Black Air Force colonel gets prison time, discharge for indecent assault, larceny Texas (AP) - An Air Force colonel was sentenced to nine years in prison Thursday and kicked out of the military for assaulting a woman, misusing his government travel card and other crimes at Sheppard Air Force Base. Col. Samuel Lofton III faced 140 years in prison after being convicted of 34 counts, including indecent assault, larceny, being absent without leave and conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.
One woman testified that Col. Samuel Lofton III forcibly kissed her and put her hand on his genitals and another time raped her, each time after everyone had gone home for the day.
She said after Lofton raped her, he asked whether he could keep her pantyhose as a souvenir.. - (Newsroom) |
Rwandan national convicted of raping woman at library and buggering impaired teenage boy A Rwandan national convicted of assaulting a woman at the University of Toledo library and a mentally impaired teenage boy at the Anne Grady Center was sentenced yesterday to seven years and 10 months in prison. Valentin Havugiyaremye, 38, of 1931 Scottwood Ave., Apt. E-508, was found guilty June 12 by a Lucas County Common Pleas Court jury on two counts of gross sexual imposition and one of rape. White NC Student Was Kidnapped, Robbed, Sexually assaulted and Shot by Blacks  Despite strong objections by defense attorneys, Superior Court Judge R. Allen Baddour released six warrants that helped police arrest Laurence Lovette, 17, and Demario Atwater, 22. Both are charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Eve Carson, the former student body president at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. One warrant said a confidential informant told police that Lovette and Atwater entered Carson's home through an open door, took her and her vehicle to an ATM, and used her pin to withdraw $1,400 from her bank account. Carson was shot multiple times by Lovette and was later shot by Atwater. Pack of black teens beat homeless White man to death Police continued to search Friday for a group of teenagers who beat a homeless man to death on a street as passersby slowed to watch, Anthony Waters, 42, suffered a lacerated spleen and broken ribs and died at Cleveland MetroHealth Medical Center after the attack Wednesday night. The young attackers were described as black teenagers possibly as young as 13 or as old as 18. Stacho estimated their ages at between 15 and 17. Black allegedly shot and killed his ex-wife in front of their 11-year-old daughter at a YMCA  The man who police say shot and killed his ex-wife in front of their children at a Montclair YMCA swim class Thursday night, remains at large this morning. Montclair Deputy Police Chief Perry Mayers said the killer, Kenneth Anton Duckett, 37, the father of the dead woman's two children, fled the scene and was last seen in a white jeep. The woman -- Montclair resident Monica Paul, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene. | UK: Tall black serial sheep rapist strikes six times - raped two to death ANIMAL charities and farm workers have condemned a spate of sick animal attacks which are believed to have left two sheep dead. Over recent months, the Times has heard reports of a tall black man sexually assaulting sheep in Chislehurst but it wasn't until last week that witnesses formally reported it to police. The attacks happened in and around Tongs Farm in Botany Bay Lane, six times between March and June and vary in time from 3 to 8pm. Last Monday at 7.20pm, two shocked joggers saw a man sexually assaulting a sheep in a field before he ran off leaving some grey jogging bottoms at the scene. They first became suspicious when they spotted him pulling up his trousers and pulling down his black polo top as he stood near a sheep that was lying on the ground. Believing him to have had sexual contact with the sheep, they alerted a National Trust warden who arrived at the same time as the farmer who helped the sheep to its feet and discovered a discarded jogging bottoms. Stable girl Chloe Williams, 18, witnessed another incident on May 16. She said: "I saw him in broad daylight. Police searching for black child rapist who posed as police officer Police are searching for a man accused of posing as a police officer and sexually assaulting a young girl. According to officials, between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., on June 9, two 12-year-olds who called each other boyfriend and girlfriend were at Colonial Drive Park. The two victims were approached by an armed man riding a blue bicycle, who identified himself as Officer Jones. Officials said the suspect ordered the victims to the ground. The suspect told the kids that they were trespassing in the park after dark. The victim's boyfriend said he would be punished by his mother if he got in trouble. The suspect told the boyfriend he would give him a break and to go home. When the boy left, the suspect sexually assaulted the young girl. - (Newsroom) |
Black Father Leads Police to Burnt Bodies of 2 Missing Kids The father of two missing children has led investigators to the children's charred remains. Police found the remains of Randy Sylvester Jr., 7, and his sister Denim Sylvester, 3, packed in a wooden chest and a suitcase and left in a wooded area in southeastern Houston, about 5 miles from their home in suburban Pasadena. (AHN) -- A "mildly retarded" South Carolina negro was executed Friday night despite efforts to thwart the death sentence due to his dull mental capacity. James Earl Reed, 49, was put to death by electrocution for the 1994 murders of Joseph and Barbara Lafayette, who were the parents of an ex-girlfriend. Police arrest black lesbians for 'torturing' boy, 5 The boy's mother, 24-year-old Starkeisha Brown, and her live-in friend, 19-year-old Krystal Matthews, inflicted "unbearable physical and psychological abuse" on the child, who was hospitalized Monday.The chief says the women routinely tortured the boy by beating and starving him. He also says the child was forced to sit in his own urine and forced to place his hands on a hot stove. He also has cigarette burns on his body. The boy's medical condition remains guarded.

Black Thug in attack on white school teacher nailed and linked to six more robberies  The cowardly punk who punched a 62-year-old Catholic school teacher in the face and stole her purse was arrested Friday - and promptly linked to six other robberies, police said. Eric Ferguson, 18, ambushed Patricia McGowan outside the Good Shepherd School in Brooklyn. Surveillance video captured the mugger attacking her from behind and pushing her through a metal gate topped with a cross before running off with her bag. McGowan, who has taught at the school for 43 years, suffered bad bruises on the left side of her face. Her left eye was blackened and bloodshot, and her left cheek was swollen and purple from her eye to her jaw. The sickening attack triggered a massive search for Ferguson, a juvenile delinquent facing charges for as many as four purse snatchings and two Chinese-food delivery robberies, including one in which the deliveryman was stabbed, police said. - (Newsroom) - (Black-on-white) |

With poise and precision, the 24-year-old woman told jurors this week about being raped repeatedly, scalded with boiling water and slashed across her eyelids during 19 unthinkable hours in her Upper Manhattan apartment. She paused to compose herself once, briefly, during six hours of testimony that made some jurors dab at their eyes. The resolute, clear-thinking woman on the witness stand had shown the same traits during her ordeal. She memorized details about her black torturer Robert Williams while trying to elicit his empathy — even asking about his taste in music — and trying to convince him she wouldn't identify him to authorities.
