Edwards, 56, was charged with first-degree rape, a felony. He is accused of raping a woman outdoors in downtown Rochester last night. Jury deliberates fate of black U.S. Marine accused of homo raping male TAMU-CC student  A jury began deliberations in the trial of a U.S. Marine accused of raping a Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi student. Christopher Williams, 26, is facing two second-degree felony counts of sexual assault related to the Nov. 22, 2009, incident. Williams has said the sex was consensual and that his accuser was the one who came on to him. The accuser, who was 19 at the time, has said he met Williams at a birthday party at a friend's on-campus apartment. He said after the party, which included underage drinking, he fell asleep on a couch and was awoken by Williams. Black Portland woman accused of videotaping sex act with a 1-year-old and e-mailing it to her Marine 24-year-old Portland woman is accused of sexually abusing a 1-year-old child she babysat, videotaping the activity and sending the videos by e-mail to her boyfriend serving in the U.S. Marine Corps overseas. Inez Carmaneesh Mon Lambert, who police say worked as a day-care provider for the Lloyd Center LA Fitness on Northeast Weidler Street, was arraigned on a 21-count felony indictment. She's charged with seven counts each of first-degree sodomy, first-degree sex abuse and using a child in the display of sexually-explicit conduct and is being held on $5.25 million bail. Stinky black arrested in rape at public bathroom of Oklahoma City hotel  Police arrested a Juan Josquin Wilson after a woman said she was attacked and raped Tuesday in the public bathroom of a downtown Oklahoma City hotel. The victim, who was crying uncontrollably and shaking when officers arrived, reported she saw a black man about 30 years old standing in the bathroom when she came out of a stall. Black White Plains man charged with trying to rape college student A White Plains man has been arraigned on a seven count indictment in connection with alleged attempt to rape a female student in her dormitory room at Purchase College in Harrison. Dante Beamon, 26, of White Plains, who is not a student at the college and did not know his victim, walked into her dorm room at 1:30 in the morning on November 13, 2010. He demanded that she remove her clothing so that he could have sex with her. The woman repeatedly told the man to leave, but he refused. Jury in rape of 92-year-old by black recommends 85 year prison term A 21-year-old man who raped a 92-year-old Leawood woman claimed he was too drunk and high on Ecstasy to mean to commit the crimes, but a jury didn’t buy it. Jurors found that Simon Angilda of Grandview committed the crimes with enough aggravating circumstances to justify more than 85 years in prison — about double the maximum sentence. On Friday, the same jury convicted Angilda of 14 counts related to the June 29 crime spree that included the sexual assault. According to their website, 48-year-old Douglas Hicks-Bey is the CEO of the B-Moor Youth Services in the 1600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Police say that Hicks-Bey was a youth mentor at the center. She noticed he had his hands between his legs but tells police she thought he was texting on his cell phone. Black sentenced for Bridgeton robbery in which White woman was murdered  Keith Costello, 29, was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the robbery of a loan store in Bridgeton in 2005. Last month, a St. Louis County jury found him guilty of first-degree robbery but could not reach a verdict on a murder charge, which has been reset for trial Feb. 22. Costello robbed the Loan Machine and is accused of killing worker Mary Mehlberg, 50, of St. Charles. Another man, Charles E. Leroy Stephenson, 24, has been charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, a Class X felony, and child pornography. Great Dane stops sex attack, corners black suspect A good Samaritan and his Great Dane came to the aid of a girl who was being attacked and kept the suspect at bay until police arrived. At 4:44 p.m. Thursday, the 14-year-old girl had just gotten off a Diversey Avenue bus and was walking north when she noticed a man following her. When she arrived at a gate near her home, the victim told police, she saw the man running toward her. As she ran up the steps to her home, the man caught her, threw her to the ground and got on top of her and tried to pull her clothing off. She struggled and screamed and hearing her screams a neighbor came to her aid with his dog, described as a Great Dane. Police arrested Larry Smith, 28, of the 3700 block of South Wells Street. Black Serial Rapist on Loose in Detroit Detroit authorities believe that a serial rapist is on the loose. Police say that they believe a man is responsible for raping at least six women in ten days. The latest victim was a 17-year-old high school girl who got raped in an abandoned garage when she was coming home from school Monday night. "He has a gun... and he (is) like, 'Just come and get in the car. Be a good girl. Everything (is) going to be okay," a 23-year-old rape victim said.. Sketch of Black Riverdale Sex Assault Suspect Released Chicago - Police in south suburban Riverdale released the sketch of a suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted two teenage girls Thursday afternoon and may have approached a third young woman. About 7 p.m. Thursday, the 17-year-olds were walking home after getting off a Pace Bus near the intersection of 142nd and Halsted streets. Dover black wanted in rape of 10-year-old girl Warrants have been issued for the arrest of a Dover man, charging him with the rape Friday of a 10-year-old girl. Reginald Waters, 24, is being sought by Dover police on charges of first-degree rape, attempted rape, three counts of unlawful sexual contact, attempted unlawful sexual contact and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Cordova Black Wanted for Charges Related to a Sexual Assault on a 13-Year-Old Girl Jackson police have issued an arrest warrant Mario Perkins charging Mario Montrell Perkins with Sexual Battery, Rape and Aggravated Statutory Rape regarding a Saturday morning attack on a 13-year-old girl. In the early morning hours of January 8, the girl was asleep at a house in the 400 block of Lexington Avenue. She was awakened by Perkins, who was there visiting at the time, inappropriately touching her. Black Alameda doctor accused of sexual battery A doctor who practices in Alameda has been arrested and charged with sexual battery for allegedly touching a patient inappropriately, police said Tuesday. Ernest Lee Simms, 73, of Oakland was arrested Jan. 4 on suspicion of sexually battering a 28-year-old Alameda woman under his care, police Lt. Sean Lynch said. Black woman arrested for kidnap, murder and burning of body of 12-year-old White boy  Police say a 44-year-old woman charged with capital murder in the kidnapping and death of a 12-year-old Houston boy admitted to discarding a body, but said she didn’t kill the child. Mona Yvette Nelson, a maintenance worker for several area apartment complexes, was arrested and charged on Wednesday. Investigators believe she kidnapped, killed and burned the body of Jonathan Foster on Christmas Eve. Foster had been left alone at his mother’s apartment while she and her roommate worked that day. More than 1,000 young American women have been raped or sexually assaulted in the last decade while serving as Peace Corps volunteers in foreign countries. In some cases, victims say, the Peace Corps has ignored safety concerns and later tried to blame the women who were raped for bringing on the attacks.
