13-year-old gang raped by 6 blacks - Third black booked  A third man has been booked for the rape of a 13-year-old girl from Lacombe after meeting up with two men she met on a telephone party line, St. Bernard Sheriff Jack Stephens said in a statement. Louis Ceaser Jr., 35, Chalmette, is being held in the parish prison in lieu of a $200,000 on an aggravated rape charge after being identified by the girl. Police arrested two Meraux men, Cornell “Duke” Young and Gabriel Nelson on aggravated rape charges, police said. Both are still in parish prison in lieu of $200,000 bonds, police said. The girl claimed as many as six men raped her in a Chalmette apartment, as detectives are continuing to try and identify other suspects. - (Newsroom) |
Charlotte black accused in four '90s rapes in neighborhood A man who police say broke into women's Myers Park homes at night and raped them has been arrested, a break in some cases nearly 20 years old. Gilbert McNair was charged with four counts of rape between 1990 and 1997. The victims, between 21 and 28, told officers McNair entered their homes and attacked them. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police and the State Bureau of Investigation collected DNA from each of the victims and determined that it was from the same man – but they didn't know who it was. - (Newsroom) |
Black indicted for laundromat rape-murder, 2 other rapes WHITE PLAINS - A Westchester grand jury indicted a Yonkers man today on charges that he raped and murdered a woman at a Yonkers laundromat last month, the Westchester County District Attorney's office said. The grand jury also indicted 31-year-old Walter Maddox in connection with two other brutal rapes in Yonkers last summer. Maddox is accused of the Dec. 8 slaying of Roberta Galicia-Lagos inside the Yonkers Laundromat where she worked part-time cleaning the business early in the morning. - (Newsroom) |
U.K. Three blacks jailed for caustic soda rape of 16-year-old girl Three men have been jailed for raping a 16-year-old girl in an attack in which caustic soda was thrown on her. The girl, who has learning difficulties, was lured into a north London flat and repeatedly raped. Rogel McMorris, 18, from Tottenham, north London, was jailed for nine years for rape and grievous bodily harm. Jason Brew, 19, from Tottenham, was jailed for six years and Hector Muaimba, 20, from Walthamstow, was given eight years for rape and robbery. - (Newsroom) - (UK) |
Beach police arrest five blacks in Sept. home invasion, rape, shooting    Virginia Beach police said Friday they have arrested five men in connection with a rape and shooting at an apartment complex. Antwone Jackson, Kevin Marshall, Richard Richardson Jr. and Lennie Tate. The attack happened about 11 p.m. Sept. 10 in the Pembroke Lakes Apartments. At that time that three men with guns forced their way inside, attacked a man and sexually assaulted two women. When a juvenile arrived at the apartment the attackers fled, police said, and shot the juvenile. Black Man Accused Of Raping Boy Last Summer An Evendale man is being held on $750,000 bond after being accused of sexually assaulting a boy last summer. Prosecutors said Ricky Mansfield raped the 7-year-old boy in June. Mansfield and the boy knew each other. Court documents indicate that the alleged rape was discovered when a doctor treated the boy for unspecified injuries. - (Newsroom) |
Cleveland woman pleads insanity in drowning deaths of daughters Amber C. Hill, a 23-year-old Cleveland woman accused of drowning her two daughters in a bathtub Oct. 1, 2007, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity, and waived her right to a jury trial. A jury trial was to begin Tuesday. Cuyahoga Country Prosecutor Bill Mason is seeking the death penalty, so, without a jury, a three-judge panel must weigh the evidence. Hill was not offered a plea deal, prosecutor's spokesman Ryan Miday said Sunday. Africa: Court hears of Congo 'war crimes'  War crimes judges have begun hearing evidence against a militia commanded by former Democratic Republic of Congo Vice-President Jean-Pierre Bemba. His Movement for the Liberation of Congo intervened in a power struggle in neighbouring Central African Republic in 2002 and 2003. The International Criminal Court pre-trial hearings involve claims of murder and rape. Mr Bemba denies all charges. Black admits rapes, Oklahoma City police say A suspect has confessed to raping a shopper who was abducted at gunpoint outside Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City two days before Christmas, police. John Stepney Jr. 31, was arrested Thursday. Police reported he also confessed to sexually assaulting another woman Wednesday night and "stated he might have committed” a Jan. 5 sexual assault, but said he couldn’t remember. Police said the victim abducted at Penn Square Mall’s garage was forced into her own vehicle and sexually assaulted twice at different locations. Police said the attacker also used the victim’s card to take cash from two automated banking machines. - (Newsroom) |
Police Charge KC Black with Attempted Rape A 36-year-old Kansas City man has been arrested and charged with attempted rape. Frederick Gunn was charged on Jan. 10. Police were investigating a domestic argument Friday in an apartment at 3015 Paseo when a woman contacted them from another apartment saying Gunn had just tried to assault her. Black Employee charged with rape of wheelchair-bound woman in Nursing Home had criminal record A former nursing home employee charged with raping one of the residents has an extensive criminal record. Santonio McCoy, 33, had worked as a janitor and was charged on Thursday with forcible rape. The crime happened inside the Normandy Nursing Center on St. Charles Rock Road on December 21st. The suspect turned himself in two-and-a-half weeks after the crime. The 36-year-old female victim is bound to a wheelchair and suffers from cerebral palsy and seizures. Because the victim cannot communicate, the crime could've gone undetected if it hadn't been for another employee. - (Newsroom) |

Two men and one teen suspected in the gang rape of a lesbian in the San Francisco area have pleaded not guilty. They are accused of taunting a twenty-eight year old lesbian, repeatedly raping her and leaving her naked outside an abandoned apartment building in Richmond, California. The woman was attacked on December 13 as she got out of her car, which bore a rainbow sicker, a symbol of gay pride. The four alledgedly taunted the woman about being a lesbian, then one struck her with a blunt object as she crossed the street, instructed her to remove her clothing and raped her while the other men held her down.
