Black who murdered White security guard at Las Vegas courthouse had lengthy criminal history  Johnny Lee Wicks, who killed Stanley Cooper, 72, a court security officer and wounded another at a federal courthouse, was convicted of his brother's murder in the 1970s. Wicks had an extensive criminal history, including a conviction for the murder of his brother in the 1970s, authorities said Tuesday.
These and other details emerging about the life of the gunman, Johnny L. Wicks, paint a portrait of an angry, often violent man who more than once claimed that he had been persecuted because of his race. In 1976, he was sentenced to 12 to 15 years in prison after being convicted of second-degree murder in his brother's slaying in Memphis. Wicks was paroled in 1981.
In 1995 he pleaded no contest and served jail time for spousal abuse in Sacramento. A year later, he faced robbery charges, which were later dismissed.

Paul Churchill, 41, admitted to the first-degree rape of a seven-year-old child that he is related to. By Chuck Baldwin According to an obscure report in the European Union Times (EUTimes.net), "Russian Military Analysts are reporting to Prime Minister Putin that US President Barack Obama has issued an order to his Northern Command's (USNORTHCOM) top leader, US Air Force General Gene Renuart, to 'begin immediately' increasing his military forces to 1 million troops by January 30, 2010, in what these reports warn is an expected outbreak of civil war within the United States before the end of winter. "According to these reports, Obama has had over these past weeks 'numerous' meetings with his war council abut how best to manage the expected implosion of his Nation's banking system while at the same time attempting to keep the United States military hegemony over the World in what Russian Military Analysts state is a 'last ditch gambit' whose success is 'far from certain.'" The Eu Times article continues by saying, "To the fears of Obama over the United States erupting into civil war once the full extent of the rape and pillaging of these peoples by their banks and government becomes known to them, grim evidence now shows the likelihood of this occurring much sooner than later." - (Newsroom) |

Black renter viciously assaulted 86-year-old White grandmother  The Salt Lake County Sheriff's office hopes the public can help track down a man who is suspected of assaulting his 86-year-old landlady in her Brickyard area home early Friday morning. Ann Smart-Pearce was in surgery Friday afternoon at St. Mark's Hospital in "extremely critical condition," said Sheriff's Office Lt. Don Hutson. Two other tenants were checking out a scuffle in the home just before 6 a.m., said Hutson, when they allegedly saw Arthel Martin assaulting the victim. They said they tried to prevent him from leaving the house, but Martin, 45, got into his dark green Hyundai Sonata with license plate Z216MN and fled from the home. He is 6 feet tall, 200 pounds and has an athletic build. "He is not a person of interest," Hutson said. "He is a suspect." Tampa police arrest black they say attacked woman Tampa police have arrested a registered sex offender who allegedly attacked a woman he met at a nightclub Friday morning. Tommy Lee Sailor, 37, was arrested. The victim told police she met Sailor early on New Year's Day, and around 4:15 a.m., they returned to his home where he lives with an uncle. At the home, the victim said, Sailor became violent when his sexual advances were rebuffed, police said, at one point holding a screwdriver to the victim's throat while assaulting her, police said. - (Newsroom) |
Rap producer Shawty Redd charged with murder Music producer Demetrius Lee Stewart, known as Shawty Redd, is being held in a suburban Atlanta jail on a murder charge. Henry County Police Capt. Jason Bolton says Stewart was arrested Friday morning. Stewart is accused of shooting 35-year-old Damon A. Black Teen charged with gang rape -homeless Shamika Sneeze lured woman to trailer A teenager is accused of taking part in the rape of a woman who authorities said was lured to an abandoned trailer last week and attacked by three men. Rico Moultrie was charged with aggravated rape. Officers say they expect to arrest two other men suspected of participating in the alleged rape. The teenager is the second to be arrested in connection with the alleged rape. Shamika Sneeze, 25, is charged with principal to aggravated rape hours after police accused her of aiding the men. Sneeze, who is homeless, and the men encountered the alleged victim on East Street, police said. Sneeze is accused of helping get the woman to the trailer, where the men are suspected of forcing her inside and raping her. - (Newsroom) |

