  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says a man wanted for sex abuse and rape is so dangerous, citizens should immediately contact police if they have any information about his whereabouts.. Police say Jose Francisco-Francisco forcefully raped a 15-year-old girl at a labor camp in Cornelius and threatened to kill her if she told anyone. The victim became pregnant as a result of the rape. Witnesses say while Francisco-Francisco was in jail on another charge, he admitted to the rape via telephone calls. Francisco-Francisco speaks Spanish and a Guatemalan dialect known as Akateko. He is known to frequent farming labor camps and is believed to be trafficking illegal immigrants from Guatemala into Oregon.

  A 25-year-old man is charged with second-degree rape, a felony, accused of having an ongoing sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl, police said today. Maximo C. Marin of Kent was arrested yesterday and being held in jail on $25,000 bail. Police said Marin and the girl knew each other when they lived in Ecuador. The investigation began this week after the girl's father went to check on her in the early morning and she was not in her room. Police said the relationship was ongoing for several months. Second-degree rape is charged when a person 18 or older has sex with someone under 15. Police said that they were uncertain of Marin's immigration status.

New Zealand: Kahui gets at least 16 years in prison for brutal rape
Roger Kahui has been jailed for at least 16 years for the brutal rape of a woman in her home. The judge told him he was a danger to society before sentencing him to preventative detention. Kahui, who is a relative of twins double murder accused Chris Kahui, already has over 130 convictions. In June last year Kahui knocked on the door of a 37-year-old woman's Pukekohe home, and asked to use the phone. Police suspect he'd been stalking her.   A former pastor at Walnut Grove Baptist Church has been indicted by a Grand Jury on multiple sexual assault charges. Steve Haney could face up to 24 years in prison for one count of rape and two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. Haney, 47, was arrested on July 12, 2007, for events that allegedly occurred between September 1, 2001 and December 31, 2006. The victim claims that Haney lured him into performing sex acts at the church study and other locations, beginning when he was 15-years old.

Investigators say the driver who was at fault in a serious crash that killed one person and injured three others on Interstate 275 in St. Petersburg was running from police when the crash happened. the driver who caused the crash— Charles Hicks—was involved in an aggravated assault against two St. Petersburg police officers before the accident happened. They say Hicks and his passenger, 32-year-old Marcus Tolbert, fled the scenes of the altercations in their green Ford Escort, drove the wrong way on I-275, and collided with a maroon Toyota Camry around 2:15 a.m. The crash left the Camry hanging over the edge of the ramp, and left the two people inside seriously injured. 17-year-old Mary Cornwell, who was behind the wheel and her brother, 22-year-old Steven Cornwell, were both taken to Bayfront Medical Center with serious injuries.
