 JENA, LA. — The beating victim in the “Jena Six” case has given an interview to a group that has been labeled as white supremacist, but his parents now say they feel duped. Richard Barrett, who described himself to a reporter as “pro-majority,” said he spent Wednesday evening with Justin Barker and his family. Barrett said his goal was to publicize Barker’s side of the story. Barker, who is white, was beaten last December at Jena High School, allegedly by six black teens. The charges filed in the case, including attempted murder and conspiracy, drew international attention and sparked a protest Thursday in Louisiana by tens of thousands of people from across the country who said the six teens were being persecuted because of their race. “People need to realize what is going on, speak up and speak their mind,” Barker told Barrett, editor of a publication called Nationalist. “I’ve got to work every day,” Barker said, “while the attackers sit there on a couch, or sit on some bench with sleeping-pants on. Something needs to be done. ”Robert Bailey (a “Jena Six”defendant) even posts a page on Myspace stuffing his mouth with hundred dollar bills he’s been sent,“ Barker said. Pictures showed Bailey with bills in his mouth, fanned in his hands and spread across his body. The Nationalist is a publication of the Nationalist Movement based in Learned, Miss. The organization, Barrett said, was started 20 years ago after a group formed to oppose people marching into all-white Forsythe County, Ga.

The ones who attacked me are getting money for beating me up. People are sending money for their defense, even though their lawyers are doing it for free, so they are getting free money. And, their mothers are now driving Jaguars, Mercedes and Envoys. They spend it as fast as they get it. It makes me upset and it makes me mad. Paying them for being criminals... So here I am with a bleeding ulcer, as a result of them kicking me after they knocked me unconscious. But, I'm feeling and trying to do better, now, and am coming back. I come from good stock. I've been listening to the ones supporting my attackers on the television saying that taking a swipe at Jena is just one more nail in the coffin of America. But, they don't know what God can do. Robert Bailey's myspace page has him laying on a bed covered in $100 bills captioned "pay day"$400,000 has been raised from people who care about the Jena 6 and the money is being spent Bell's mom is the NAACP chairman for Jena chapter. The 4 other moms are wanting some of that money too. Michael Bell has to answer for the probation violations too, I don't care IF Justin Barker Did call Michael Bell a NIGGER How often do you think he was called a CRACKER ASS. Its stupid words.

Tampa, Florida -- It's a year in jail for a mother found guilty of instigating a fight between her daughter and another girl on a school bus. Prosecutors say 26-year-old Shayla Muldrow boarded the bus back in March and told her 9-year-old daughter to "handle her business" against an alleged bully. Surveillance video caught the incident on tape. Muldrow says it was not her intention to start a fight, and she was just trying to teach her daughter to stand up for herself. When she gets out of jail, Muldrow must serve six months probation, go to anger-management class, perform 50 hours of community service and write a letter of apology to the bus driver. - (Newsroom) 
Dallas Police Homicide Detectives are seeking public assistance in locating Robert Sparks who is a suspect wanted for Capital Murder. An anonymous donor is offering an undisclosed reward amount for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Ms. Chare Agnew B/F/1-15-77, Raeqwon Agnew B/M//12-6-96, and Harold Sublet B/M/8-3-98, who were killed in a brutal attack. Today patrol officers received a 911 call regarding a possible stabbing in Dallas. Upon arrival patrol officers made entry into the residence and found the three family members murdered in their home. The officers also located two teenage girls bound and gagged in a closet of the residence. The girls were still alive.
The Oklahoma mother of a Kansas City girl known for years as "Precious Doe" pleaded guilty Thursday to second-degree murder in the death of the 3-year-old. Michelle Johnson, of Muskogee, Okla., also pleaded guilty to child endangerment, abandoning a corpse and tampering with evidence. Those charges involved not helping the child as she lay dying after allegedly being abused by the girl's stepfather Harrell Johnson,. Prosecutors said Johnson didn't seek help for young Erica Michelle Marie Green, who they said was dying after being kicked by her stepfather in a Kansas City home. - (Dark Crime forum) 
Police do not yet know where the 25-year-old suspect in Thursday's shooting of the Miami-Dade officers got his weapon. Shawn Sherwin Labeet was found hours later and 30 miles from the crime scene. Police said they shot and killed him after he refused to drop his firearm. On Friday, officers arrested four people accused of aiding Labeet. Alba Bello, 47; her son, Alain Gonzalez, 24; and Bello's boyfriend, Lazaro Guardiola, 35, were charged with accessory after the fact on suspicion of harboring the killer. Labeet's girlfriend, Renee Dangelo, 26, was charged with giving police false information. Later Friday, Labeet's brother, Shane Labeet, 32, was charged with aiding his brother's flight.
