Black Serial Rape Suspect Arrested in San Diego VACAVILLE, Calif. -- Police said a man who they believe has terrorized women for years is under arrest. Victor Lamar Davis Jr., 24, of Vacaville, was arrested in San Diego on Tuesday after Vacaville and San Rafael police obtained physical evidence linking him to a June 22 Elda Drive home invasion in which two women were bound and one of the women was sexually assaulted. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Nergo seventh-grader arrested in gang rape - police seek nine more  A 14-year-old was arrested in the June 18 gang rape of a woman in the Dunbar Village community. The boy's DNA was found in a condom left at the scene, according to the arrest report. His fingerprints were also at the scene, the arrest report stated. Avion Lawson, 14, is a seventh-grader who lives down the street from the victim in the public housing complex. The arrest report does not name the other suspects, but indicates there were 10 males in the house. Homeless negroid accused of raping a 14-year-old girl A homeless man accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in Manchester in May pleaded not guilty today to the crime in Superior Court in Hartford. Carlos Boscana, 46, had been living in a tent in the woods on Adams Street in Manchester when the incident happened. The girl got to Manchester, where police say she met Boscana and after nightfall, he sexually assaulted her in his tent. She was able to break free the next morning and made her way to a local business, where employees called police.
Boscana was found sleeping in the tent with a 4-inch steak knife inside a blanket, police said. |
African migrant raped his paralyzed patient in her own hospital bed  SEATTLE - A man who was accused of raping a paralyzed patient in her own hospital bed has been set free after a judge declared a mistrial due to a hung jury. Four jurors said there just isn't enough evidence to convict Lamin Darboe of the crime. One of the jurors said her gut feeling is Lamin Darboe is guilty, but based on the testimony and exhibits, she had to vote not guilty. Prosecutors insisted Darboe, a nursing assistant at Kindred Hospital, raped his own patient in her hospital bed. A stroke left the 32-year-old woman paralyzed and unable to speak. Darboe was responsible for her daily care, including sponge baths. While eight jurors said they would have found him guilty, four others could not be convinced. None of the jurors knew that this wasn't the first time Darboe was accused of a sex-related crime. The judge ruled his history inadmissible. In 2001, Darboe was charged with rape in Snohomish County. The case was dismissed. In 2003, another rape accusation, but Darboe was acquitted. And in 2002, Swedish Medical fired him for allegedly inappropriately touching a patient. The jury also didn't know that after Darboe was arrested, he fled the country to his native homeland of Gambia. Black migrant from Trinidad and Tobago arrested for serial rapes in NY  An athlete from Trinidad and Tobago, who was part of the relay team at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, has been arrested in New York, accused of being a serial rapist. Alvin Henry, 30, was reportedly held on Sunday, shortly after he allegedly raped a woman who police said was his fifth victim in four years. Investigators dubbed the suspect the Lover's Lane rapist, because the crimes were carried out in public parks and the victims were involved in intimate trysts shortly before the attacks. He was arrested at a park when an alleged victim saw him and called the police. Henry was arrested when police allegedly traced calls he made on a cell phone to a 15-year-old girl who was allegedly assaulted.
Investigators are said to have linked Henry to the June 26, 2003 rape of a 19-year-old at a Baisley Park in Jamaica, New York, the August 4 attempted rape of a woman at Roy Wilkens Park, Jamaica, and the assault, last April 27, of a 15-year-old girl in Prospect Park.
It was also reported that on June 11, Henry assaulted a 15-year-old girl and four days later, raped the girlfriend of a police officer. - (Newsroom) - (crime) - (Invasion!) |
Worthless negro teen car thief murdered 14-year-old disabled White girl  Ind. -- A man arrested in connection with last week's slaying of a Columbus girl stabbed her after she awoke while he was trying to steal car keys from an apartment, police said. Police said Demetrick D. Shepherd, 20, admitted on Sunday that he stabbed 14-year-old Chelsea Porter early Friday in an apartment where one of her friends lives. Police said Shepherd is acquainted with the son of a woman who lives at the apartment. According to a probable cause affidavit, Shepherd broke into the home -- where Porter was staying to help her friend's family with a birthday party -- with the intention of stealing keys to the woman's car. Porter, who was sleeping on a couch, woke up, and Shepherd stabbed her numerous times with a knife he took from the apartment's kitchen, police said. 75-year-old White man brutally murdered by beastial black - head bashed in - fingers cut off  Catherine Jacobson never knew she would live long enough to see this day. “No I really didn’t,” said the 81-year-old widow. “It was just such a surprise!” Her husband Leonard Jacobson was running the pro shop at Indian Shores Golf Club near Crosby on a sunny afternoon in August 1997 when he was brutally murdered inside. “This whole side of his head was beaten and dented,” Jacobson remembered about her husband’s body referring to the left side of her own skull. “Then they started here,” she continued motioning to her neck, “Then four fingers were gone.” She said detectives originally surmised Jacobson’s fingers were cut off as he held his hands up to protect his face. An anonymous tip in April led Harris County Sheriff’s deputies to 44-year-old Frank Daniel Johnson, a golfer himself. (like Tiger Woods) He is already locked up at the Harris County jail charged with breaking into his ex-wife’s house and beating her with a pipe wrench. MOUNT PLEASANT - A 15-year-old Pleasantville Cottage School resident charged with raping an 18-year-old female resident is a Guatemalan native with no known family ties in the United States who was found wandering the streets of New York City, police said.
