With poise and precision, the 24-year-old woman told jurors this week about being raped repeatedly, scalded with boiling water and slashed across her eyelids during 19 unthinkable hours in her Upper Manhattan apartment. She paused to compose herself once, briefly, during six hours of testimony that made some jurors dab at their eyes. The resolute, clear-thinking woman on the witness stand had shown the same traits during her ordeal. She memorized details about her black torturer Robert Williams while trying to elicit his empathy — even asking about his taste in music — and trying to convince him she wouldn't identify him to authorities. Casiano Aparicio-Juarez rapes woman, kidnaps her sons A Raleigh man is accused of raping a woman and kidnapping her two young sons, according to arrest warrants. Casiano Aparicio-Juarez, 22, faces charges of second-degree rape and second-degree kidnapping. Aparicio-Juarez raped the victim in front of her two sons, ages seven and two, according the arrest warrants. He then locked the family in a room and kept them there for three three days. Aparicio-Juarez was arrested Friday. - (Newsroom) |

| South African Stanley Tirizai Mabona kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old American tourist girl A Johannesburg High Court judge said Stanley Tirizai Mabona, 22, of Pimville, Soweto, had shamed his country - and then sentenced him to an effective 18 years in jail for the multiple rape and robbery of a 14-year-old American girl. The girl was in the country for only three days with her mother and other Americans to teach about the dangers of HIV and Aids when Mabona kidnapped her from a group of friends on June 20 last year. They were returning from a party that night when Mabona and his friend Derrick Mabaso pounced. Mabaso later turned state witness. Mabona, who was carrying an object resembling a firearm, then took the girl to a disused golf course in Pimville where he raped her. Afterwards, he took her to his family's house where he raped her again in the presence of his retarded brother. Black arrested in death of White man, 69 shot in the head in his home   Wilbur Lee West was buried the same afternoon that deputies released the name of the man they charged in his murder. While the arrest of Alphonso Lamont Destin eases some of the concerns in the community and the church that West devoted his life to, many are still angry and frightened that this could happen in Lynch Station. “It doesn’t change the hurt,” said the Rev. Rick Dellinger, of Lynch Station Baptist Church. “It doesn’t change the pain. It’s good, but it doesn’t change anything. We still have questions and wonder why. It’s senseless.” West, 69, was found shot in the head at his home at 281 Leewood Rd. Black Registered Sex Offender Charged In Rape of Girl, 10 TAMPA - A registered sexual offender released from prison in November was arrested Sunday on a charge of raping a 10-year-old girl. Byron Simmons, 29, was arrested just before 4 a.m. Sunday and charged with sexual battery of a child less than 12 years old. Simmons, 2404 N. 11th St., Tampa, picked up the victim from her home and drove her to Copeland Park on North 15th Street at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday. At his arraignment Jerwayne Hunter, 25, a traveling magazine salesman, pleaded not guilty to charges of child enticement, accosting, assault and battery, and peddling without a license. The girl told police she was riding her bike home from Dick & June's and was on a path behind the Stop & Shop on Elliott Street when a man jumped out of the bushes, "firmly" grabbed her arm and asked, "Where's your license?" Authorities said advanced technology led them to James J. Hollis, who they said killed Mary Cook inside her Corwin Street home. . Cook’s body was discovered in her bedroom on July 21, 1990. Black Foster Father Admits To Raping Preteen Girls CINCINNATI -- A Lincoln Heights foster father admitted to raping several preteen girls and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Michael Chinn, 41, could have faced life in prison if convicted on all 24 counts of rape and gross sexual imposition, and agreed to plead guilty to a total of 12 counts in exchange for a shorter sentence. Crazy black Jamaican migrant went on a suicidal shooting rampage inside a Wendy's restaurant Alburn Edward Blake, a 60-year-old Jamaican immigrant, went into a Wendy’s Restaurant in West Palm Beach this week and began firing shots indiscriminately around the dining area. Police were searching Friday night for a man they believe set a fire in an apartment to escape a neighborhood crowd that chased him after a woman called out that he had sexually assaulted her daughter. Jeremy Dontae Craft, 21, is considered armed and dangerous, The man ran into an apartment and barricaded himself inside, Henderson said. "Craft then set the apartment on fire as a distraction in order to escape the mob that was after him," Henderson said. The witnesses said they heard a loud noise, and the windows of the apartment were blown out by a fiery blast. 
The arraignment for a Dublin doctor arrested on charges that he took hundreds of pictures of unconscious, semi-nude patients was continued until Monday.
