Masturbating black accused of bludgeoning White woman to death in her home will be charged with murder  The Mobile man accused of bludgeoning Zoa White to death in her Spring Hill Avenue home will be charged with capital murder, prosecutors said Wednesday. Carlos Edward Kennedy, 24, was arrested and booked into Mobile County Metro Jail early Wednesday morning on a murder charge in connection with the 69-year-old’s death. Black charged with murder of two pedestrian women A Kenly man charged in the June deaths of two pedestrians in Wilson has been indicted on murder charges.
A Wilson County grand jury indicted Jimmy Vincent Coleman on two counts of second-degree murder and one count of driving while impaired.
The charges stem from the June 6 deaths of pedestrians Amie Sullivan, 25, and Nikki Whitley, 22. The two women were struck and killed as they walked home from the restaurant where Whitley worked. - (Newsroom) |
Black Airport Janitor Charged With Indecent Exposure A janitor at Bush Intercontinental Airport was arrested, accused of exposing himself to a female passenger who was sleeping during a layover, police said on Thursday. Jonathan Oglen, 24, was charged with the Class B misdemeanor of indecent exposure. Investigators said they have surveillance video of Oglen shaking the passenger awake on Monday at 2:45 a.m. as she slept on some chairs in Terminal C. Aryan beauty murdered in nigger home invasion  A murder trial for a 22-year-old man accused of gunning down and killing a pregnant woman inside her apartment last summer has been rescheduled for November. A judge continued the case Monday afternoon involving Gregory “Kush” Kennon who faces two counts of first-degree murder and armed burglary after detectives say he kicked in an apartment door with two other men. Shots were fired and Crystal Johnson, 19, who was shot with a .38 caliber gun in the chest. She collapsed in the bathroom of her home and was pronounced dead. Life in prison for black convicted of rapes A man convicted Tuesday of raping two homeless women in 2007 will automatically be sentenced to life in prison under the state's three-strikes law, according to the senior deputy prosecutor who tried the case. A King County jury deliberated for less than a day before finding Frank Borders guilty of two counts of second-degree rape. The verdict means that Borders will automatically be sentenced to serve the rest of his life in prison under the three-strikes law since he has a previous second-degree rape conviction. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |

Sacramento County sheriff's detectives allege that the 33-year-old Reed was the second, unarmed suspect in the Sept. 2 pharmacy holdup in North Highlands that devolved into a fatal shootout. Black teen arrested in shooting of innocent White bystander  Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit arrested a 17 year-old in connection with a fatal Friday night shooting. Tyrell Gill was taken into custody around 11pm Saturday night. 42 year-old Christine Withrow was killed when shots were fired from a vehicle Friday evening. It is believed that the intended target was crossing in front of an apartment building. Utica black accused of shooting White deputy while fleeing bank robbery pleads  The man accused of shooting an Oneida County sheriff’s deputy while fleeing a bank robbery in Rome in July pleaded not guilty to 12 felony charges. Brian J. Brown was arraigned this morning on counts of robbery, attempted aggravated murder, aggravated assault of a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon. Brown and his cousin, Ikiko Brown, 24, are accused in the robbery of the Rome branch of NBT bank July 29 and a similar armed robbery in Utica in May. Police investigate attempted rape by black on B&A Trail Anne Arundel County Police are investigating the attack and attempted rape of a 20-year-old woman on the B&A Trail in Harundale. The victim told police she was on the trial at around 2:22 p.m. when the suspect, later identified as Michael Jovante Armond Johnson, approached her. She claims Johnson grabbed her and attempted to drag her into a wooded area. The victim says she screamed. That's when a man who lives nearby came to her rescue and Johnson took off running. Police found Johnson a short time later. The victim was able to positively identified him as her attacker. Black convicted of murder, attempted rape of 14-year-old niece Phillip Ellison showed no reaction Thursday when a jury convicted him of crimes that will keep him in prison for the rest of his life in the killing and attempted rape of his 14-year-old niece three years ago in California City. A six-man, six woman jury convicted the 43-year-old defendant of first-degree murder and attempted rape, and found to be true a special circumstance of murder during the course of an attempted rape. The jury deliberated for two days before convicting Ellison of killing Jamesha Terry during a sexual assault on her on March 19, 2007. Black police officer gets 40 years for raping woman at station A police officer in Rhode Island who raped a woman in an empty police substation has been sentenced to 40 years in prison. Marcus Huffman was sentenced Wednesday in Providence Superior Court for the 2007 rape of a woman he picked up outside a nightclub. Police seek information on black fag charged with raping two boys Bethlehem police said they are investigating whether there could be more victims of an Allentown man charged with raping two boys. Michael Davis, 36, was charged Friday with the rape and sexual assault of the boys at a Bethlehem home from June 2008 through December 2009, according to court records. Davis is in Northampton County Prison under $150,000 bail. Police said Davis, who served as a mentor to the boys, also bought them alcohol and marijuana. - (Newsroom) |

23-year-old Cleveland black wanted on child rape charges: U.S. Marshal's Fugitive of the Week CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Deputy marshals are asking for help to find 23-year-old fugitive Jovonnie Dillard on rape charges. He is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in February 2009. An arrest warrant was issued Aug. 24, soon after the girl told her family she had been raped. Two Eaton men are behind bars accused of raping an underage girl and supplying her with alcohol. Police said the original incident happened at 241 Delaware Crossing in Eaton. Sgt. Chad DePew said Jedwayne Bowser and his roommate, Bobbie Smith raped a teenage girl and supplied her with alcohol during a party.

Police are looking for a 30 year-old man who allegedly broke into the home of a woman and attempted to rape her last week. The Kent County Prosecutor's office has issued a warrant for Dewitt Lee Vinson charging him with home invasion and assault with intent to commit sexual penetration as a habitual offender. Vinson allegedly broke into the house on Wednesday and tried to sexually assault and rob a woman who managed to stave off the attack, obtaining her alleged attacker's wallet in the process.
