Family of White man murdered by black are seeking answers As Omaha police continue to look for an Omaha man's killer, John Gerber's family is pouring out their hearts. "He usually walked to work and walked home," says his sister–in–law Faith Clark. The 40–year–old never made the snowy trek home. Omaha police say a (black) man walked into a gas station and killed Gerber. "He was so ecstatic when he got hired," says Clark. Gerber's family says the father of five had only been in Omaha for a couple of years, and had only worked as a convenience stork clerk for a week or two. His sister Carla Carvitto says the job was part of an effort to turn his life around, especially since his kids were coming to visit for Christmas. The family says they can't understand how something so wrong could happen to someone so good. "He wasn't the type to confront anybody or argue with anybody," says Clark. Black may spend rest of life behind bars for raping and murdering an elderly black woman. BUFFALO, N.Y. - A Buffalo black could spend the rest of his life behind bars for sexually assaulting and murdering an elderly woman. Earl Gill Junior, 46, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison, plus 15 years more for the rape of a second victim. Black Mental Patient Charged With Rape Murder of Asian Woman, Unborn Twins  VENICE -- A 22-year-old former mental patient appeared in court in connection to the rape and murder of a woman who was four months pregnant with twins. Boneetio Kentro Washington, of Culver City, is charged with 3 counts of capital murder in the deaths of the 39-year-old Eun Kang and her two unborn children. The charges include the special circumstances of multiple murders, murder during a rape and murder during a burglary. Officers finally found convicted sex offender Artie Perkins. According to court records, he attempted to get away after a female homeowner spotted a man outside her window. It's a neighborhood recently terrorized by a "Peeping Tom." someone at an apartment complex caught him fondling himself outside a window. Family Talks: Rapper Arrested For Rape EP Da Paper Chaser's song "Paper Chase" has teenagers across the Mid-South dancing. He's slowly gaining popularity in the music industry but the 17-year old's real name, Emanuelle Patterson, is gaining notoriety at 201 Poplar. That's because in less than six months he's been tied to two major crimes. The family member of a 17-year old girl recently had to call the cops on Patterson after his relative claimed the rapper raped her. He says the rapper was at his house using his studio to record a song, when at some point Patterson went into the 17-year old family member's room and forced himself on her. - (Newsroom) |

