Black defendant in gang rape of mother, son pleads guilty The youngest of four men charged in the bone-chilling rape of a 35-year-old West Palm Beach woman and her 12-year-old son pleaded guilty Wednesday morning. Avion Lawson, who was 14 when the woman and her son were gang raped in her apartment in 2007, wants to accept responsibility for his actions, his attorney told Palm Beach Circuit Judge Krista Marx. "He's very sorry for what he did," attorney Bert Winkler said. Lawson's fingerprints were on a wall and his DNA was in a condom left at the woman's apartment. - (Newsroom) |
Judge revokes Walker Middle rape suspect's bond after theft charge TAMPA — A Hillsborough judge revoked bail Tuesday for Diemante J. Roberts, one of four Walker Middle School students charged with sexually assaulting a flag football teammate. Roberts, 15, is being housed in the Hillsborough County Jail. He was arrested Friday on a charge of stealing a gasoline can from a stranger's home. Black nursing home rape suspect fit to stand trial A 22-year-old Elgin man accused of raping an elderly woman at a nursing home has been found mentally fit to stand trial. Christopher Shelton is being held in the Kane County jail on five counts of criminal sexual assault and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual assault in connection with the Jan. 17 attack. Shelton was arrested after he was found hiding in the bathroom of a 69-year-old nursing patient who was assaulted at Maplewood Care, 50 N. Tucumcari negro will serve 133 years in prison for sexual assault of a child A Tucumcari man will serve 133 years in prison for sexual assault of a child, first degree kidnapping, and intimidation of a witness.
30 year old Kenneth Leon Mills broke into a Quay county home and kidnapped a 9-year-old girl. He then took her to a nearby dumpster and raped her.

Louisville black already facing a rape charge now faces two more after DNA links A Louisville man already facing a rape charge now faces two more after DNA linked him to two cold cases dating as far back as 1996.
David Jackson, 44, was arrested in October 2008 and charged with rape, wanton endangerment, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools.

Sacramento PD looking for black sexual-assault suspect The Sacramento Police Department is looking for a man they suspect of sexually assaulting several minors. A Police Department news release said an arrest warrant accuses Odis Williams (photo), 51, of committing the illegal sexual acts from 2001 to 2009. In July 2009, the Sacramento Police Department was notified by the victims that they had been sexually assaulted by Williams since they were 8 and 9 years old, the release states. The investigation showed that he also sexually assaulted a teenage friend of the victims, the release states. Black serial killer wants confession thrown out - raped and murdered 13-yr-old White girl  A 19 year old Anthony Kirkland was first convicted in the 1987 beating death of his then girlfriend that he also set on fire. Kirkland served 16 years of a 25 year sentence. He was paroled in 2003, and left unsupervised after 13 months of probation.
Kirland was sent back to prison in 2007 for trying to have sex with a 13 year old, he was out and living at the now notorious Pogue Center in a years time, this time he was also a convicted sex offender.
From the time he was first paroled in 2003 to the arrest in the rape and murder of Esme Kenney; Kirkland is accused of rape, assault, and multiple counts of murder. He is also accused of soliciting sex from numerous under aged girls, attacking an ex-girlfriend new boyfriend with scissors, causing a SWAT stand-off and burglary. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
Negro Says He’s Not Guilty In Child Sex Ring A Sioux Falls man faces up to life in prison accused of taking part in a sex ring involving children as young as seven years old. The investigation into 41-year-old Paul Churchill dates back to April. That's when child protective services notified police about possible sexual abuse. Investigators then questioned the 14-, 9- and 7-year old kids about what was going on. Court papers say Churchill was sexually active with two children he's related to and a third he knows through an acquaintance several times between January 2008 and March of this year. - (Newsroom) |

Black raped two teens, one 14-years old - pornographic pictures found of 17 other victims A man charged with raping two teenagers may have victimized several other girls. Search warrants show there could be naked pictures of as many as 17 other victims. The mother of one of the alleged victims said "When you're a parent, looking at pictures like that is disgusting," she said. "It makes you want to throw up." The woman said she found the photographs at the braid shop that Duncan Bynum owns in The Plaza. That's where police say Bynum raped the woman's 14-year-old daughter and her daughter's 17-year-old friend last week. She describes the pictures as graphic and says she found them after her daughter told her Bynum forced her to pose for pictures after he raped her in his shop. - (Newsroom) |
Delaware City Negro charged with knife-point rape A Delaware City black has been charged with raping a woman while holding a knife to her neck early Sunday. The 37-year-old victim told city police she was raped inside her Delaware City home. Police arrested Anthony J. Carter at his home in the 200 block of 7th St. about 6 p.m. Sunday and charged with one count of rape in the first degree and one count of possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. - (Newsroom) |
Four more charges against Detroit black serial rape suspect Glen Anthony Detroit Police Chief Warren Evans this afternoon announced four additional charges against Glen Anthony, charged last week with 24 counts for his alleged role in a series of rapes on the city's east side. Convicted black sex offender held in kidnapping, rape of 4-year-old girl A convicted sex offender is held on $1 million bond after being charged with kidnapping and raping a 4-year-old girl. Lonnie Bobbitt, 46, was arrested after initially refusing to surrender to police. Bobbitt was previously convicted of molesting a 17-year-old girl, but since 2006 has not registered his address with police as sex offenders are required to do. Bobbitt, who is a friend of the victim's family, was with them Monday and somehow left their residence with the girl without anyone noticing. - (Newsroom) |
Liberian migrant teen indicted in gang-rape of 8-year-old Liberian girl in Phoenix  Police say four boys, also from Liberia, lured the girl to an empty storage shed July 16 with the promise of chewing gum. Investigators say the boys restrained her and took turns sexually assaulting her.

Boca Raton black charged with attempted sexual battery BOCA RATON - Tashane Chantiloupe started his attack by asking a 19-year-old woman if she wanted to buy or sell drugs.
He then escalated it, police said, by following the woman to her apartment and trying to kiss her. She broke away and got into her apartment.
Then there was a knock on her bedroom door and it was Chantiloupe, 19, who forced his way into the room, threw the victim onto the bed and told her he wanted to have sex with her, police said.
Police arrested Chantiloupe, of Boca Raton. He's charged with attempted sexual battery, burglary and false imprisonment. - (Newsroom) |
New Orleans black pleads guilty in beating death of White DEA agent  A New Orleans man today pleaded guilty to the beating death of a Houston Drug Enforcement Administration agent in town for a conference last August. Ameal Parker, Jr. accepted a 30-year prison sentence in an agreement worked out with the U.S. Attorney's office. As part of the agreement, Parker admitted beating and robbing Special Agent Thomas J. Byrne on Aug. 28, 2008 while he was walking in the French Quarter area and apparently got lost. The judge told Parker that he will make a final determination about whether to accept the plea agreement after federal probation agents submit a sentencing report. Serial nigger Jerome Barrett found guilty of (rape) murder of 9-year-old White girl scout Marcia Trimble  A Nashville jury has finally convicted Jerome Barrett of 2 counts of second-degree murder in the 1975 strangulation death of Girl Scout Marcia Trimble.
The 9-year-old disappeared while delivering Girl Scout cookies in her upscale Nashville neighborhood.
The now 62-year-old Barrett became a suspect in the case 11/2 years ago through DNA testing.
He is currently serving a life sentence for the 1975 rape and murder of a Vanderbilt University coed Sarah Des Prez. He faces 44 years in prison on each count in this case. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
