| Son of Oakland City Council President Ignacio De La Fuente pleaded not guilty to rape charges. OAKLAND, Calif. - The son of Oakland City Council President Ignacio De La Fuente pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to rape charges. Prosecutors say De La Fuente Jr. attacked a 15-year-old girl April 16 and a 21-year-old woman Aug. 25. He also faces enhancements accusing him of kidnapping the girl and assaulting multiple victims. DNA Evidence Leads to Arrest in 1997 Rape Case  Berkeley, California – Berkeley Police Department’s Sex Crimes Detail arrested Paul Mitchell of Berkeley for rape and sexual assault stemming from a 1997 case. In the early morning hours of May 18th 1997 a 39 year old female was asleep in her apartment located in the 1900 block of El Dorado Avenue in Berkeley. The suspect broke into her apartment where he pinned the victim to her bed, covered her head and threatened her with a gun. He then sexually assaulted her multiple times and raped her before fleeing. - (-88-) |

Both of these DVDs (compilations of indeed real street fights caught on camera) were released well over three years ago. Fact of the matter is, I own both DVDs, and that footage is far easier to discern on a television screen. Long story short: That's footage of a mob of black folks beating to death a BLACK woman.......hard to imagine, eh? She has light skin, but the DVD footage (unlike the grainy footage on that website) clearly shows her to be a black woman. Gay AIDS-infected Mexican wins entry to Asylum USA  Activist San Francisco Federal court has ruled that a gay Mexican with Aids is eligible for asylum because of the danger of persecution in his home country. The appeals court in San Francisco overturned earlier rulings by immigration courts. The three-judge panel said Jose Boer-Sedano, 45, would probably face further abuse in Mexico and have difficulty getting Aids treatment. He claimed to have been forced to perform sex acts by a police officer. He said he had been shunned by his family. | Second ‘cold hit’ rape case taken off ice - Jose Luis Rivera Villeda, 23, connected to a once-dormant rape case Jose Luis Rivera Villeda accosted a young woman Halloween night 1999 as she left a party and forced her to drive a mile to Menlo Park. The woman reported being raped and said her attacker stole her necklace and several compact discs before fleeing. The case remained unsolved until Villeda was convicted in 2003 for attempted rape and robbery. Villeda’s blood was drawn at the time of his incarceration and his genetic profile eventually matched to seminal fluid samples taken after the 1999 sexual assault. |

Police Arrest Final Suspect In 'Bee' Carrier Beating Sacramento police have arrested the fifth and final suspect in last weekend's beating of a Sacramento Bee newspaper carrier. Roy George, 23, was arrested at the Smoketree Apartments and charged with attempted robbery, attempted car jacking and elder abuse. Four juveniles were arrested on Wednesday night for the attack on 74-year-old Fred Bentley as he delivered papers in the Del Paso Heights area. Ramirez To Be Charged With Officer's Shooting Death Irving Ramirez will be formally charged for the shooting death of San Leandro Police Officer Dan Niemi, who was shot while on patrol. His family say they're demanding justice. Neimi's brother said the voice of victims must be heard. Niemi's widow Dionne Niemi expressed gratitude to the people who helped police catch her husband's alleged killer. . The Zebra Killings - A Forgotten Hate Crime  The Zebra Killings occurred in the San Francisco bay area between 1972 and 1974 and left 71 people dead. They were dubbed the Zebra Killings because of the radio channel used by the police investigating the case (channel Z). In order to "earn their wings", prospects were required to kill either 9 White men, 5 White women or 4 White children. The purported reason for the difference in number of victims needed to become a member was that it was believed to require more fanaticism to murder women and kids. The real reason was that it was much easier to kill those who were weaker and less likely to fight back. |

He knocked on her door and asked for directions. When she gave them he
left but returned and asked to use the phone but when she tried to close
the door he forced his way inside and sexually assaulted her. She
started screaming and told him she was pregnant. The woman needed stitches.
He is dark skinned with a 1-inch ponytail and was frizzy on the