Jury recommends life without parole for (black) Justin White in 2006 rape and murder A Jefferson County jury today recommended that Justin White serve the rest of his life in prison without parole for the 2006 rape and strangulation of a teenager in her home, the first of two similar crimes he would commit that year. The jury of six women six men heard testimony this week about both of White's capital murders, starting with the July 11, 2006 death of Jasmine Parker, 17, and ending with the Oct. 31, 2006 death of Sirrea Black, a 20-year-old student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. UK: Bogus black forensic scientist jailed for child rape A bogus forensic scientist, who gave evidence at hundreds of court cases, has been given an indefinite jail term for raping young girls. Gene Morrison was found guilty of a series of sex offences against four youngsters. Morrison preyed on young girls between 2000 and 2007, befriending four girls aged between eight and 14. The court heard how Morrison, from Hyde, used his "eloquence and charm" to groom the youngsters, raping two of them when they were aged just 10 and 11. Convicted black sex offender charged with raping daughter of estranged girlfriend  GRAND RAPIDS -- A convicted sex offender, once on the state police's Most Wanted list, waived a probable cause hearing today on charges that he raped the daughter of an estranged girlfriend last month. James Jamar Harris, 28, will head to trial in Kent County Circuit Court on the criminal sexual conduct allegation that he attacked the teenage girl in her mother's home while armed with a handgun. The alleged sex assault happened on Nov. 12, a day after Harris is accused of threatening another woman with a handgun in her home. - (Newsroom) |
Fort Lauderdale police arrest black rape suspect "Javerros" Police arrested a man they say raped a woman after burglarizing her car. Javerros Wright, 22, is accused of smashing the windows of the victim's car. The burglary set off the vehicle's alarm, and the woman came out of a nearby building to see what was happening. Wright is accused of then raping her. Police found Wright later that day and booked him into the Broward County Main Jail on charges of sexual battery, robbery, kidnapping and burglary. Since 2001, Wright has served prison time for a variety of charges, including burglaries, assaults, using fake IDs and drug possession. - (Newsroom) |
Two blacks - one transvestite arrested for carjacking White daughter of Senator Corker  One of the men arrested in the carjacking of a senator's daughter was dressed in women's clothes, according to charging documents. After 9 p.m. Wednesday, Julia Corker, 22, was driving a black Chevrolet Tahoe owner by her father, Sen. Robert Corker, R-Tenn., when she was carjacked by two men just a couple of blocks from the Verizon Center, not too far from the Capitol. The victim was driving back to the apartment she shares with her father when someone knocked on the window at Seventh and D streets, where she was stopped at a traffic light. When she rolled down the window, she was dragged out of the vehicle. Within minutes, the senator, D.C. police and Capitol Police were by the victim's side. Even the FBI got involved. Apparently, the suspects drove to a Taco Bell across the street from a Seat Pleasant, Md., police station, where officers spotted the Tahoe just after 10:30 p.m. The driver, 25-year-old Steven Alston, of Northeast, and the passenger, 22-year-old Dewalden Connors, were taken into custody without incident. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Black youth minister Accused Of Raping 12-Year-Old Girl A youth minister on Manhattan’s Lower East Side is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to charges of raping a young girl under his supervision. Jeremy Fulton, 27, was arrested for allegedly raping a 12-year old girl who attends his Mariners' Temple Baptist Church group. Fulton pleaded not guilty during his Friday arraignment to charges of rape, predatory sex assault against a child and acting in a manner injurious to a child. Prosecutors say Fulton exposed himself to the victim and had sex with her multiple times two years ago. The victim's mother has told police there are allegations that Fulton has committed the same sex acts on other young girls. - (Newsroom) |
Black rapist accused of sucking woman's blood JACKSON, Miss. -- An investigator with the Hinds County Sheriff's Department testified Thursday that blood was found on the furniture at the home of a man accused of sucking a woman’s blood before raping her. Ricky Franklin is charged with kidnapping, sexual battery, rape and aggravated assault, Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith said. Misrak Eyob was found guilty of attacking the 35-year-old woman in the city's Royston area in July last year. The 20-year-old from Eritrea, who was caught on CCTV, claimed that "Satan created the situation".
Speaking via an interpreter, Eyob replied: "I was persuaded. I have never engaged myself in criminal conduct.

Mississippi black receives probation for Facebook death threats while posing as a white supremacist A young African-American man from Mississippi who admitted in August to sending death threats over Facebook while posing as a white supremacist received three years of probation from a federal court judge in New Orleans on Wednesday. Dyron L. Hart, 20, must also pay a $1,000 fine; perform 150 hours of community service; complete a racial sensitivity course; and get a job, finish his education, or both, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Hart, of Poplarville, created a Facebook profile under a fake name and a profile picture of a white supremacist in November 2008. He then sent a message stating that he planned to slay blacks because he was angry Obama had been elected president, according to federal authorities. - (Newsroom) |

Arrest made in 2007 rape of elderly woman by black Georgetown police say 32-year-old Tyrone Green has been on the run for two years after he allegedly brutally attacked and raped an elderly woman in her home the week of Christmas 2007. His freedom came to an end Monday when he was arrested while trying to board a ship in Miami. Green was recently placed on the National Crime Information Center data base after evidence matched him to the scene of the Dec. 22, 2007 attack inside the Dekalb Street home of the 77-year-old woman, according to Georgetown Police Capt. Nelson Brown. Green knocked on the woman’s door and then forced his way inside. Family members said before Green raped the woman he “hit her in the face and busted her head.” - (Newsroom) |

