Negro Charged With Raping 9-Year-Old  A Pleasant Ridge man has been charged with felony rape after an alleged attack on a 9-year-old child that dates back two years. Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office charged 43-year-old Timothy Hamilton on Tuesday afternoon in connection with an incident that occurred in the winter of 2007. An exact date of the abuse, which allegedly happened at the victim's home, is not known. Deputies say Hamilton confessed to the crime during a recorded interview. - (Newsroom) |
Cleveland negro accused of raping 11-year-old girl on her birthday Jimmie Jackson, 43, is accused of crawling through a window and raping an 11-year-old girl Nov. 16, 2002. Jackson, already in prison for raping a younger girl, was brought to the Cuyahoga County Jail this week to be arraigned on the new charges. Prosecutors say that Jackson crawled into the window on the 11-year-old's birthday and pulled off her shorts. She woke up and tried to get away, but he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her if she screamed, prosecutor's spokesman Ryan Miday said. He raped the girl and ran out. - (Newsroom) |
Negro arested in Southwest Philadelphia Sexual Assault of 10-year-old Boy Philadelphia police have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with the knifepoint sexual assault of a ten-year-old boy in Southwest Philadelphia. Police say Walter Vicks, 19, of the 1600 block of South 56th Street, abducted the ten-year-old as he was riding his bike, and took him, at knifepoint, to a home under renovation at 56th and Springfield. The boy eventually was able to get away from Vicks and call police: "Police responded just after 1:30, and they determined that he (the boy) had been sexually assaulted. He indicated that the perpetrator was inside the residence at that location." Vanore says Vicks was attempting to flee through the back of the house but was taken into custody after a brief struggle, in which he sustained minor injuries. Riviera Beach negro charged with raping 12-year-old boy A Riviera Beach man is in jail after neighbors found him having sex with a 12-year-old boy, West Palm Beach police reports show. This morning, a judge ordered Ricky Charles Jones, 50, held in lieu of $250,000 bond. He is charged with lewd or lascivious battery on a child under 16. Three people told West Palm Beach police they were walking north along the Florida East Coast Railway tracks, near Pinewood Avenue, at about 3 p.m. Sunday when they saw Jones and the youngster in the back yard of a nearby home. Black wanted criminal kills 3 White police officers, wounds 4th in Oakland  OAKLAND, Calif. – Authorities in Oakland say suspect Lovelle Mixon was slain in a gunfight with police in which two officers were killed Saturday. Police said another officer was fatally shot earlier in the day and a fourth was gravely wounded after the two of them pulled Mixon over for a traffic stop. Four Oakland police officers were shot in the line of duty Saturday on the streets of Oakland in two separate shootings. Three have died and the forth is clinging to life. Never in the history of any Bay Area police department have so many officers been killed on the same day. Oakland's acting Police Chief Howard Jordan made the grim announcement just after 9 p.m. Saturday. The officers have been identified as 41-year-old John Hege, 40-year-old Mark Dunakin, 43-year-old Ervin Romansa and 35-year-old Daniel Sakai. Hege and Dunakin were traffic cops. Romansa and Sakai were members of the SWAT team. Hege is the officer that remains clinging to life late Saturday. Dunakin, Romansa and Sakai were declared dead. A fifth officer suffered a minor injury in the apartment building. He was treated and released Saturday. The killer was Lovell Mixon, 27, from Oakland. 4th White cop dies; black parolee wanted to avoid prison Oakland -- A fourth Oakland police officer was pronounced dead Sunday in the wake of a shooting rampage by a 26-year-old parolee who, according to family members, knew he was a wanted man and did not want to go back to prison. John Hege, 41, was declared brain dead Sunday morning at Highland Hospital in Oakland and remained on life support to preserve his organs for donation. According to authorities, Lovelle Mixon used a semiautomatic pistol to shoot and kill Hege and Sgt. Mark Dunakin, 40, two motorcycle officers who pulled him over during a routine traffic stop in East Oakland. Less than two hours later, Mixon, who was holed up in his sister's nearby apartment, opened fire with an AK-47 assault rifle, killing SWAT team sergeants Ervin Romans, 43, and Daniel Sakai, 35. Another SWAT team officer, Sgt. Pat Gonzales, was grazed by gunfire and was then treated for his injuries and released. Black accused in TV anchor death appears in 2nd rape case   The man accused of killing an Arkansas television anchorwoman has pleaded not guilty in a separate rape and burglary case in his hometown of Marianna. Curtis Lavelle Vance arrived at the Lee County Courthouse Thursday wearing a bullet-resistant vest and escorted by six police officers. In a brief hearing, Circuit Judge Ann B. Hudson accepted the plea and set trial for July 27. Little Rock police detectives say a DNA sample from the crime scene of TV anchorwoman Anne Pressley's slaying last year linked Vance to her killing and the Marianna attack. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |
2 White women sexually assaulted in home invasion by two blacks Orlando Police are investigating a home invasion robbery and sexual assault of two women inside a MetroWest apartment overnight. Just after 3 a.m. two black males armed with handguns entered the victim’s home at the Summit Apartments on MetroWest Boulevard. Once inside, the suspects secured a male occupant before going into a bedroom occupied by two white females. The suspects demanded the victims’ property, then ordered the two women into the living room. While one suspect rummaged through the apartment, the other sexually assaulted both women.

Black NOPD officer made women undress in their homes NEW ORLEANS -- The man who investigators said was impersonating a police officer, entering homes and demanding drugs and cash, is in fact an officer with the New Orleans Police Departmen. Police have arrested Darrius Clipps, a one-year veteran of the force, in connection with three assaults in the Mid-City area. He has been charged with two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated burglary and one count of sexual battery, Police Superintendent Warren Riley said."The community should be alarmed by this, and highly disappointed, just like we are," Riley said. "We want to assure the public that this is a highly unusual circumstance."Detectives have said a man dressed in a dark blue uniform-like shirt was knocking on doors and entering homes. In at least two of the cases, he asked victims -- men and women -- to take off their clothes. He also demanded drugs and money.
