Police seek spanic Suspected of Raping 11-Year-Old Oklahoma City police are looking for a man suspected of raping an 11-year-old girl at a party. According to a police report, 33-year-old Melvin Urbina attacked the girl Saturday night in the basement of a business during a banquet celebration. The report said the girl had gone to the basement with the employee to get chairs when Urbina attacked her. It says Urbina fled when another person knocked on the basement door. The girl had injuries to her forehead, lip, neck and shoulder and was taken to a hospital for treatment. - (Newsroom) |

New Orleans black pleads guilty in beating death of White DEA agent  A New Orleans man today pleaded guilty to the beating death of a Houston Drug Enforcement Administration agent in town for a conference last August. Ameal Parker, Jr. accepted a 30-year prison sentence in an agreement worked out with the U.S. Attorney's office. As part of the agreement, Parker admitted beating and robbing Special Agent Thomas J. Byrne on Aug. 28, 2008 while he was walking in the French Quarter area and apparently got lost. The judge told Parker that he will make a final determination about whether to accept the plea agreement after federal probation agents submit a sentencing report. "When they arrested him before I thought that was the end of it," said Barbara Kenley, who caught Vereen in the middle of his romp in the hay with her 21-year-old horse, Sugar. Black Mother Guilty of Killing 4 Girls Whose Bodies Decomposed in Home  A negro woman was convicted of murdering her four daughters whose corpses decomposed in the family home for months, in a case that shocked this city and exposed a colossal failure in its social services system. The judge found the woman, Banita M. Jacks, 34, guilty on four counts of felony murder and four counts of child cruelty. Ms. Jacks was convicted on three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her three youngest daughters, but was acquitted of that charge in the death of her oldest daughter, Brittany Jacks, because, the judge said, prosecutors had not proven Ms. Jacks had fatally stabbed the girl. - (Newsroom) |
HIV-positive Kenyan gets further eight years for sex with three women, including 13-year-old girl  Germany: The 41-year-old, identified as Kennedy O., was found guilty of eight counts of attempted assault and the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old-girl after he slept with her and two girlfriends – a housewife and a hairdresser – without disclosing he had the virus that can cause AIDS. None are known to be infected. The eight-year sentence was added on to a five-and-a-half-year sentence the Kenyan man, who works as a DJ, has been serving for having unprotected sex with seven other women, none of whom he told about his illness, since 2007. Black school employee indicted for rape of 12-year-old girl in bus garage Authorities arrested and charged the head of security and bus garage supervisor of the Fayette County School system on multiple counts of rape. Milton Holt, 53, of Moscow, Tennessee was indicted on one count rape of a child, three counts of rape, and one count of sexual battery for crimes committed against three different victims. Investigators said Holt allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl in a bus garage last February. On the same day, Holt also allegedly assaulted an adult female at the school. During their investigation, officials discovered a third victim was allegedly raped by Holt on three occasions several years ago in the school bus garage. - (Newsroom) |

She got on the ground and exposed herself, the affidavit states. “Warren continued to yell on the ground and roll around,” the affidavit states. “Numerous citizens stopped to observe Warren’s commotion.” - (Newsroom) |

Four young migrants from Liberia Africa gang-rape an 8-year-old girl Four boys ages 9, 10, 13 and 14 lured an 8-year-old neighbor into a shed at a Phoenix apartment complex, then sexually assaulted her, police say. The crime happened last Thursday evening, and police were called to the scene after reports of a young girl running out of the shed, half-nude and screaming. Numerous witnesses helped police identify the boy suspects. All the children involved are refugees from the West African nation of Liberia. The 14-year-old, Steven Tuopeh is being charged as an adult. Isaiah M.K. Kalebu, a 23-year-old man with a history of mental illness, was arrested in the stabbing Friday night and was scheduled to have a bail hearing at the King County Jail on Saturday afternoon. Earlier this month, he was out on bail pending trial on charges that he threatened to kill his mother last year. After a suspicious fire at his aunt's home killed two people, prosecutors asked King County Superior Court Judge Brian Gain to remand Kalebu to custody. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) St. Louis native stabbed to death in Seattle A St. Louis native is dead after being stabbed to death in Seattle. The woman's family is grieving while police search for her killer. Investigators say 36-year-old Teresa Butz and her "partner" girlfriend were sleeping Sunday morning inside their Seattle home when a man entered the home and attacked them. Both of the victims were shot before they ran out into the street, where Butz died. Her girlfriend survived but was hospitalized. Police do not believe Teresa Butz or her girlfriend knew their attacker. |
Serial nigger Jerome Barrett found guilty of (rape) murder of 9-year-old White girl scout Marcia Trimble  A Nashville jury has finally convicted Jerome Barrett of 2 counts of second-degree murder in the 1975 strangulation death of Girl Scout Marcia Trimble.
The 9-year-old disappeared while delivering Girl Scout cookies in her upscale Nashville neighborhood.
The now 62-year-old Barrett became a suspect in the case 11/2 years ago through DNA testing.
He is currently serving a life sentence for the 1975 rape and murder of a Vanderbilt University coed Sarah Des Prez. He faces 44 years in prison on each count in this case. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) Jury finds Nigger Barrett guilty of (rape) murder of White Vanderbilt University student Sarah Des Prez   Marcia Trimble's death came in the middle of a crime spree for the then-27-year-old Barrett. He killed just three weeks before Marcia Trimble went missing. All told, he has been charged with six crimes that happened in the early months of 1975. He was caught one night in March 1975, and he became the prime suspect in a string of sex crimes. But it was the DNA that told detectives who to arrest for the homicides. He killed Sarah Des Prez, a Vanderbilt University student. She probably was raped and suffocated there in her own apartment. Barrett's semen was in the bed, his skin under her fingernails. |
