Another illegal Mexican faces deportation after juvenile rape conviction A Mexican national faces deportation following his conviction last week for raping a juvenile under the age of 16, authorities said. Agents with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Victor Gonzales-Ferreira, 23, on Tuesday when he was released from the Sussex Correctional Institution and placed him into removal proceedings. Gonzales-Ferreira, a citizen of Mexico, was in the country illegally. He was arrested by state police on July 30 on seven counts of rape, sexual intercourse with a juvenile. Gonzales-Ferreira was convicted Sept. 4 of rape in Kent County Superior Court. Under federal law, Gonzales-Ferreira is considered an aggravated felon because the crime he was convicted of involves the rape and sexual abuse of a minor, Gilhooly said. “Identifying and removing criminal aliens is one of the keys to protecting national security and promoting public safety in Delaware and throughout the country,” said Thomas Decker, field office direction for the agency’s Office of Detention and Removal in Philadelphia. “Over the last few years, we have intensified our efforts and made great progress in identifying aliens being held in U.S. correctional facilities to ensure they are not released back into our communities,” Decker said. Gonzales-Ferreira was issued a Final Administrative Removal Order on Tuesday and will be detained at the York County Prison in York, Pa., pending his deportation to Mexico. So far this year, the Philadelphia field office, which includes Delaware, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, has deported 4,538 illegal aliens, 2,210 of whom were convicted criminals. - (Newsroom) - (Invasion!) |

The woman and the teenagers delivered emotional victim impact statements yesterday in Suffolk Superior Court, where 30-year-old Eric Morale pleaded guilty to 18 felony charges, including five rape charges, five counts of kidnapping, and five armed robbery charges, in a plea agreement with Suffolk County prosecutors. Black suspect in James City shootout also faces robbery, rape charges A man who was arrested after trading gunfire with officers from several agencies also faces charges in connection with several abductions and robberies in the Williamsburg area. Charles Bartlett, Jr., 44, was taken into custody following a 45-minute foot and vehicle chase with police. Shortly after 11 a.m. Thursday, a man with a gun approached two women in the parking lot at a Shell gas station on Richmond Road and tried to steal their car. He hit one woman in the face with the gun. Bartlett is a convicted violent sex offender. - (Newsroom) |
Black Charged With Rape in Plattsburgh Plattsburgh City Police were called out to Court Street around 5:30 Friday morning for a report of a break-in and rape. When officers arrived, they received a denoscription of the suspect. The college aged 'famale', who was reportedly raped, was taken to CVPH for treatment. Investigators found evidence near the scene and were able to identify the suspect, 30 year old Gregory Holland of Plattsburgh. Holland provided details allegedly linking him to the unlawful entry and subsequent rape of the victim. Holland was arrested and charged with rape and burglary, both are felony charges. - (Newsroom) |
Homeless Negoid-featured man charged in Woodstock rape A homeless man was charged with sexually assaulting a woman in a laundromat last week, police said. Jeffrey A. Cole, 25, was charged with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated unlawful restraint, and one count of burglary. Police said the rape occurred at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 5. The victim reported the crime to Woodstock police on Tuesday. Police said Cole approached a woman with what appeared to be a handgun and forced her into a bathroom where he sexually assaulted her. - (Newsroom) |

Black accused of raping a 19-year-old mentally disabled man The man accused of raping a 19-year-old mentally disabled man in a Miller Park bathroom will appear in court next month to possibly settle his case. Gyasi Terran, 24, appeared on Aug. 26 in front of Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge. Terran was arrested on suspicion of raping the teen in the early morning hours of June 4. An awkward sexual encounter ensued between the two, beginning with the promise of a cigarette, according to police interviews and reports. - (Newsroom) |
Eric 'Big Willie' Wilson guilty of rape CLEVELAND -- A jury today found Eric "Big Willie" Wilson guilty of gross sexual imposition, four counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping in the rape of a woman in 2004. He will be sentenced at 3:30 today to up to 65 years in prison. That will be in addition to his previous sentence of 35 years for his part in the death of 12-year-old Asteve "Cookie" Thomas in September. Black to appear in court in attempted assassination of White police officer   The man who Omaha police said shot officer Paul Latschar will appear in court Friday. Corey T. Allen, 30, faces attempted first-degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony and possession of a weapon by a felon. Allen's criminal history includes 20 separate entries. He has served two state prison terms and one stint in a federal penitentiary. Meanwhile, surgeons said Latschar's condition continues to improve. The eight-year veteran was sitting up and talking Thursday. Creighton University surgeons narrowly saved Latschar's life after a gang member shot him multiple times Wednesday night. Black teen raped a 6-year-old girl A teenager has turned himself in to police after DNA testing allegedly shows he raped a 6 year-old girl who lives near him. According to Colerain Township Police, 18 year-old Daniel Watkins turned himself in at the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
The case dates back to late March of this year. Watkins denied touching the girl, but willingly submitted his DNA for testing. His DNA reportedly matched DNA found on the victim's body. - (Newsroom) |
Police: Black "Taser man" accused of indecency with a child Police said they were forced to use a stun gun to subdue a registered sex offender after he allegedly inappropriately touched a child and then took off his clothes at Vandergriff Park in Arlington. The incident began after Troy Lee Smith III, 41, allegedly touched a four-year-old child's groin through the child's clothes. Parents told authorities that they pushed Smith away from their child, which was when they said he took off his clothes in front of them and their child. - (Newsroom) |
Dark Church Leader Charged With 30 Child Sex Crimes - raped 5-year-old  OAK HARBOR, Wash. -- A babysitter and Oak Harbor church leader was charged with 30 counts of sexual assault against children, according to charging documents. Nathan Martinez, 21, was a youth leader who taught Sunday school and helped children learn dance routines at the Living Faith Christian Center Church. Documents showed that Martinez is charged with 10 separate counts of first-degree child rape against a 5-year-old, 19 counts of child molestation and one count of attempted child molestation. The victims' ages range from 3 to 13 years and included both boys and girls. - (Newsroom) |

The woman who was convicted in 2006 of child endangerment in the deaths of her three children will be free Tuesday. Amanda Hamm, 32, is set to be released from Dwight Correctional Center in Tuesday morning. Hamm's (black) boyfriend, Maurice LaGrone Jr. was convicted in 2006 of first-degree murder in the deaths of Hamm's children. Hamm will be on parole for the next two years. 
Police said inside the bag the attacker had a hammer. He used the boy as a decoy, has him take a seat and then reaches in the bag one more time, pulls a hammer out and attacks the victim. "This is where he sits the boy down and reaches into the bag and starts to assault the victim," the detective said. Detectives said the attacker viciously beat the man who was sleeping, taking the subway on the way home from work. 
The Guatemalan man accused of kidnapping, robbing and raping a woman in June is continuing to be held without bail following his arraignment yesterday.