And a relative of the little girl is in trouble, too, for leaving the child in the care of a registered sex offender. The relative, Callie Howard is charged with reckless conduct. Armed and dangerous black Philly man sought in rape, stabbing Police are searching for a North Philadelphia man accused of raping one woman and stabbing another last weekend in the city's Hunting Park section. Orlando Cabero, 39, was an acquaintance of the 40-year-old and 20-year-old victims. The three were together early Sunday morning on the 800 block of Schiller Street, said Sgt. Ray Evers, a police spokesman. "There was some drinking and drug use," Evers said. "An altercation transpired." CLEVELAND, Ohio — Marshals are asking for help to find a 33-year-old man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl. Phillip Barkley is charged with 20 counts of rape, 10 counts of kidnapping and 20 counts of gross sexual imposition. He was indicted on Dec. 18. The 20-year-old woman tells police she met a man named “Chance” on the web site Modelmayhem.com and met him at a Jenkintown restaurant to schedule a shoot. The woman took a train to Bryn Mawr where she was picked up by a man identified as Daimon Parrish: “He convinced her to come to a chiropractic office in King of Prussia for some photographs to be taken.” She told police he took some pictures and then sexually assaulted her before driving her back to Jenkintown. - (Newsroom) |

Earlier in the day, he was arrested after police say he walked into several Memphis businesses and threatened to blow them up. Court records show Ibrahim was also telling people he was Muslim, and wanted to start a jihad, or holy war, in Memphis. Police allege that black karate-coach cop sexually abused girl, from age 12, for 8 years THEY SAT there together, the 12-year-old girl and the 38-year-old man, alone in a van in sprawling Fairmount Park. He made the first move, exposing himself to her, asking her to touch him and then to perform oral sex on him, she later told police. When she recoiled, clearly overwhelmed, he took her home. A week later, they returned to the park. This time, there were no polite requests, she said. Tuscaloosa black charged with rape of 49-year-old woman - A 41-year-old man was arrested on rape, sodomy and theft charges after a 49-year-old woman sought treatment at a local hospital. Emergency room staff called the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office and Stanley Caine subsequently was arrested. The theft charge against Caine was not related to the rape charges, Norris told the News. Caine remained in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on Wednesday with bail set at $130,000. - (Newsroom) |
White Salvation Army Major Murdered in front of his children by two black men LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- A Christmas Eve tragedy shocked an entire community as a Salvation Army major was shot in cold blood right in front of his own children. Maj. Philip Wise, 40, was taking two bell ringers home and then returned with his three small children to the Salvation Army. Wise was walking in the back door when the armed robbers approached him and demanded money. The suspects shot him at least once as his kids, ages 4, 6 and 8, watched the shooting after Wise called 911. The suspects were attempting to rob him in the process. Durant Police say 51-year-old Billy Ray Smith was arrested last Saturday on three accounts of child sexual abuse. Police arrest black suspect in Ormond Beach rape, home invasion Donald Woulard Jr., 52, was arrested after he told investigators he was the man they were seeking in the Thursday attack.
Hayes said the victim, who is in her 20s and was temporarily staying at the residence, answered a knock at the door where a man asked for the homeowner by name. He left when she told him the homeowner wasn't there, Hayes said.

Black teen sentenced to 30 years for gang rape  In West Palm Beach seventeen-year-old Avion Lawson pleaded guilty to gang raping a South Florida woman and beating her young son has been sentenced to 30 years in prison. Avion Lawson was only 14 years-old when he committed this horrific act. Lawson and the three other defendants were all teenagers when police say they barged into a 35-year-old woman's apartment, raped her repeatedly, beat her 12-year-old son and then forced her to perform oral sex on the boy. Lawson also testified against the three other defendants. Dennis Cagle was shot once in the stomach at a grocery store in Chester County at approximately 8 p.m. on Dec. 10. Ricky Steward -- who was also wounded -- was charged in the shooting with aggravated robbery and attempted first degree murder and remains in critical but stable condition.
