped statement. The jury recommended death, with a judge imposing that sentence in 2003. A homeless man has pleaded guilty to the 2006 rape and murder of an 85-year-old woman in a Moreno Valley retirement home. Frank Gabriel Galvan, 26, was sentenced to two life sentences and will not be eligible for parole in the death of 
A Catholic priest was convicted of molesting an alter boy while both were at St. Dominic's Catholic Church in Kingsport in the 1970s. William Casey, 78, was convicted of two counts of aggravated rape and a lone count of first degree sexual misconduct, according to WJHL. The Texas Department of Public Safety says four people were killed Sunday afternoon when a car struck two motorcycles head-on. Troopers said a Ford Mustang was traveling southbound on Highway 19 south of Canton when the driver crossed the median attempting to pass another vehicle and crashed into the northbound cyclists. The victims were all aboard the two motorcycles — two men and two women.
