Two blacks arrested in fatal shooting of White woman during pharmacy robbery The first suspect, Kelvin Peterson, 42, was arrested Saturday after a six-hour standoff in Sacramento. Peterson was arrested for his alleged involvement with the robbery at a North Highlands Rexall pharmacy that left 27-year-old Tania Gurskaya (aka Tania Gurskiy) dead and a pregnant woman wounded. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) Second Black Suspect In Pharmacy Shooting Arrested Bernard Krungerrun Reed – fresh out of lockup – was back to the game within three days as the sidekick in a robbery attempt to score money and drugs. Now he's back in the slammer – this time facing a murder charge. Sacramento County sheriff's detectives allege that the 33-year-old Reed was the second, unarmed suspect in the Sept. 2 pharmacy holdup in North Highlands that devolved into a fatal shootout. Black teen arrested in shooting of innocent White bystander Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit arrested a 17 year-old in connection with a fatal Friday night shooting. Tyrell Gill was taken into custody around 11pm Saturday night. 42 year-old Christine Withrow was killed when shots were fired from a vehicle Friday evening. It is believed that the intended target was crossing in front of an apartment building. Police say Christine Withrow was sitting on a neighbor's porch at the time with her two young grandchildren and was hit by a stray bullet. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |

Utica black accused of shooting White deputy while fleeing bank robbery pleads The man accused of shooting an Oneida County sheriff’s deputy while fleeing a bank robbery in Rome in July pleaded not guilty to 12 felony charges. Brian J. Brown was arraigned this morning on counts of robbery, attempted aggravated murder, aggravated assault of a police officer and criminal possession of a weapon. Brown and his cousin, Ikiko Brown, 24, are accused in the robbery of the Rome branch of NBT bank July 29 and a similar armed robbery in Utica in May. Prosecutors said Brian Brown fired his gun in each robbery and wounded Deputy Michael Burger in a gunfight after a 15-mile car chase following the Rome incident. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) Deputy faced threats before, received honors |

Police investigate attempted rape by black on B&A Trail Anne Arundel County Police are investigating the attack and attempted rape of a 20-year-old woman on the B&A Trail in Harundale. The victim told police she was on the trial at around 2:22 p.m. when the suspect, later identified as Michael Jovante Armond Johnson, approached her. She claims Johnson grabbed her and attempted to drag her into a wooded area. The victim says she screamed. That's when a man who lives nearby came to her rescue and Johnson took off running. Police found Johnson a short time later. The victim was able to positively identified him as her attacker. Black convicted of murder, attempted rape of 14-year-old niece Phillip Ellison showed no reaction Thursday when a jury convicted him of crimes that will keep him in prison for the rest of his life in the killing and attempted rape of his 14-year-old niece three years ago in California City. A six-man, six woman jury convicted the 43-year-old defendant of first-degree murder and attempted rape, and found to be true a special circumstance of murder during the course of an attempted rape. The jury deliberated for two days before convicting Ellison of killing Jamesha Terry during a sexual assault on her on March 19, 2007. Black police officer gets 40 years for raping woman at station A police officer in Rhode Island who raped a woman in an empty police substation has been sentenced to 40 years in prison. Marcus Huffman was sentenced Wednesday in Providence Superior Court for the 2007 rape of a woman he picked up outside a nightclub. Prosecutors say the woman was drunk, and Huffman drove her to a nearby substation and raped her. - (Newsroom) - (Black rapes) |
Police seek information on black fag charged with raping two boys Bethlehem police said they are investigating whether there could be more victims of an Allentown man charged with raping two boys. Michael Davis, 36, was charged Friday with the rape and sexual assault of the boys at a Bethlehem home from June 2008 through December 2009, according to court records. Davis is in Northampton County Prison under $150,000 bail. Police said Davis, who served as a mentor to the boys, also bought them alcohol and marijuana. - (Newsroom) |

23-year-old Cleveland black wanted on child rape charges: U.S. Marshal's Fugitive of the Week CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Deputy marshals are asking for help to find 23-year-old fugitive Jovonnie Dillard on rape charges. He is accused of raping a 12-year-old girl in February 2009. An arrest warrant was issued Aug. 24, soon after the girl told her family she had been raped. Black charged with asking four year old for oral sex; rape charge A 17 year year old Monroe man was jailed Saturday after he allegedly tried to get a four year old to perform oral sex on him. Monroe police detectives arrested Markevius M. Buie, 17, of 1101 Richwood Road No. 2, Apt. 34, Monroe, late Thursday night on one count of aggravated rape. (Black) Kendrick Morris guilty of raping day care worker TAMPA — Kendrick Morris is guilty of raping a 62-year-old day care worker, a Hillsborough jury decided Thursday. A judge could send him to prison for life. Morris, 19, was convicted of three additional charges. He showed no reaction as the four verdicts were read. Guilty of sexual battery. Guilty of attempted battery. Guilty of burglary with a deadly weapon. Guilty of attempted robbery with a deadly weapon. Victim recounts rape at Clair-Mel City day care center by black On her next-to-last day at the Clair-Mel City day care center, she arrived early, about 5:30 a.m., as she had always done, ready to prepare breakfast for the children who soon would be arriving. After opening the double-lock front door, the woman reached behind to close the door when a man pushed his way inside. She couldn't remember much about him, except that he was wearing a ski mask and had a knife in his right hand. Murder Warrant Issued for Dreadlocked Black In Deadly Early-Morning Shooting and Sexual Assault A murder warrant was issued for Anthony Wayne O’Neal, after a deadly early-morning shooting in Temple and a burglary and sexual assault in Lorena about an hour later. O’Neal could be in Killeen or headed for San Antonio or New Orleans, police said Sunday afternoon. He may be driving a stolen 1999 Chrysler minivan. Temple officers responded to the shooting at around 12:20 A.M. where they found Paul Michael Caldera, 24, dead of a gunshot wound. Police said it appears Caldera was shot with a handgun during an argument and that his killer took his keys and stole his 2000 gold Cadillac sedan. An hour later in, a man matching the denoscription of the suspect in the shooting and a car matching the denoscription of the stolen vehicle were linked to a burglary and sexual assault in Lorena. After the Lorena break-in, the man left the Cadillac behind and stole the white Chrysler minivan, which has a Texas license plate with the number 488 WTZ. O’Neal has a think build, dreadlocks and was wearing a green or blue-green and white shirt and jeans. He’s armed with a handgun and should be considered extremely dangerous, police said. - (Newsroom) |
Black Accused of Taking Pictures of Woman in Dressing Room at Memphis Store Memphis police say a man is accused of taking cell phone pictures of a woman while she was taking off her clothes in the dressing room of a Northeast Memphis Store. The victim states, in the police document, she had just taken off her shirt in the dressing room when she noticed a camera phone under the stall door.
