Hispanic held in kidnap, rape of 7-year-old autistic girl |
Second Illegal Hispanic suspect held in Brookline rape case Brookline police arrested Ismael Martinez, 26, the second suspect in the early-morning attack Tuesday on a 30-year-old Brookline woman. He joined Jose Arita, 25, who was arrested Thursday. The victim, returning from Logan International Airport, had been dropped off by taxi. As she was walking with her luggage, two men hit her in the head from behind, choked her, and put her into a red pickup truck parked on a side street. The truck sped off, but was caught on police surveillance cameras. The two suspects face charges of assault with intent to rape, aggravated rape, and kidnapping. Harrington said that the suspects knew each other and worked together as freelance plasterers. Both suspects are believed to be living in the United States illegally - Arita from Guatemala and Martinez from Mexico. Riviera Beach police seek homeless black suspected of rape Police are searching for a homeless man suspected of attacking and raping a woman and then imprisoning her overnight. Cops say Dennis Hatcher, who is about 46, beat a woman with a flashlight early Friday morning in Riviera Beach. The adult woman, who knows Hatcher, told police that after beating her, Hatcher threatened her with a knife and raped her. Later, he took her to her house and forced his way in. He stayed there with her overnight so she couldn't call police and snuck out the back door later Friday morning when a friend knocked on the door, officials said. - (Newsroom) |
Black DHS Case Manager Charged with Rape Police say 38 year old Darius Willis allegedly performed sexual acts on a female client after leading her to believe that she had to submit to his advances in exchange for help in obtaining food stamps. Willis was arrested Friday at his DHS office inside Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The 28-year-old victim reports she went to Willis office Thursday to discuss Medicaid and food stamp issues. She said that Willis raped her in the office while implying that if she did not go along with his advances, approval for food stamps would be less likely. - (Newsroom) |
66-yr-old woman describes rape attack by black The defendant, Floyd Lee Bonds, 45, sat with his right hand was wrapped in a beige bandage. The victim was raped in her home near Frye Regional Medical Center after her attacker pried open her door and assaulted her. Investigators believe the victim did not know her attacker. Bonds was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree burglary. The victim said "I remember seeing the door open, and he was standing there," she said. She testified that as he came toward her she said, "What are you doing here? Get out of my house." She said he turned off her lamp, climbed on the bed and raped her. - (Newsroom) |
White teen with Afro girlfriend - beaten by a pack of about 10 to 12 black males A Buffalo teen, viciously attacked earlier this week, remains in the hospital. Police are investigating the beating as a possible hate crime because the victim is white and the wanted suspects are a dozen African American men. Brian Milligan, 18, is recovering at Erie County Medical Center. He's got bleeding in his brain and a broken jaw. Police say the group of men attacked him Tuesday night near the corner of Genesee Street and Floss Avenue. "It didn't even look like my son," said Brian Milligan Sr., describing what his son looked like after the beating. He feels confident his son's beating is a hate crime because his son is white and his African American girlfriend was repeatedly taunted and teased about their relationship before the attack. "They're just in love. They just want to be left alone," he said. Brian's father says his son didn't get a good look at those who beat him because they hit him from behind using a concrete brick. "I mean, I couldn't believe that a human can lose so much blood and walk home for five blocks," Milligan Sr. said. Buffalo Police have not arrested anyone for the crime. Milligan thinks the police response would have been different if his son wasn't white. Black charged with sexual assault of handicapped girl A 28-year-old Cahokia man is in police custody for allegedly molesting a wheelchair-bound 11-year-old girl. Marvin J. Burries was charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. During an interrogation, Burries attempted to jump from a window in the interrogation room, located on the second floor of the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department. Darius Chappille, 21, of Jefferson City, Mo., who also has an Oakland address, was arrested. Guilty, guilty. He previously has been convicted for assaulting a 7-year-old relative, stealing a car and pointing a gun at an acquaintance, among other things.

