Black charged with sexual assault of handicapped girl A 28-year-old Cahokia man is in police custody for allegedly molesting a wheelchair-bound 11-year-old girl. Marvin J. Burries was charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. During an interrogation, Burries attempted to jump from a window in the interrogation room, located on the second floor of the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department. - stipped naked A Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland to Las Vegas was turned around Thursday after a man allegedly exposed himself to his female seatmate, punched her when she screamed, then stripped off all of his clothes as flight attendants and passengers subdued him. Darius Chappille, 21, of Jefferson City, Mo., who also has an Oakland address, was arrested. Dickson remained relatively sanguine, occasionally joking with jailers or his attorneys during breaks. All traces of joviality disappeared Friday, though, as Dickson stoically listened to a judge reel off convictions. Child kidnapping. Guilty. Forcible rape. Guilty. Two counts of forcible sodomy. Guilty, guilty. He previously has been convicted for assaulting a 7-year-old relative, stealing a car and pointing a gun at an acquaintance, among other things. White State trooper survives DUI hit and run by black An Indiana state trooper and his canine companion are recovering after a drunk driver hit them early Friday morning. Trooper Kyle Freeman had been working a multi-car accident on I-70 East and Emerson when the accident occurred. "I was in my police vehicle and I was filling out a report at the time, had no idea, did not see it coming and was struck behind," said Trooper Kyle Freeman. State police believe Zenith Hardin, 40, was intoxicated when his car hit the squad car. "With my experience of being hit by impaired drivers in the past, I kind of knew what had happened," Freeman said Friday. Milton Black Arrested on Child Sex Abuse Charges Authorities say a 42-year-old Milton man is facing rape and related charges after being accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl over a three-year period. Milton police arrested Joseph M. Parker for 14 counts of first-degree rape, one count of second-degree rape, continuous sexual abuse of a child, five counts of first-degree unlawful sexual contact and felony endangering the welfare of a child. A 13-year-old girl claimed that Parker had sexually abused her. According to police, investigators learned that the abuse had been ongoing for the past three years. - (Newsroom) |
Black parking meter attendant criminally charged for assaulting a 70-year-old building contractor A parking meter attendant hired last year after spending two months in jail has been criminally charged for allegedly assaulting a Donald Perry, 70-year-old building contractor in a skirmish over a parking ticket. Wendell Lee Hall Jr., 38, will be arraigned Aug. 20 on a charge of fourth-degree assault, minor injury. The charge stems from a July 16 incident that is thought to be the first physical altercation involving an on-the-job Lexington meter attendant. Black's rampage in New Brunswick leaves neighbor, 88, dead, cops say A man with a long history of mental illness went berserk after getting locked out of his apartment and fatally beat his 88-year-old neighbor, authorities said. Randy M. Collins, 33, has been charged with murdering Robert Aldrich, savagely attacking the World War II Navy veteran in the victim's apartment. According to a neighbor who knew both men, Aldrich had helped Collins in the past, encouraging him to go to school and trying to help him find a job. Collins is being held for psychiatric evaluation. Negro arrested in theft of purse from 3-year-old girl A man is under arrest in Delaware and charged with purse snatching, but the victim was a 3-year-old girl. Wilmington Police arrested Walter Brown, 23, at about 11:00 a.m. Monday. Police said Brown grabbed the girl's purse as she was in line with her aunt at a deli. The little girl's purse only had a few dollars in change and the purse is still missing. - (Newsroom) |
Black defendant in gang rape of mother, son pleads guilty The youngest of four men charged in the bone-chilling rape of a 35-year-old West Palm Beach woman and her 12-year-old son pleaded guilty Wednesday morning. Avion Lawson, who was 14 when the woman and her son were gang raped in her apartment in 2007, wants to accept responsibility for his actions, his attorney told Palm Beach Circuit Judge Krista Marx. "He's very sorry for what he did," attorney Bert Winkler said. Lawson's fingerprints were on a wall and his DNA was in a condom left at the woman's apartment. - (Newsroom) |
Judge revokes Walker Middle rape suspect's bond after theft charge TAMPA — A Hillsborough judge revoked bail Tuesday for Diemante J. Roberts, one of four Walker Middle School students charged with sexually assaulting a flag football teammate. Roberts, 15, is being housed in the Hillsborough County Jail. He was arrested Friday on a charge of stealing a gasoline can from a stranger's home. The teens each face adult charges of four counts of sexual battery after allegations that they sexually assaulted a teammate with a hockey stick and broom handle multiple times - (Newsroom) |
Black nursing home rape suspect fit to stand trial A 22-year-old Elgin man accused of raping an elderly woman at a nursing home has been found mentally fit to stand trial. Christopher Shelton is being held in the Kane County jail on five counts of criminal sexual assault and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault in connection with the Jan. 17 attack. Shelton was arrested after he was found hiding in the bathroom of a 69-year-old nursing patient who was assaulted at Maplewood Care, 50 N. Tucumcari negro will serve 133 years in prison for sexual assault of a child A Tucumcari man will serve 133 years in prison for sexual assault of a child, first degree kidnapping, and intimidation of a witness. 30 year old Kenneth Leon Mills broke into a Quay county home and kidnapped a 9-year-old girl. He then took her to a nearby dumpster and raped her. She survived the attack and alerted her mom, who called police. - (Newsroom) |

Sacramento PD looking for black sexual-assault suspect The Sacramento Police Department is looking for a man they suspect of sexually assaulting several minors. A Police Department news release said an arrest warrant accuses Odis Williams (photo), 51, of committing the illegal sexual acts from 2001 to 2009. In July 2009, the Sacramento Police Department was notified by the victims that they had been sexually assaulted by Williams since they were 8 and 9 years old, the release states. The investigation showed that he also sexually assaulted a teenage friend of the victims, the release states. Black serial killer wants confession thrown out - raped and murdered 13-yr-old White girl A 19 year old Anthony Kirkland was first convicted in the 1987 beating death of his then girlfriend that he also set on fire. Kirkland served 16 years of a 25 year sentence. He was paroled in 2003, and left unsupervised after 13 months of probation. Kirland was sent back to prison in 2007 for trying to have sex with a 13 year old, he was out and living at the now notorious Pogue Center in a years time, this time he was also a convicted sex offender. From the time he was first paroled in 2003 to the arrest in the rape and murder of Esme Kenney; Kirkland is accused of rape, assault, and multiple counts of murder.
