The Lake Forest 33-year-old could get up to 119 years in state prison. Jurors found White guilty of 14 felony counts, including attempted rape and forcible rape for one woman; assault with the intent to commit rape, sexual battery by restraint and criminal threats for a second; forcible rape and dissuading a witness by force for a third; first-degree residential burglary of an inhabited dwelling and two counts of forcible rape for a fourth; forcible rape, criminal threats and first-degree residential burglary of an inhabited dwelling for a fifth; and forcible rape for the sixth woman. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
(Black) limo driver charged with rape of 16-year-old A Dover man stands charged with rape after he allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old girl Jan. 20. According to police, Stephen Steele, 43, sexually assaulted the victim while he was transporting her from a doctor's appointment. Steele was an employee of Universal Transportation Service, based out of Smyrna, police said. On the drive back, the suspect allegedly drove the victim to Country Village Apartments in Dover and raped her in one of the apartments, police said. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
2 (Black) Men Raped 19-Year-Old Girl At Downtown Club NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Two men have been charged with the alleged rape of a 19-year-old girl inside a downtown night club last May. Police arrested former security guard 28-year-old Antonio Hamm and regular customer 40-year-old Marris Wynne and charged them with aggravated rape. Police said Hamm approached the woman in the second floor bar after she had become separated from her friends. That's when he allegedly told her she was too intoxicated and he would escort her out. (Black) Former deputy convicted of killing pimp A jury convicted a former Fulton County deputy sheriff of manslaughter for the shooting death of a pimp in a confrontation nearly five years ago. Richard M. Jackson, 44, was found guilty of fatally shooting Alan Griffin, 22, after he was confronted by an armed Griffin. The other man sought out Jackson after he had been told by one of his prostitutes that Jackson had refused to pay, tried to rape her and shot at her when she fled. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

(Black) Man sentenced to 27 years in prison for sexual battery of 3-year-old girl The man convicted for the 1983 rape of a then-3-year-old girl today was sentenced to 27 years in prison. A jury deliberated just over a half-hour before convicting Walter Earl Taylor, 42, of sexual battery on a child under 11. He had faced up to life in prison. The victim testified this morning she has prayed every morning and every night that the man who raped her would be held accountable. She wondered aloud how her life would have been different. (Black) Newport News man charged with raping 18-year-old A 36-year-old Newport News man who is a registered sex offender has been charged with raping an 18-year-old woman last summer. Police on Thursday charged Robert Lee Jones, of the 7300 block of Marshall Avenue, with rape, sodomy and abduction, according to a news release issued today. (Black) Man arrested in Knoxville robbery, rape attack A 30-year-old man was in jail this morning on charges he held two women at gunpoint while forcing them to perform sexual acts, and his alleged accomplice ransacked the apartment for money and drugs. Nikos Davon Burgins, who resides in a federal halfway house on Magnolia Avenue, is in jail in lieu of $370,000 bond. Burgins was slated to be released from federal custody March 8, according to Knoxville Police. (Black) Deejay On Trial On Rape Charge A disc jockey who is one of two men accused of raping an unconscious woman at a riverfront night club in Shreveport will go on trial today on simple rape charges. Ronald "DJ Ron" Johnson, 48, is accused of assaulting the woman after she had passed out in the nightclub. Prosecutors said the incident occurred in a VIP room at Kokopellis nightclub on Commerce Street in August 2007. Beastiality: Negro rapes female hogs and gives them vaginal infection Authorities said a man who was caught having sex with show hogs will have his case presented to the Grand Jury next month. Andrew Lee Nash, 52, was arrested on Dec. 3, 2010 after police set up surveillance cameras in the owner's stalls near U.S. Highway 82 and the Yazoo River. Greenwood Police Chief Henry Purnell said the hogs were examined by a local veterinarian, during a routine examination, and the owner was told that four of the hogs had a vaginal infection. "The owner of the animals knew someone was messing with his animals," said Chief Investigator Huntley Nevels. "And the veterinarian confirmed the sexual assault. So, the owner contacted police and the officers staked it out and caught him out there." Nash, was arrested at the scene and charged with 12 counts of unnatural intercourse. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