White State trooper survives DUI hit and run by black  An Indiana state trooper and his canine companion are recovering after a drunk driver hit them early Friday morning. Trooper Kyle Freeman had been working a multi-car accident on I-70 East and Emerson when the accident occurred. "I was in my police vehicle and I was filling out a report at the time, had no idea, did not see it coming and was struck behind," said Trooper Kyle Freeman. State police believe Zenith Hardin, 40, was intoxicated when his car hit the squad car. "With my experience of being hit by impaired drivers in the past, I kind of knew what had happened," Freeman said Friday. Milton Black Arrested on Child Sex Abuse Charges Authorities say a 42-year-old Milton man is facing rape and related charges after being accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl over a three-year period. Milton police arrested Joseph M. Parker for 14 counts of first-degree rape, one count of second-degree rape, continuous sexual abuse of a child, five counts of first-degree unlawful sexual contact and felony endangering the welfare of a child. A 13-year-old girl claimed that Parker had sexually abused her. According to police, investigators learned that the abuse had been ongoing for the past three years. - (Newsroom) |
Black parking meter attendant criminally charged for assaulting a 70-year-old building contractor A parking meter attendant hired last year after spending two months in jail has been criminally charged for allegedly assaulting a Donald Perry, 70-year-old building contractor in a skirmish over a parking ticket. Wendell Lee Hall Jr., 38, will be arraigned Aug. 20 on a charge of fourth-degree assault, minor injury. The charge stems from a July 16 incident that is thought to be the first physical altercation involving an on-the-job Lexington meter attendant. Black's rampage in New Brunswick leaves neighbor, 88, dead, cops say A man with a long history of mental illness went berserk after getting locked out of his apartment and fatally beat his 88-year-old neighbor, authorities said. Randy M. Collins, 33, has been charged with murdering Robert Aldrich, savagely attacking the World War II Navy veteran in the victim's apartment. According to a neighbor who knew both men, Aldrich had helped Collins in the past, encouraging him to go to school and trying to help him find a job. Collins is being held for psychiatric evaluation. Negro arrested in theft of purse from 3-year-old girl  A man is under arrest in Delaware and charged with purse snatching, but the victim was a 3-year-old girl. Wilmington Police arrested Walter Brown, 23, at about 11:00 a.m. Monday. Police said Brown grabbed the girl's purse as she was in line with her aunt at a deli. The little girl's purse only had a few dollars in change and the purse is still missing. - (Newsroom) |
Black defendant in gang rape of mother, son pleads guilty The youngest of four men charged in the bone-chilling rape of a 35-year-old West Palm Beach woman and her 12-year-old son pleaded guilty Wednesday morning. Avion Lawson, who was 14 when the woman and her son were gang raped in her apartment in 2007, wants to accept responsibility for his actions, his attorney told Palm Beach Circuit Judge Krista Marx. "He's very sorry for what he did," attorney Bert Winkler said. Lawson's fingerprints were on a wall and his DNA was in a condom left at the woman's apartment. - (Newsroom) |
Judge revokes Walker Middle rape suspect's bond after theft charge TAMPA — A Hillsborough judge revoked bail Tuesday for Diemante J. Roberts, one of four Walker Middle School students charged with sexually assaulting a flag football teammate. Roberts, 15, is being housed in the Hillsborough County Jail. He was arrested Friday on a charge of stealing a gasoline can from a stranger's home. Black nursing home rape suspect fit to stand trial A 22-year-old Elgin man accused of raping an elderly woman at a nursing home has been found mentally fit to stand trial. Christopher Shelton is being held in the Kane County jail on five counts of criminal sexual assault and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault in connection with the Jan. 17 attack. Shelton was arrested after he was found hiding in the bathroom of a 69-year-old nursing patient who was assaulted at Maplewood Care, 50 N. A Huntington Beach man was arrested after he allegedly kidnapped a 
Two men have been arrested by the Washington County Sheriff's Office on a variety of sex charges involving a 12-year-old girl. Ramiro Pineda-Vargas, 18, was accused of first-degree sex abuse and second-degree sodomy. Francisco Lopez-Mendez, 19, was accused of first-degree sex abuse, second-degree rape and unlawful penetration with a foreign object. 
Federal immigration authorities have confirmed the man suspected of kidnapping and raping a Watsonville woman last weekend is an illegal immigrant from Mexico, the San Benito County Sheriff's Office has confirmed.
