| UK: Black illegal Jamaican migrant gets four-years for trying to rape a 14-year-old girl in a cemetery AN ILLEGAL immigrant has been jailed for four years after trying to rape a 14-year-old girl in a Huddersfield cemetery. Judge Roger Scott told Jamaican O'Neill Clarke, 29, that the only reason the shocking lunchtime attack had not ended in a rape was the struggle put up by the girl. Clarke, put his hand inside the girl's knickers and under her bra, then said he wanted to have sex with her. The girl later described how there had been a "see-saw battle", with Clarke pulling her trousers down and her pulling them back up. Clarke again said he wanted to have sex with her, but the girl repeated that she was only 14. Semen recovered from the girl's clothing matched Clarke's DNA. |
Men Face Judge In Home Invasion and Gang Rape of 13-year-old Girl - then set her on fire   Two men face a judge in a preliminary examination on Wednesday for allegedly attacking a teenage girl during a home invasion. Ronald Kinney, 18, and Andres Montgomery, 25, were
charged last month with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, home invasion and
assault with intent to do great bodily harm. Police said Kinney and Montgomery entered through an open door at a home where a 13-year-old
girl was sleeping. The two men allegedly raped the teen and set her hair afire before leaving the
home with the girl's computer, police said. |

Parents Arrested for Child Neglect - accused of locking up their adopted teen son in a cage Florida - a local couple Wilson and Brenda Sullivan are under arrest, accused of locking up their adopted teen son in
a cage.
Dr. Bruce McIntosh with the Children's Crisis Center evaluated the children's medical records.
He says the teen is suffering from psychosocial dwarfism and starvation.
The couple have at least three adopted children.

Religious news: Suspect charged in robbery of 3 during Mass at Lauderdale church FORT LAUDERDALE – Police said they have one of two bandits behind bars who robbed several praying parishioners at gunpoint at St. Anthony Catholic Church late last year. The suspect, Jason Taylor, 24, has been held in jail on unrelated trespass and marijuana possession charges.
Taylor has been charged with three counts of armed robbery with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and armed burglary at the church's morning Mass last Nov. 22 . Detectives said the gunmen assaulted three parishioners and stole their wallets

Man Executed For 1987 Cincy Rape and Murder  A murderer who said a brain abnormality may have affected his behavior when he stabbed then raped a bleeding woman was executed Tuesday after courts decided tests did not prove brain damage. William H. Smith, 47, died by injection at 10:19 a.m. at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility for the death of Mary Bradford, whom he met at a bar in 1987. |

Md. Inmate Charged With Strangling Convict  An inmate who killed his cellmate a year ago and warned a judge he might kill again was indicted Monday on charges of strangling a 20-year-old convict aboard a prison bus. Kevin G. Johns Jr., 22, could get the death penalty in the killing last month of Philip Eugene Parker Jr. He was strangled aboard a bus carrying five armed guards and 35 prisoners in handcuffs and leg irons.
A day before the killing, Johns told a judge that he would kill again unless he got psychiatric help. |
Negro parking garage robbers awarded with free room and board for leaving a White man paralyzed for life    The image of Michael Lahoff in a hospital bed detailing how his life was destroyed by a street robber's bullet brought many people in the courtroom to tears. The two men convicted of paralyzing Lahoff in a parking garage sat stone-faced, though, until the Judge announced their punishment. Triggerman Marty Allen Armstrong, 21, cried as the judge sentenced him to 25 to 50 years in prison for what the judge called a "horrendous, vicious and senseless crime."
