Gillespie, 23, was convicted Sept. 3 of dragging her behind a Dumpster as she walked home through Fresh Meadows following her first night working as a part-time restaurant hostess. Black charged with sex assault in public bathroom A black has been charged with attacking a woman in a public restroom in a park near the Foster Avenue beach, police said this morning. Joseph Mbatchou was charged with attempted criminal sexual assault and battery. A woman told police that Mbatchou came into the restroom at 5100 N. New Details Released Surrounding College Station Murder of White Woman by black * Story   A (black) man has been arrested Monday night accused of killing a College Station mother and severely injuring her 9-year-old son. 45-year-old Stanley Griffin is in jail charged with murder and injury to a child. Police have not released a motive for the crime, but the two knew each other. In a statement, Griffin admitted to police that he knew Jennifer Hailey, but said he had never been to her home. Monday evening police arrested 45-year-old Stanley Griffin for the murder of Jennifer Hailey and also charged him with injury to a child with serious bodily injury. Alabama black accused of rape at downtown Norfolk hotel An Alabama man who met a local woman on MySpace was arrested early Saturday on allegations that he raped her in a downtown hotel room, police said. Zontevias Lewis, 20, of Phenix City, Ala., was charged with rape, forcible sodomy and object sexual penetration, police said. A woman, 18, told police that she talked with Lewis through MySpace for the past month and agreed to “ride around” with him on Friday. Metairie black booked with rape Authorities say a Metairie man beat his girlfriend, raped her and held her captive for seven hours early Friday morning. Alcee Joseph Foster, 47, was booked with aggravated rape, false imprisonment and second-degree battery. Foster allegedly attacked the unidentified woman at his home, punching her in the face several times, the arrest report said. She suffered disfiguring swelling and a small cut around her left eye. Carlos Edward Kennedy, 24, was arrested and booked into Mobile County Metro Jail early Wednesday morning on a murder charge in connection with the 69-year-old’s death. Black charged with murder of two pedestrian women A Kenly man charged in the June deaths of two pedestrians in Wilson has been indicted on murder charges.
A Wilson County grand jury indicted Jimmy Vincent Coleman on two counts of second-degree murder and one count of driving while impaired.

Black Airport Janitor Charged With Indecent Exposure A janitor at Bush Intercontinental Airport was arrested, accused of exposing himself to a female passenger who was sleeping during a layover, police said on Thursday. Jonathan Oglen, 24, was charged with the Class B misdemeanor of indecent exposure. Investigators said they have surveillance video of Oglen shaking the passenger awake on Monday at 2:45 a.m. as she slept on some chairs in Terminal C. A judge continued the case Monday afternoon involving Gregory “Kush” Kennon who faces two counts of first-degree murder and armed burglary after detectives say he kicked in an apartment door with two other men. Shots were fired and Crystal Johnson, 19, who was shot with a .38 caliber gun in the chest. She collapsed in the bathroom of her home and was pronounced dead. Life in prison for black convicted of rapes A man convicted Tuesday of raping two homeless women in 2007 will automatically be sentenced to life in prison under the state's three-strikes law, according to the senior deputy prosecutor who tried the case. A King County jury deliberated for less than a day before finding Frank Borders guilty of two counts of second-degree rape. Black teen arrested in shooting of innocent White bystander  Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit arrested a 17 year-old in connection with a fatal Friday night shooting. Tyrell Gill was taken into custody around 11pm Saturday night. 42 year-old Christine Withrow was killed when shots were fired from a vehicle Friday evening. It is believed that the intended target was crossing in front of an apartment building. A federal judge sentenced Demario Atwater who admitted shooting and killing UNC student body president
MADISON, Wis. -- Surveillance photos captured images of a man believed to be between 30 and 40 years old, who police said robbed the Stop-N-Go on Winnebago Street on Saturday. Police said at about 8 p.m. a man armed with a handgun ordered a (White) store employee to open the register. They said the man took the money and fled by foot. The suspect is described as a black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, stocky build with a noticeable belly, short goatee and mustache. 
Two Georgia men filed a lawsuit accusing Bishop Eddie Long of exploiting his role as pastor of an Atlanta-area megachurch to coerce them into sexual relationships when they were members of his congregation. 
Police in Virginia Beach have arrested two men and charged them with abducting and raping a woman on Wednesday morning. 
Two Eaton men are behind bars accused of raping an underage girl and supplying her with alcohol. Police said the original incident happened at 241 Delaware Crossing in Eaton. Sgt. Chad DePew said Jedwayne Bowser and his roommate, Bobbie Smith raped a teenage girl and supplied her with alcohol during a party.

Police are looking for a 30 year-old man who allegedly broke into the home of a woman and attempted to rape her last week. The Kent County Prosecutor's office has issued a warrant for Dewitt Lee Vinson charging him with home invasion and assault with intent to commit sexual penetration as a habitual offender. Vinson allegedly broke into the house on Wednesday and tried to sexually assault and rob a woman who managed to stave off the attack, obtaining her alleged attacker's wallet in the process.
