Stacey L. Beesley was found dead in an apartment after her fiancé Eric Knox told police he had killed her. Beesley was the assistant apartment manager for Willow Creek Apartments and had been living with Knox since July of this year. Knox was arrested on two counts of first-degree murder because Beesley was 5 months pregnant. He is being held at the Midwest City Police Department pending transfer to Oklahoma County jail. Knox was arrested early Monday morning. Officers found him wandering outside his apartment complex, half dressed and covered in blood. He told police, "I just murdered someone. White couple Shot To Death By Negroes For Witnessing A Murder    BATON ROUGE, LA - Police had made an arrest in connection with a double murder hours before the suspected triggerman was charged in the case. A week ago, Dustin and Beth Duncan were found shot to death. Cedric Kelly, 27, has been arrested and charged with two counts of principal to first-degree murder. Police say he's the man who ordered the hit on the Duncans. "But he was down there and Cedric Kelly had found out that Dustin was a witness on a previous drug case that was pending against him," said L'Jean McNeally with Baton Rouge police. Negro accused of taking indecent liberties with a 7-year-old boy Newport News - Darin Williams, 46, of Churchill Lane, was charged with one count of taking indecent liberties with a child after police said he attempted to solicit a sex act from a 7-year-old near the intersection of 36th Street and Jefferson Avenue. Pedophile who fled to Israel back in jail after eight years An Ashland pedophile who fled the country after conviction on child sex abuse charges more than eight years ago is back in Jackson County Jail. Arthur Samuel Silverman, 70, is due at a resentencing hearing today in Jackson County Circuit Court. He was extradited from Israel on Thursday and returned to Oregon on Friday, said District Attorney Mark Huddleston. Silverman was a counselor who treated sexually abused children when he was arrested in December 1996 for molesting two boys who were not clients. He pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree sexual abuse on June 25, 1997, said Huddleston. - (Newsroom) |

Police arrest black suspect in Ormond Beach rape, home invasion Donald Woulard Jr., 52, was arrested after he told investigators he was the man they were seeking in the Thursday attack.
Hayes said the victim, who is in her 20s and was temporarily staying at the residence, answered a knock at the door where a man asked for the homeowner by name. He left when she told him the homeowner wasn't there, Hayes said.
Hayes said the man returned a short time later and asked to leave his business card. That's when he forced his way into the house, forced the woman to a back bedroom and sexually assaulted her, he said. - (Newsroom) |

"She invited Mr. Rhodes over to her house about 6:40 in the morning to watch TV. Black teen sentenced to 30 years for gang rape  In West Palm Beach seventeen-year-old Avion Lawson pleaded guilty to gang raping a South Florida woman and beating her young son has been sentenced to 30 years in prison. Avion Lawson was only 14 years-old when he committed this horrific act. Lawson and the three other defendants were all teenagers when police say they barged into a 35-year-old woman's apartment, raped her repeatedly, beat her 12-year-old son and then forced her to perform oral sex on the boy. Lawson also testified against the three other defendants. Family of White man murdered by black are seeking answers As Omaha police continue to look for an Omaha man's killer, John Gerber's family is pouring out their hearts. "He usually walked to work and walked home," says his sister–in–law Faith Clark. The 40–year–old never made the snowy trek home. Omaha police say a (black) man walked into a gas station and killed Gerber. "He was so ecstatic when he got hired," says Clark. Gerber's family says the father of five had only been in Omaha for a couple of years, and had only worked as a convenience stork clerk for a week or two. His sister Carla Carvitto says the job was part of an effort to turn his life around, especially since his kids were coming to visit for Christmas. The family says they can't understand how something so wrong could happen to someone so good. "He wasn't the type to confront anybody or argue with anybody," says Clark. Earl Gill Junior, 46, was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison, plus 15 years more for the rape of a second victim. Boneetio Kentro Washington, of Culver City, is charged with 3 counts of capital murder in the deaths of the 39-year-old Eun Kang and her two unborn children. The charges include the special circumstances of multiple murders, murder during a rape and murder during a burglary. The jury of six women six men heard testimony this week about both of White's capital murders, starting with the July 11, 2006 death of Jasmine Parker, 17, and ending with the Oct. 31, 2006 death of Sirrea Black, a 20-year-old student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. UK: Bogus black forensic scientist jailed for child rape A bogus forensic scientist, who gave evidence at hundreds of court cases, has been given an indefinite jail term for raping young girls. Gene Morrison was found guilty of a series of sex offences against four youngsters. Morrison preyed on young girls between 2000 and 2007, befriending four girls aged between eight and 14. The court heard how Morrison, from Hyde, used his "eloquence and charm" to groom the youngsters, raping two of them when they were aged just 10 and 11. Convicted black sex offender charged with raping daughter of estranged girlfriend  GRAND RAPIDS -- A convicted sex offender, once on the state police's Most Wanted list, waived a probable cause hearing today on charges that he raped the daughter of an estranged girlfriend last month. James Jamar Harris, 28, will head to trial in Kent County Circuit Court on the criminal sexual conduct allegation that he attacked the teenage girl in her mother's home while armed with a handgun. Fort Lauderdale police arrest black rape suspect "Javerros" Police arrested a man they say raped a woman after burglarizing her car. Javerros Wright, 22, is accused of smashing the windows of the victim's car. The burglary set off the vehicle's alarm, and the woman came out of a nearby building to see what was happening. Wright is accused of then raping her. Police found Wright later that day and booked him into the Broward County Main Jail on charges of sexual battery, robbery, kidnapping and burglary. Since 2001, Wright has served prison time for a variety of charges, including burglaries, assaults, using fake IDs and drug possession. - (Newsroom) |
Two blacks - one transvestite arrested for carjacking White daughter of Senator Corker  One of the men arrested in the carjacking of a senator's daughter was dressed in women's clothes, according to charging documents. After 9 p.m. Wednesday, Julia Corker, 22, was driving a black Chevrolet Tahoe owner by her father, Sen. Robert Corker, R-Tenn., when she was carjacked by two men just a couple of blocks from the Verizon Center, not too far from the Capitol. The victim was driving back to the apartment she shares with her father when someone knocked on the window at Seventh and D streets, where she was stopped at a traffic light. When she rolled down the window, she was dragged out of the vehicle. Within minutes, the senator, D.C. police and Capitol Police were by the victim's side. Even the FBI got involved. Apparently, the suspects drove to a Taco Bell across the street from a Seat Pleasant, Md., police station, where officers spotted the Tahoe just after 10:30 p.m. The driver, 25-year-old Steven Alston, of Northeast, and the passenger, 22-year-old Dewalden Connors, were taken into custody without incident. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Black youth minister Accused Of Raping 12-Year-Old Girl A youth minister on Manhattan’s Lower East Side is being held without bail after pleading not guilty to charges of raping a young girl under his supervision. Jeremy Fulton, 27, was arrested for allegedly raping a 12-year old girl who attends his Mariners' Temple Baptist Church group. Fulton pleaded not guilty during his Friday arraignment to charges of rape, predatory sex assault against a child and acting in a manner injurious to a child. Prosecutors say Fulton exposed himself to the victim and had sex with her multiple times two years ago. The victim's mother has told police there are allegations that Fulton has committed the same sex acts on other young girls. - (Newsroom) |

