Anti-hate groups, including the head of the Anti-Defamation League condemned the child-care home and called on state and county authorities to protect children from racial bigotry.

Breaking News: White judge and three others shot and killed by Black rape suspect gunman in court
Atalanta Georgia -- Judge shot and killed. Predator gunman is at large. Rape suspect takes gun from Deputy to shoot four persons. Judge and his Court Reporter have been confirmed deceased. All four victim are deceased (there is some controversy as to the fourth fatality). Swat team has surrounded the home of the suspect. Multiple vehicles have been hi-jacked after gunman flees from Courthouse. Denoscription has been provided by law enforcement. Brian Nichols black male, age 34, 210 pounds and is 6 feet 1 inch tall with thinning hair, brown eyes, black hair. Last seen wearing wearing dark pants.Victims have been taken to Grady Hospital.

  CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A week-long search for the man who kidnapped and raped a 16-year-old Olympic High School student last week ended early Friday morning when police arrested Eric Jason Washington. - (Rasp)

  CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Since police released Eric Jason Washington's picture Wednesday night, several people have called 911 and said they saw the wanted man. Washington, 37, is suspected of abducting and raping a 16-year-old Olympic High School student. Authorities think Washington might also be connected to two similar attacks at public bus stops on Jan. 29. He has been charged with five separate counts of rape, kidnapping and sexual assault.
