Black who killed White policeman was a cold-blooded violent criminal from age 10 In his first encounter with the criminal-justice system in 1991, Daniel Giddings was convicted of beating and robbing a mentally disabled man in his North Philadelphia neighborhood. Giddings was 10 years old. During the next seven years, Giddings was continuously in and out of juvenile institutions, where he was charged several times with assaulting staff, sending some to the hospital, according to court records.Details Released In Murder Of White Philadelphia Officer by feral black  Police said 30-year-old Officer Patrick McDonald was on a solo patrol when he pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation. A female driver and 27-year-old Daniel Giddings were inside of the vehicle, Captain James Clark said. When asked for his name, Clark said Giddings provided McDonald with a false identity. The suspect fled on foot when the officer asked him to exit the vehicle. Officer McDonald, an eight-year veteran of the force, called for backup and began pursuit of the suspect, catching up to him on the 2200 block of Colorado Street. During a physical altercation, Clark said Giddings pulled out a .45 caliber handgun and shot Officer McDonald several times. While the officer was on the ground, Giddings stood over him and fired several more rounds, police said. "This was clearly an assassination," Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey said. Officer McDonald was rushed to Temple University Hospital in a police cruiser and was pronounced dead at 2:08 p.m.  Giddings took a bike found on the street and fled the scene, but was quickly confronted by three responding highway patrol officers. Police said Giddings threw the bike at one officer and then exchanged gunfire with 35-year-old Officer Richard Bowes. Evil black stepmother tells cops icy bodies in freezer are her kids  Maryland (AP) -- A mother told police that child-sized human remains uncovered in her basement freezer were those of her two adopted daughters, and police believe that she is responsible for their deaths.
Police were investigating an abuse complaint Saturday when they discovered the remains encased in ice.
The mother told investigators that they had been in her southern Maryland home for at least seven months, and police said they are considering the case a homicide."We have reason to believe that's the two children in the freezer," Lt. Bobby Jones of Calvert County Sheriff's Office said Monday. "We believe that the mother, who adopted the two children, is responsible for it." - (Newsroom) |

Dark spanic serial rapist sentenced to 36 years to life KENT — A serial rapist accused of sexually assaulting two teenage sisters after tying up their mother in a Federal Way apartment nearly three years ago was sentenced this morning to 36 years to life in prison. Anthony Dias, 29, entered an Alford plea to several charges stemming from three separate incidents in King County in 2005, including the rape of the two girls and sexual assaults on four women. Black Parolee guilty of 1979 rape-murder in San Jose  A parolee is expected to be sent to prison for the rest of his life after being convicted of murdering a San Jose woman in 1979 in a case that went cold until DNA testing linked him to the crime, authorities said today.
Timothy William Brown, 56, was found guilty Thursday of raping and murdering Virginia Correa, 42, a mother of two who was attacked after dropping off a friend early Jan. 15, 1979.
A Santa Clara County jury convicted Brown of murder along with special circumstances of rape and kidnapping. - (Newsroom) |

Black fags on the down low - Raleigh teen accused of indecent liberties with two boys A Raleigh teen has been accused of committing sexual acts with two boys, both under age 10. Karlton Cheston, 17, of 1309 Highcourt Drive, Apt. 102, was charged with three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor and one count of first-degree statutory sexual offense. The victims of the sex offenses, which happened in August, were 7-year-old and 9-year-old boys who knew Cheston, according to the arrest warrant. Investigators said that Cheston performed oral sex on the 9-year-old victim. - (Newsroom) |

Deputies went to a woman's home on Sunday, she she told them she saw James Gilmore getting out of bed with the girl and pulling up his pants. Authorities in southern Oaxaca state said Saturday they have arrested a man who allegedly raped and killed a U.S. woman. 
Rep. Charles Rangel wrote six checks for about $10,800 in back taxes, and then penned an open letter to New Yorkers Friday, saying he has done nothing dishonorable and is the target of a Republican "guerrilla war." Rangel, the senior member of the New York congressional delegation, has faced a string of embarrassing revelations - he didn't pay taxes on rental income for a beach house in the Dominican Republic; he used three rent-stabilized apartments in New York City, including one for a campaign office; he used his congressional stationery to solicit private donations to a college center named after him.