Ricky Franklin is charged with kidnapping, sexual battery, rape and aggravated assault, Hinds County District Attorney Robert Smith said. Misrak Eyob was found guilty of attacking the 35-year-old woman in the city's Royston area in July last year. The 20-year-old from Eritrea, who was caught on CCTV, claimed that "Satan created the situation".
Speaking via an interpreter, Eyob replied: "I was persuaded. I have never engaged myself in criminal conduct.

Mississippi black receives probation for Facebook death threats while posing as a white supremacist A young African-American man from Mississippi who admitted in August to sending death threats over Facebook while posing as a white supremacist received three years of probation from a federal court judge in New Orleans on Wednesday. Dyron L. Hart, 20, must also pay a $1,000 fine; perform 150 hours of community service; complete a racial sensitivity course; and get a job, finish his education, or both, the U.S. Attorney's Office said. Hart, of Poplarville, created a Facebook profile under a fake name and a profile picture of a white supremacist in November 2008. Arrest made in 2007 rape of elderly woman by black Georgetown police say 32-year-old Tyrone Green has been on the run for two years after he allegedly brutally attacked and raped an elderly woman in her home the week of Christmas 2007. His freedom came to an end Monday when he was arrested while trying to board a ship in Miami. Green was recently placed on the National Crime Information Center data base after evidence matched him to the scene of the Dec. 22, 2007 attack inside the Dekalb Street home of the 77-year-old woman, according to Georgetown Police Capt. Nelson Brown. Green knocked on the woman’s door and then forced his way inside. Family members said before Green raped the woman he “hit her in the face and busted her head.” - (Newsroom) |

Black Man gets 15 years in DuPage rape solved by DNA from jail toothbrush A man was sentenced Monday to 15 years in prison for a Downers Grove rape that sparked a heated constitutional debate in court. Larry R. Barrett, 24, formerly of Summit, received the sentence after pleading guilty to aggravated criminal sexual assault. Barrett did not have a criminal record before the Oct. 9, 2006, attack. He must register as a convicted sex offender upon his release after serving 85 percent of the term. Barrett admitted repeatedly raping a woman, who had fallen asleep on her couch with the door unlocked, after entering the Autumn Grove apartment complex on the 2000 block of Prentiss Drive in Downers Grove. - (Newsroom) |

The man accused of killing three people near Mattawa told police he shot the men for allegedly raping a woman.
A Henderson captain who was shot in an armed robbery last Thursday died from his injuries yesterday morning (Dec. 13). Capt. Dennis Cagle was shot once in the stomach at a grocery store in Chester County at approximately 8 p.m. on Dec. 10. Ricky Steward -- who was also wounded -- was charged in the shooting with aggravated robbery and attempted first degree murder and remains in critical but stable condition.
Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the home invasion, shooting and kidnapping of a Hampton County woman. Hampton County sheriff's investigators say around 1:30am Monday, two suspects used a brick to break into 78-year-old 
A judge this week found 15-year-old Teddius Patterson of Muskegon guilty as charged of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree home invasion and three gun counts for a harrowing “stranger rape” in the female victim’s home. 
The man suspected of gunning down four police officers in a suburban coffee shop was shot and killed by a lone Seattle patrol officer investigating a stolen car early Tuesday, a sheriff's spokesman said. Four other people were arrested for allegedly helping the suspect elude authorities during a massive two-day manhunt. Maurice Clemmons was carrying a handgun he took from one of the dead officers when a Seattle policeman recognized him near a stolen car in a working-class south Seattle neighborhood about 2:45 a.m., Assistant Police Chief Jim Pugel said. The vehicle was running but unoccupied when the officer pulled up, radioed in the license plate number and realized the car was stolen, Pugel said. The officer saw something moving, got out of his car, saw Clemmons and ordered him to show his hands and stop. "He wouldn't stop," Pugel said. "The officer fired several rounds." Clemmons also had sustained a serious gunshot wound from one of the four officers killed in the coffee-shop shooting.
