Jury convicts negro in rape, kidnapping case James Holland Jr. was convicted of repeatedly raping an Ypsilanti Township woman while she was blindfolded and later forcing her to drive to a bank machine at knifepoint to withdraw money. It marked the end of the second of seven criminal cases against Holland related to a 10-month Ypsilanti crime spree in 2005. Holland was convicted of six counts of criminal sexual conduct and one count each of home invasion, armed robbery and kidnapping. Prosecutors used Holland's confession and DNA evidence obtained from the blindfold to build their case against him.
Holland sat emotionless as the verdict was read. Sentencing is scheduled for July 31. Holland is set to go on trial July 30 in the rape of a tanning salon employee. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Phoenix negro gets five-plus decades for brutal rape of Tucson woman One year after breaking into a Tucson woman's house and repeatedly raping her, a 21-year-old Phoenix man was sentenced to 54 years in prison Friday. D'Andre Webb was arrested July 3 after Tucson police officers searching for a rape suspect near East Broadway and Park Avenue spotted him around 4:30 a.m. carrying items reported stolen by the rape victim, police said. The victim told police she was asleep when a man she didn't know broke in and assaulted her. Police said at the time that Webb, a convicted sex offender, had just been released from prison and was visiting family.

Two Negroes face 48 counts in downstate crime spree - White police deputy shot in face - Satanic paraphernalia    Two Chicago men were charged with a combined 48 counts, including attempted murder, for a crime spree that began with a traffic stop and ended with a sheriff's deputy shot in the face and a standoff in a central Illinois bank. William B. Thompson, 26, and Yusef Kareem Brown, 23, were arraigned separately. The charges stem from a daylong string of crimes last Thursday that began with a traffic stop on Interstate 57 and ended only after the shooting of Douglas County Chief Deputy Tommy Martin and a standoff in an Arcola bank.
Chicago police also were investigating the death of a man who owned the Infiniti driven during Thompson's and Brown's initial traffic stop. The car's owner, 40-year-old Arnie Graves, was found stabbed to death Thursday night in his condominium on Chicago's South Side. Primitive black rapist tied to 5 lovers' lane attacks A serial rapist wanted for attacking a woman in Brooklyn's Prospect Park has assaulted as many as four other victims including 15-year-old girl - grabbing them in lovers' lanes, police said yesterday. In one horrific case, the rapist told his victim that he had filmed her and her boyfriend as they had sex in Prospect Park. The rapist threatened to release the tape on the Internet if she didn't go quietly with him, police said. "He says to the victims that he may show photographs of them being involved with a male in the park, that he would make them public." The victims have described the suspect as a black man, between 38 and 40 years old, who is 5-feet-8 with a heavy build. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |

Trial begins for black security guard accused of murdering White student   MINOT, N.D. -- Prosecutors opened the trial of a former jailer and campus security guard Wednesday by saying that DNA under the fingernails of the college student he is accused of killing proves he committed the crime. Mindy Morgenstern, a 22-year-old Valley City State University student, was found in her off-campus apartment in September strangled with her own belt, stabbed with her kitchen knives and covered with cleaning fluid. Moe Gibbs, 34, is charged with murder in her death. The DNA, found on her shirt and under her fingernails, will help prosecutors prove that he killed her.