(Black) man named 'Whyte' who murdered the White Rutgers student mother of his child gets life in prison  Troy Whye, 39, will have to live until he is 104 years old before he could be eligible for parole. The Judge sentenced him to a life term, the equivalent of 75 years, for killing Krystal Skinner, a 23-year-old Rutgers Camden student and mother who Whye stabbed to death in March 2008. Whye was convicted by a jury in November 2010 of murder, endangering the welfare of a child and numerous weapons offenses in connection with the death. Skinner was trying to end her relationship with Whye. In March 2008, he followed through on years of threats and stabbed Skinner approximately 30 times in the hallway of her home. Their 2-year-old son, John, was present at the time of the killing and was left with the body of his mother. (Black) Court Counselor Sentenced to Four Years for Sex Assaults A juvenile-justice counselor who almost got a no-jail plea deal last year in the sexual assaults of three young girls under his care was sentenced to four years in prison, the maximum allowed, after a jury convicted him on sexual assault charges last month. Tony Simmons, 47, was convicted of two counts of third-degree criminal sexual act, a felony on the same level as the rape charges. (Black) Man, 51, named 'Devotion' accused of raping four women in 1987  Jackson County prosecutors today announced 18 new felony charges against a convicted robber and burglar in connection with four unsolved rapes from 1987 in Kansas City. Prosecutors charged the suspect, Devotion E. Baker, 51, with an unsolved rape from 1994. All of the attacks occurred in Midtown and were linked through DNA. The victims’ ages ranged from 16 to 51, but most were in their 20s, police said. (Black) St. Louis teenager charged with 32 crimes ranging from robbery to rape A St. Louis teenager has been charged in four separate incidents, with crimes ranging from robbery to rape. Thirty-two warrants were issued against Clarence Smith, 17. Police say the first incident occurred on December 12th, when he approached a 19-year-old woman with a gun in the 3500 block of Bingham. Smith reportedly forced her into a carport, robbed the victim, and then raped her. (Black) 62-year-old accused of sexually assaulting child bonds out of jail A day after being arrested, a Midlands man charged with sexually assaulting a child bonded out of jail. Henry Magazine, 62, was released from the Sumter Lee Regional Detention Center on a $40k surety bond. Magazine was taken into custody by Lee County deputies Tuesday afternoon and charged with one count of criminal sexual conduct. (Black) Pedophile Committed Sex Offences Against A Child For 3 Years  A man accused of sex offenses against a child in Pitt County was arrested in Richmond, Va. last week, authorities said Sunday. Lannice Lavert Collins, 47, is awaiting extradition to North Carolina. (Black) Teens charged for having sex with 11-year old Leflore County authorities are waiting for evidence that could prove two 19-year old males allegedly had sex with an 11-year old girl. Isaiah Jones and Daniel Mumford are being held at the Leflore County jail and both teens face charges of statutory rape. (Black) Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of 13-Year-Old Met On Myspace A north suburban man who was caught having sex with a 13-year-old girl he met on Myspace is being held in the Cook County Jail after being charged with sexual assault. Steve Burton, 20, of the 1800 block of California Avenue in North Chicago, is charged with one count of criminal sexual assault and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. (Black) Bronx minister indicted on rape charges for sex with girl - starting when she was 12 The pervy pastor of a Bronx church was charged with rape for repeatedly having sex with a girl from his flock - starting when she was 12, prosecutors said. Michael Clare, the 38-year-old married leader of the Harvest Worship Center in Wakefield, allegedly impregnated the girl, who is now 15, court documents said. Authorities learned of the abuse in June, when the girl told her parents and police that Clare had sexually preyed on her for years. DNA evidence implicated Clare, prosecutors said. Rhodes, 16, of Shelter Street was charged with first-degree rape, a felony, said Rochester Police Officer Stephen Scott. Georgia executes (black) man convicted of murder and rape of White woman   Georgia executed by lethal injection late on Tuesday a convicted rapist and murderer who abducted a preschool teacher after her car ran out of gas and shot her in the head. Emmanuel Hammond, 45, died at central Georgia's Diagnostic and Classification Prison at 11:39 p.m. local time, according to a prisons spokeswoman. Julie Love, 27, was engaged to be married at the time of her death in 1988. Hammond abducted her in Atlanta after her car ran out of fuel at night. He first tried to strangle her and then shot her with a sawed-off shotgun, according to court testimony. Black woman arrested for kidnap, murder and burning of body of 12-year-old White boy  Police say a 44-year-old woman charged with capital murder in the kidnapping and death of a 12-year-old Houston boy admitted to discarding a body, but said she didn’t kill the child. Mona Yvette Nelson, a maintenance worker for several area apartment complexes, was arrested and charged on Wednesday. Investigators believe she kidnapped, killed and burned the body of Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve. Foster had been left alone at his mother’s apartment while she and her roommate worked that day. Investigators believe Nelson took the boy to her home, where she likely killed him and burned his body. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |

Suspended Lawrence police officer Kevin Sledge was found guilty yesterday of rape and three counts of indecent assault and battery involving an inebriated woman while he was on duty in 2008. A man Sledge previously said was his older brother, looked to the jury and said, "You're racists."
A former Florida Atlantic University police officer tried to kill himself in jail early Thursday, two days after he was arrested in the shooting of a female escort in Boynton Beach, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