He's accused of raping a four-year-old girl. But his mother says he's innocent. She says he's the real victim of a troubled juvenile system. 17-year-old Ronald Sanders had a five-day window of opportunity after his juvenile detention hearing to essentially appeal the decision that keeps him locked-up. Black Man gets 15 years in DuPage rape solved by DNA from jail toothbrush A man was sentenced Monday to 15 years in prison for a Downers Grove rape that sparked a heated constitutional debate in court. Larry R. Barrett, 24, formerly of Summit, received the sentence after pleading guilty to aggravated criminal sexual assault. Barrett did not have a criminal record before the Oct. 9, 2006, attack. He must register as a convicted sex offender upon his release after serving 85 percent of the term. Barrett admitted repeatedly raping a woman, who had fallen asleep on her couch with the door unlocked, after entering the Autumn Grove apartment complex on the 2000 block of Prentiss Drive in Downers Grove. - (Newsroom) |

Black prison escapee rapist still at large A 51-year-old escapee from a state prison in Bridgewater remained at large Saturday, while Department of Correction officials were still unable to explain how he broke out of the facility sometime late Friday. State Police and apprehension teams from the Department of Correction continued to search for Manson Brown, who was serving a 10-year sentence for home invasion and armed robbery, and was indicted on new charges of rape just a week ago.
Authorities describe Brown as a 5-foot-8, 145-pound African-American male who was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and gray sweatpants.
Brown was indicted by Middlesex county authorities Nov. 20 for the 1996 home invasion and rape of a Cambridge woman, after his DNA sample stored in a law enforcement database matched evidence at the crime scene. - (Newsroom) |

Woman stabs, tries to shoot black rape suspect GASTONIA, NC - A man accused of raping a woman inside her Gastonia home was stabbed and shot at by the victim late Tuesday night. The rape occurred at a house on a street off South Myrtle School Road. Darrell Gore hardly spoke during his bond hearing n except to tell the judge he wanted to go home. Police say Gore forced his way into a neighbor's house around 10:30 Tuesday night. The victim fought hard and shot at Gore before the gun jammed. Police say she locked herself in the bedroom, but Gore broke the door down. The victim then managed to stab him in the chest. Still, police say it wasn't enough to stop him from raping her. - (Newsroom) |

A judge this week found 15-year-old Teddius Patterson of Muskegon guilty as charged of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree home invasion and three gun counts for a harrowing “stranger rape” in the female victim’s home. 
The man suspected of gunning down four police officers in a suburban coffee shop was shot and killed by a lone Seattle patrol officer investigating a stolen car early Tuesday, a sheriff's spokesman said. Four other people were arrested for allegedly helping the suspect elude authorities during a massive two-day manhunt. Maurice Clemmons was carrying a handgun he took from one of the dead officers when a Seattle policeman recognized him near a stolen car in a working-class south Seattle neighborhood about 2:45 a.m., Assistant Police Chief Jim Pugel said. The vehicle was running but unoccupied when the officer pulled up, radioed in the license plate number and realized the car was stolen, Pugel said. The officer saw something moving, got out of his car, saw Clemmons and ordered him to show his hands and stop. "He wouldn't stop," Pugel said. "The officer fired several rounds." Clemmons also had sustained a serious gunshot wound from one of the four officers killed in the coffee-shop shooting.

A sales clerk at a J.C. Penney department store in Sturbridge has been arrested and charged with raping a boy in a dressing room, police said.
Howard County police are looking for a Hispanic man in his late 30s or early 40s who a 14-year-old girl said kissed her hand, fondled her and exposed himself in an Ellicott City department store. The girl said the man, who spoke only Spanish, ran off after her grandmother approached. Police on Wednesday said the incident took place in a Kohl's department store on Montgomery Road, but they did not specify when it happened. Anyone with information is asked to call 410-313-STOP. Police are offering a $500 reward for information leading to an arrest.
